I just found out that my 10 year old cat is diabetic. Being diabetic if her glucose is high she gets UTI's and pees all over the place. This cleaner is a blessing. Not only does it clean up her pre but it makes the carpet smell good. Not only do I have to worry about pee I have to worry about her puke sometimes and this cleans the carpet so nice you don't even notice where she went. I love how easy it is to use and fast. The best part about this cleaner is how easy it is to clean the machine so it will stay clean an last long. Good job Bissell in making this product! I would recommend this to anyone. I recieved this product as a sample and this is 100% my own opinion. Thank you Bissell and Pinchme for this opportunity!

This product was amazing for both my home and my car. I have a 3 year old who loves to make a mess. This steamer was able to get up other stains that an old steam cleaner was unable to remove previously. The machine is easy to use and made quick work of the space I was doing.

I thought the steamer worked great. Great suction power and left the carpet smelling great. Cons are that it is very heavy and it will leave clumps of hair. I vacuumed prior and it must have had more suction power than my vacuumed and it left hair, in clumps all over the floor.

I don't know anything I can say good about it! It is a complete waste of money! I have to bet this review will not not see the light of day! Problem is the good ratings are all lies. You produce a piece of dog manure that is terrible to clean pet fur out of and we are fortunate if it functions for a month. If you had any half intelligent engineers they could foresee the problems as they're the same for every customer who had the misfortune of purchasing one and you don't back up your product. I have seen children's toys constructed better. I intend to tell everyone about your product and hope you go out of business!!!

I used this ProHeat 2X Revolution after my previous Bissel failed after 10 years of service and it is MUCH better. The use of 2 tanks, mutlple brushes and more powerful suction is great. In addtion, the brushes do not get tangled in cat hair - which I have a lot of with 3 cats. Cleanup is easy once you get used to the disassembly steps and the cleaning tool is great. Water removal is improved. It would be helpful to have a front handle in the middle for manipulation around objects and tight places. Otherwise, best pet cleaner yet.

I have tried 3 different carpet cleaners and I have to say that this is by far the most easiest machine to use! I loved it the very first time I tried it! The water tanks on it were the perfect weight for me and were very good ergonomically! And cleaning the parts after was a breeze! Easiest cleaner to disassemble and clean. Thank you Bissell! You have a lifelong customer!

We have washed all the carpets in our home, 75 yards, spiral staircase, and sofa. Still on first 1/2 gallon of detergent. We have a "old dog" who has an accident now and then. The pet/urine/stain remover is absolutely best product we have used. No stains, no smell with just one cleaning. The machine and detergent handled our light beige wool rug effortlessly. We were able to remove stains that even the pro cleaners were unable to remove. Best news for us is this machine plus cost of the cleaning agents is less than one professional cleaning. Exceeded my expectation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good: It was delivered in a timely manner directly from Bissell. faster than I thought. Price: Great price Assembly and set up: Very easy and fast, a six-year-old kid can do it if they can read. Just stick the handle into its socket of the main unit and lock in with one screw. Construction: Appears to be solid, well built. Storage tank installation and removal are very easy. They just fall and snap into place so easily with one hand. The fill and dump ports are nicely positioned for easy fill and emptying. Weight: It's not that bad for it bulk and well-built construction. It's fine moving but can be a struggle carrying up and down stairs for the elderly or those very weak in strength for whatever reasons. Even worse with fluid tanks are full. Cord length: Nice and long, plenty of wiggle room before having to find a closer receptacle as you move around large rooms. Bad: Dirty recovery tank: It's just too small, period. Be nice for it to be redesigned to hold twice as much. It's okay for a one-time pet or other spill cleanup job, but if doing completely carpeted rooms it can get very frustrating quickly having to empty the tank every few minutes. Cleaning fluid tank and dirty recovery tanks appear to be of similar volume. The dirty recover tank will only take on about 1/4th of its volume before it wants you to empty it. Basically, you hear the pitch of the motor change which is and indicate it's time to empty it. For me it seemed like I would empty the dirty recovery tank about three times before I emptied the liquid cleaning product tank. Overall performance in cleaning my carpets: I felt this machine did a great job. It exceeded my expectation. My carpets were horrible, and they came clean, and I am so happy with my purchase. This cleaner gets 5 stars, it's a great cleaner, I feel I made the right choice picking this out of all the other competitive manufacturers.

While it took me several attempts to use this machine to get the best results, I now am so happy that I bought it. It has successfully given me peace of mind in maintaining the cleanliness in my home due to occasional messes by my senior dog. The four stars is because it does require cleaning after each use and the clean water tank runs low fairly quickly.

I love this bissell carpet cleaner. I have always had carpet cleaners due to having messy pets. Nothing I have owned comes close to how clean I got my carpets with the new bissell pro heat. It was very easy to use, it is a bit heavy but thats expected with the power and heat in the machine. I would have liked a spot on the machine itself to store the upholstery tool. Altogether this is a fabulous tool to clean up after messy pets.
