We are a multiple dog household out in the country. Between the dogs and the ample dust that filters in from living on a dirt road, my carpet takes a beating. This machine does a REALLY good job on my carpet. It cleans in half the time the machines I've rented in the past. It's easy to use and easy to clean. My house is 2/3 carpet, 1/3 ceramic tile. Because it did such a great job on my carpet, I bought the hard floor attachment. I am not impressed with its hard floor capabilities. My tile has a little bit of texture to it and the hard floor attachment holds the machine just high enough off the floor to keep the brushes from getting into the nooks and crannies. I was hoping to have found one machine to clean my entire floor, but my steam mop does a better job on my tile.

This came in the mail yesterday morning it was really easy to assemble the first pass of cleaning my 13 year old carpets it was pure white the color it was brand new I was shocked I almost cried because I was living in that dirt for years!!! I also love the 2in1 pet tool I have 4 dogs this carpet cleaner cleaned up all the pet accidents and stains dirt I also took this out to clean out my car and the color changed also with using the accessory hose and the stairs!!! Overall this is a great heavy duty carpet cleaner i only buy bissell products this is great for people with pets I would recommend to anybody

My husband and I have 2 kids and 4 dogs. Our house gets DIRTY. We have gone through multiple other carpet cleaners and have not been really happy with them. We would usually end up renting the industrial carpet cleaner from the grocery store. I am happy to say with the ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner we wont have to any more. I don't think I have ever seen my husband so excited to use a carpet cleaner before. We love that it has two separate water tanks for easy cleaning. That you can purchase an attachment to clean hard floors. Most of all though we love that we can use it to clean up dog hair first before using the carpet cleaning feature. No more having wet dog hair balls on the floor after we are done cleaning. I did received a free ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner product in exchange for my review. Works really well on cut pile carpet, less well on berber. Hose attachments do not have as strong suction as upright action, they leave much more moisture behind. Also, there is no way to shut off brushroll when using hose attachments, necessitating some sort of way to protect floor where brushroll spins while using hose attachments. Bare floor cleaning attachment is separate purchase but should be included. Overall pleased with machine. It does great job in upright mode on low cut or cut pile carpets.

I had used this carpet cleaner every week since I got it and it is amazing. My puppy still has occasional accidents and it cleans his messes up with no problems. It really does get deep down in your carpets. I have rented those machines from the grocery stores and they don't compare to the Bissel carpet cleaner. I received this product as a sample to test from Pinchme and to leave my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brushes never turn off, not even when upright, and don't clear carpet well enough. Be aware the tray will be useful to set it on while using hose for spot cleaning, especially if your carpet is plush or long. The brushes are suppose to lightfast up, but they only lifted up at an angle, so carpet can get nicked, which is not a good thing with a high-speed brush during a spot cleanup. Not well designed or thought out. I expected better from Bissell. This is inconvenient.

I've had my ProHeat for longer then I can remember and I replaced small things like belts but it is the greatest carpet cleaner. This is my first and only suggestion for any product ever but it just works all the time. I use it, then I clean it and half the time someone in the family wants to use it. Thank you Bissell!

Renting my home. Despite low quality of carpet, Results with Bissell we're clean, soft, carpeting and No residue. I followed product cleaning instructions closely. The effort DEFINITELY paid off! Used only twice up to now. In that time I've recovered the cost/price. With 2 dogs and a pet door, it's a great investment.

I received this carpet machine free from PinchMe in exchange for honest review. I have a dog and had numerous urine stains embedded in a few of my rugs, I tried other machines and stain always reappear after it dried, not with this bissell machine, easy to use, has a special feature where you can spot clean a hard to get out stain, that's what I used along with the pet cleaner, dried in an hour, pleasant scent but most important after it was dried the stains did not reappear! 5 stars! I used to own a Royal carpet cleaner. It cleaned very well but was heavy & hard to clean. Trying to clean the nozzle on that machine used a lot of water. I started looking for a new carpet cleaner & decided to look at Bissell since I have 2 dogs. It was easy to assemble, rolls nicely, easy to maneuver, the cleanshot is great, easy to clean (tool included), and I love how the tank have a waterline & a formula line so there's no mistakes. I have purchased 2 Bissell machines & both are exceptional. Got my eye on the cordless pet vac for my car. I used the medium level & cleaned the carpeting & an area rug. Cleans very well & dries fast.
