I love this product. I received this product within 2 days of ordering it. Used it the same day and was amazed at the job it did on my carpets. Would order it again. It beats the ones you can buy in stores hands down. It is a must for cleaning carpets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Bissell for the first time today . I am very impressed in the job that it did. I have a Hoover and the Bissell outperformed it ten fold . Our carpets are vacuumed daily and I couldn't t believe how much the Bissell picked up.

I wasn't too sure this product would work as well as my 7 year old Bissell that quit working, my old one was 12 amp and was satisfied with it, but this new one, which is only 6 amp worked as well if not better, easier to clean, which was a huge plus. Bottom line is I'm totally happy with this Bissell.

Cleaning the machine after use is not my favorite part of using this machine but it is not a difficult job at all. A simple rinse of the parts and I am ready for the next use! I absolutely love this steam cleaner. I previously used another steam cleaner but it always looked the same afterwards. I have naughty doggies that make a mess but this cleaner made my carpets like new! The bristle rollers really get between each carpet fiber making a great clean. The hand tools have a rubber grip that brush and scrub deep in the carpet. I would reccomend this to anyone who needs a cleaner but definitely for pet owners!

I have cats that throw up on the carpet frequently. I need to use a carpet cleaner almost every two weeks. Other times I use a smaller green machine spot cleaner. Lately I have gone through several different brands and models of home use carpet cleaners and none work properly or stay working.

Read all reviews before Purchase. Reviews are WHY I purchased this Bissell. Had no difficult in using it. I could tell a difference in my carpet before and after I used it. Whether it is as good as a professional I can not tell. Looks too me too be the same great job as they always did. The water in the tank was dirty so my guess is IT WORKS. I used light spray for un-traveled areas and deep spray for traveled on areas. Used Fans too dry. Dried quickly. Took me two days too clean 5 rooms and a hallway. I'm a retired, older person so it was too much too do in a one day period. Professional Cleaners prices keep climbing so I feel this was the best move for my husband and myself. End Result ...I LOVE THIS BISSELL MACHINE so far!!!!!

I recently moved and right before I moved my 8 year old Bissell carpet cleaner died. I received this from Pinchme for a honest review. I was thrilled when this arrived at my home! With just moving, dirt was tracked in my house from everyone going in and out and I am a pet owner (4 cats and a dog) and of course, they can make things dirty too. This was AHHHHHmazing! I love it! Was easy to put together and worked like a champ!

I used this pet pro to clean my capers and couches that were a mess from my cats, dog and 4 very messy kids. They love crafts so there was paint and sticky glue on my carpet in the playroom and lots of "it wasn't me" mystery stains. It worked great and was really easy to put to whether right out of the box and get cleaning! I definitely recommend this product to moms and let owners.
