This carpet cleaner is awesome!!! I LOVE IT ! I have five dogs that stay in the house and a good carpet cleaner is a must. I've had several different models by different manufacturers, and hands down this is the best of the lot! It's easy to maneuver, easy to clean with the removable cover, easy to fill (I love the tanks being located where they are), it cleans extremely well, love the double row of beaters and it's not as loud as other cleaners. All in all I would recommend this to anyone who has pets or kids! Or both!

I own one dog that is unfortunately home alone all work day. We have trained him to do his business in one area, but sometimes he has accidents. I bought this to replace my old Hoover carpet cleaner, which worked well for over 20 years. This Bissell worked well the 1st time, but after that the machine does not suction the dirty water out of the carpet. It has WAY TOO MANY parts to maintain, and even after cleaning ALL those parts, it still won't suction. Wish I had kept my old machine. Hopefully, customer support will be able to help us.

The only thing I would do different if I were Bissell is give it bigger tanks. Of course that would mean making it bulkier and heavier. Good job Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is big, clumsy, noisy, heavy, and not that easy to operate. It took a few days for the carpets to dry. I bought a Hoover Smartwash, which is far superior in product, easiest of use, and carpets dry in about two hours. It also cost far less.

This means the dirt is on the bottom of the carpet and rises to the top with walking on it and therefore I clean again looks good on top but way too much dirty water remaining in rug. I had an older model that I loved but it finally died on me. I think it was 12 amp if I recall and this is 6 amp which may be the problem.

I was so lucky to receive the carpet cleaner from pinchme! I love the product so much! It's making my life easier from the multi function of the cleaner. The pee smell from my dog isn't too strong, but it still eliminated it so my home smells clean. The brush does pick up most of the hair and dirt from the carpet and the sofa. To other people it may be light, for me it's a bit heavy. Still, I would recommend this to anyone who has pets!

This machine definitely picked up a lot of ground in dirt. One room I followed the instructions and another room I followed the instructions but then followed up with a rinse with just hot water (no soap) to see what I wasn't picking up. The rinse water was almost as dirty as the 1st pass and pulled up much more of the soap left over from the first pass. In order to pull up the maximum amount of water, you do have to make slow passes and for me, the slow forward pass picked up much more water than a backward pass. This takes some time to get good results but I'm happy with owning my own carpet cleaner and can't wait to see what the next cleaning looks like.

The bissell x2 revolution pet pro is definitely worth the money in my opinion. I have a 4 year old boy that gets into Everything and this machine is so easy to use. Just took the hose to it and spot clean any messes that may not require the use of pulling out the machine. I love the clean shot on it! Everytime i use this feature I always say its like an eraser. You literally see the stream erasing the stain and really saturating to get the stain from deep within. I recomend this to all my friends and family! Especially anyone with kids or pets NEEDs this cleaning machine! The larger back wheels make it very easy to push so it feels very lightweight. Also has a convenient handle for carrying. I also love how easy this is to clean. Literally pop the whole top off and the brushes are bare to get to! Super easy!

So I received this machine from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works. I have to admit that I thought this was more like a gimmick and would not clean that well but it us a fantastic machine that not only cleans pet stains but all other stains too. It is simple and easy to use with attachments that make the job easier. It maneuvers quickly and easily and the added cleaners that come as a bonus really add to show its great cleaning ability. It is a great machine that certainly is recommended
