So far, I have only used it for our basement carpet. We had cats in the past that were old and had bad toilet habits. We tried to keep up with the accidents using spot cleaners but if you don't have a machine to suck the fluids out of the carpet, the stains show their ugly faces over time. This machine was a last ditch effort to save the carpet, and I am glad to say that the results were great and we won't need to replace it, as I feared. All said, the machine did a great job and I am pleased with my purchase!

Sad to say waste of money. I read reviews and seen a lot of cons, but trusted BISSELL. I have the older model which I love. Since thus is " made" for pets, hey why not? Well, the same complaint , it does NOT suck the water up. I do like how it is lighter than the older ones, but it stinks when you have to use 2 to get the water up. Sad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchase this machine last July, and it was great for the first few months, until it started leaking... first the clean water tank leaked, so I would remove it after use. Then the dirty water tank also began to leak, leaving a disgusting mess. We only used approved cleaners and never put hot water in the tank, so I don't know why the gaskets would fail in less than 6 months.

I wanted to love this so bad, however...I now have 4 different vacuums because I have the Cross wave WetVac (my favorite) a handheld for under table quick messes, a regular vacuum that is seeing the end, and now a carpet cleaner PetProx2 that I was hoping would actually work. There's no suction power in the attachments but it does deep clean a vacuumed carpet. Mine are new so it was a pointless buy. It' doesn't even do very great with my English Bulldogs fur on couches (that she is not on yet)

Outstanding Carpet cleaner overall! I own a 1.5 million dollar custom log home with high-end carpets in the family rooms and bedroom rooms. I wanted the best on the market that is lightweight, easy to use, and does the job right the first time. This carpet cleaning machine exceeded my expectations in all areas. The design and engineering that went into this product is top quality.

The Bissell ProHeat Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner delivers great results. It's easy to assemble and the instructions for use are clear and simple. The cleaner did an amazing job cleaning my large area rugs. It removed dirt and pet hair that was embedded in the carpets. The suction on this product is amazing! It's so good, my carpets barely felt wet after cleaning, making drying time very minimal. The unit is fairly lightweight, so it's easy to maneuver the handle and upper part of the cleaner (the base has some weight, but that should be expected). Because the base unit is clear, you can see the soap being dispensed and the incredible suction power removing the dirt and water back into the waste tank. The bristles on the rollers are a good length so hair and other particles don't get caught up and trapped within them. It was easy to clean the parts and tanks after use, and I had no problem putting the unit back together. It worked better than expected and was a pleasant experience. I won't mind using this every time I need to get my carpets looking new again!

I received the ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner carpet cleaner from PinchME as part of a free trial. And I am so glad I did! Having numerous pets, this carpet cleaner does an outstanding job of keeping up with the messes. Express clean is perfect. The carpet dries in a fairly reasonable time. It's also easy to take apart and clean. The only thing I don't like is that the attachments are stored in a bag and not on the unit itself.

Lightweight, easy to use, easy to add an empty the water. I have lost strength in both my arms due to pinched nerve in my neck. But this steam cleaner was very easy to maneuver while using. The only con is the button you hold down to spray the water, wish it was easier to hold down. The way it is put a sore on my finger because it is so hard to hold down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water tank is small, so be prepared to fill up many times. Wet the carpet 20 minutes before brush and suck it out (move back and forth to suck all out) for better result. It takes 18-24 hr to completely dry with fan on.
