We used the quick clean for our first time. Carpets turned out nice and fresh. Especially noticeable next day when vacuuming. Next time we will go with the deep clean and plan something fun to make the 8 hour wait /drying time a non issue. Very happy with results. Glad we made the purchase.

I had to try it out as soon as I received my ProHeat 2x Pet Cleaner from PinchMe. . I was impressed!!! I have a cat and a 14 year old, so between the two of them I was hoping the cleaner was up to the challenge and it was. The couple marks I had on my carpet were taken up with ease and the machine itself was easy to operate. As always I am impressed with the Bissel line and glad to have this to add the my collection. we use this carpet shampooer to shampoo our home monthly. it seems to clean pretty well. but there also always seems to be something leaking. if its not the clean water tank, its the dirty. but we don't leave the tank dirty so I can only assume the brown puddle found later is from water that was throughout the machine since we empty the dirty tank prior to putting it away.

I bought this because a friend had in use while I was visiting. We'd had a guest dog that left lots of stains behind. It got every si gel stain out. My only complaint is the belt broke on first use and it has taken two weeks to get a new one. I never had to replace a belt on any other carpet cleaner.

Bought this unit less than a year ago and I have had to replace the pump brush belt three times. Belts are hard to find including the Bissell website. Ordered three belts to stock up for the next breakage which is sure to come on 12/17/17 with expedited 3-5 day delivery. It is now 1/7/18 and the belts have not arrived. My guess is that these break so often they can't keep them in stock. Called Bissell today and I was told they are out of stock with no confirmation on when they would ship. Machine cleans great but useless when the belts break so often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean carpet. There were problems with every part of the machine. The tank kept saying it was full and stopped drawing water. The second time I used it to extract water from my car carpet (there was a leak). Using the attachments it did the same thing saying it was full and stopped. I have always purchased and loved Bissell products. Sadly, I think I need to research a new brand.

This product is great! I love the way it cleans my rugs. I love how you can target one area if there's a stain and it's easy to use. It makes my rugs soft and it doesn't feel like other cleaners make your rug. I would definitely recommend this product

I bought this about a month ago, got it all set up and planned on using it soon. Unfortunately, I got rid of all the packing since garbage day was the next day. I finally got around to using it in my hallway and it seems to clean pretty darn good. The only issue I have with it? It leaks! I haven't found exactly where yet, but I had a pretty good sized puddle underneath it after about 15 minutes of it just sitting there. Without the box, I am now stuck with it. I'm glad it works great, but very disappointed about it leaking. Yes, I've learned my lesson about getting rid of the box until I fully check out the item!!

Had a Hoover that just basically got too dirty after 10 years of service and changed it up to Bissell. Big mistake! Main belt broke after 2 uses and customer service is a nightmare. Want to send us replacement parts instead of replacing. I'd rather just get a refund and go back to Hoover. Avoid this unit and Bissell at all costs. Hoover has much stronger and solid construction.

This machine the Pro heat 2× Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 Saved My nose and my Pockets, I was able to maneuver from each room seamlessly and having to only refill after done it felt like. The machine automatically dries my carpet after cleaning it. The aroma in my house afterwards reminded me of new house...lol, only draw back for me is if you dont properly clean and prep your carpet beforehand you will get alot of pick up dirt from the cleaning.
