[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I didn't give this a five was because of the awkward nature of the tool attachments because, even the slightly reduced capacity of the grey water container and the solution supply container isn't that bad. However, for pure cleaning power, this really floored me. I may get the handheld for stairs although I will give this one a shot first but the tool attachments seem underpowered when I used them for tight spots.

I was not getting back but half the water the machine was using, but I got up the next morning and it was dry. It cleans and makes the carpet feel new again. The brushes bring the carpet back up. I like the smell of the products that was sent with the machine. I would remind this to anyone that has, pets, grandkids, grown kids, and husbands. You can tell on your carpet where you have cleaned by the line it leaves. It truly cleans pet spots, coffee spots and high traffic areas and my carpet looks new. Never got this with a professional cleaning company.

DO NOT BUY I have never been more disappointed in a product in my life. Worked ONCE. Then no longer spray solution, nothing comes from the tank. Checked and rechecked and checked again. NOTHING worked. Will not and can not recommend this product to anyone. Its now in the land fill will iot belongs. Guess I'll try a Ninja can't be any worse than Bissell Crap

I know the Crosswave was not designed to be a wet vac but when my sink over ran today and I did not realize the water was on - i had 3 rooms 3 inches deep in water before I realized (I had passed out due to low sugar levels for a few min) Okay now - the shop vac was making a bigger mess I was so stressed. I grabbed my bissell crosswave pet pro and started on the water on the floors IT CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE MESS IN ALL 3 ROOMS IN something like 40 min I was ESTATIC I will never be without one of these GREAT product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog got into our bedroom one night and in the morning we found a huge mess of diarrhea. I never thought the steam cleaner would clean that mess. It was amazing. Not one hint of a stain left. Even if you vacuum thoroughly this steamer cleans so deeps it pulls more hair, clumps it and drops is so it's easy to pick up.

Pro-The floor cleaner works great. It has turned an old area rug new again. Con-The bare floor attachment I ordered was confirmed correct and to follow directions. Sent pictures to Bissell and now sending a new attachment. Con- I went into the store to purchase my item and saw on the box that it came with 2 cleaning solutions. But after opening box and reading manual I read then sea they are samples. I was dooped by a picture and the English language. Other competitors state sample or trial size. Customer service said if I open and read the manual I would of known this. I asked why I would open a box in the store and dig through a box to find out. They did not have an answer and ended the chat.

I've had my ProHeat for longer then I can remember and I replaced small things like belts but it is the greatest carpet cleaner. This is my first and only suggestion for any product ever but it just works all the time. I use it, then I clean it and half the time someone in the family wants to use it. Thank you Bissell!

I've had this unit for several months. It cleans very well, and a cinch to clean it. Dog messes are removed efficiently. However, if you need a part don't use Bissell's website. I ordered a belt and a hose cleaner with a delivery date of 5 to 7 days. I didn't receive them. Customer service contacted 4 times with Indian accented people not knowing where my stuff was 15 days out, but Bissell cashed my check. So 20 days out, I'm still waiting.

I am absolutely horrified and disgusted by the sheer amount of dirt, hair, and what appeared to be some kind of SLUDGE that came out of my carpet. I'm really impressed. I vacuumed first, expecting to cut down on the stuff this would have to pick up, but it was as if I hadn't bothered. Tank upon tank of cat fur-infested mud-water came out of these carpets. I am absolutely in love. I will say, as opposed to a standard vacuum, its difficult to turn this machine (and any carpet cleaner, to be fair) because it doesn't have a swivel head. Its also very heavy (again, like they all are because they're filled with water). My one real complaint is that after doinv a section of carpet on deep clean, it left little chunks of cat hair behind. It picked up PLENTY of hair, dont get me wrong, but I'm not sure why it didn't get it all. Either way, it was really easy to just pick up those clumps afterwards. Super easy to clean when i was done though! Love it!

Wow, this machine does its job exceptionally well. I was very impressed. A friend of mine recommended it but I was a bit skeptical. After doing my research on YouTube I decided to make the purchase and don't regret it at all. This really saved me a lot of mine as I was about to have a professional cleaning come over and take care of 2 rooms and a hallway. On my 2nd use this machine paid for itself. Don't hesitate to buy it!
