[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to find a stain this machine won't pull out. I've had the machine for over 3 years, just now having any sort of issue with it. The plug in the clean water tank came out which isn't supposed to happen as it's only supposed to regulate the amount of water sent to the unit. I called Bissell to order a new tank but they were kind enough to remind me of the 5 year warranty on the parts. I not only recommend this particular machine, but any and all Bissell products. All around amazing experience with all five Bissell products I currently own. How could they be better? They donate a portion of profits to help animals!! 5 stars simply don't seem like enough.

First time seem okay but when you're pets get sick and you need the hose attachment it doesn't work. As far as carpet I cleaned and week later still had stains. Did an again no difference. Rented rug doctor and used same solution and 100% better. too expensive for a a one trick pony show

I had an older Bissell Pet Pro that finally died after 10 years. The newer model is so much better. Cleans better, easier to remove the parts so that they can be cleaned, lighterweight, more ergonomical, just a much more user friendly machine. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product to clean my carpets and steps. When I first got it, it worked great. After the first week no heat. Used it without heat because I can't find anyone to service. Now I can't use it at all. Was a waste of money.

Removed old pet stains in carpet that we never thought would come out! It also EASILY removed old stains from kids paint, markers, crayons in carpet! The hand attachment removed old dog pee stains from our expensive mattress! Just remember go slow, hot water and do small areas as instructed. Add fans and a dehumidifier (if you have one) to cut the listed drying times in half!

I have three bedrooms that has a medium grade carpet that I will be maintaining, plush using for my coach's and chair's. I have not touch the furniture yet, but will update once I do. Just got done using my bissell on all three of my bedrooms. Mostly high traffic areas for the deep clean, I will attach photos. My carpets were not real dirty since we have no children at home. We did have spots that were looking bad. Bottom line all spots are gone. Had to use the spot sprayer, that is different. I do wish the trigger would operate the spot sprayer. Deep cleaned then did quick pass a second time. First pass water was Dark brown . Second pass water was a lot cleaner. Clean up was easy, all and all it did good I will update once I do my furniture and truck.

This is a really good machine! I adopted a 13 year old silky terrier with anxiety issues. She had peed on the carpet probably two dozen times before I finally looked for a better way to clean the carpet. After the first use all the stains were gone. Do to the amount of times she soiled the carpet I repeated the process the next day because of the smell of urine; which is do to the carpet not being properly cleaned for so long. I used the deep clean the first time, the next day I "express cleaned" the carpet again and then did a rinse as well. The results are exactly what I'd expect paying this much for a carpet cleaner! Not disappointed. I've had for about a week now so only time will tell on how long it keeps running in high performance but this truly is designed for pet owners. We have a high end vacuum but the Bissell still picked up the extra left behind hair. Super easy to clean with their rinse and storage tray. Plus I love that the dirty tank has an easy pour spout but also you can unscrew the bottom of you need to get a clump of hair out. The tool they give with it to clean the suction cover is amazing as well! Must have for pet owners because you don't want hair obstructing the suction. Also there's a filter to the dirty tank which you can easily wipe to prevent lose of suction do to hair. So far completely satisfied with the product.

My Big Green Complete 7700 died. Neither it or parts are available so I had to look at a replacement. I purchased, received this morning, the Revolution X2 Pet Pro Heat upright shampooer. After reading the reviews before my purchase I was skeptical. There was also some skepticism because I have used upright shampooers in the past and have never been happy with them as they are/were not designed to get right up against baseboards, etc. Well, I am pleased with this product. I vacuumed this morning and deliberately 'missed' some areas because I wanted to test for all of the issues I saw raised in the reviews I read. Also was curious to how it worked compared to Bissel's online video. I have a small dog and 2 cats so there is pet hair and dust. It picked up and at one point suction ceased. I could tell because a) the water was not being taken up at the front and b) the sound of the motor changed abruptly. I removed the cover and the roll cover, rinsed it out in the sink, replaced it and the machine worked just fine. The video illustration is very poor. At least one review addressed the fact that the carpet was soaked, there was very little water in the return tank compared to what was dispensed, and it took forever to dry. In the video, one pass is made away from the user and one pass returning - Wa La, clean as new carpet. That one return pass is not sufficient to collect the deposited water and the video should be redone to illustrate and explain that there should be enough passes that there is no more water being taken up from the carpet. I went over an area deliberately 'avoided' by the earlier vacuuming. It did leave at least 6 'globs' of pet hair at which time the suction nozzle clogged - resolved as described above. The key is that UNLESS a thorough vacuuming is done BEFORE shampooing, there will be an issue. Have comments about the operators manual but have run out of 'space.'

I do small areas at a time. My house is six months old and I can't believe how dirty the carpets are. Excellent on cleaning up a after my dog as well. Not sure if I should have hired a professional cleaner for the first cleaning or not. GREAT MACHINE!!

Bought this machine directly from BISSELL. Arrived in 1 box about 1 week later. Had to put it together which took about 2.5 minutes and was dumb easy. Watched all the videos to mix the soaps/chemicals and care for machine. I did 2 rooms and stairs. This machine works great! It operates so easy that I will be cleaning my rugs on a regular basis. No renting the rug doctor and killing myself to get as much done in a 24 hour period before returning the machine. I also got the stair tool. Wow, it works great. Don't fool yourself stains/spots take time to work them out but the machine is comfortable to use and with a twist of the tip the stair tool gets in the cracks and round curves at the front of each step. My clean up was easy and is ready for the next job. This machine is going to be very easy for the occasional pet accidents too. The only thing I could possibly think of to improve this system is on the stair tool. Make it a little stiffer to rotate to each setting. I love this machine and was a great purchase.
