So I don't write reviews.....but...I long ago gave up on Hoover (always failing) and my much loved previous Bissell finally died...BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! :) This new one is awesome... works great (of course) and is SUPER easy to clean... awesome improvement from even my last. My carpet thanks you...as does my dog as I will now likely grumble less about her hair and dirt :). Who'd have thought I'd thank you for my spending money on a new cleaner but THANKS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son bought it for his new puppy approximately 2 years ago. Like other reviewers, leaves carpet very wet. At less than 2 years old, belt broke so replaced, will not rotate brushes and screws to access belt replacement area are rusted a lot. Son spent hard earned money from summer job to purchase this, what a waste!!!

I highly recommend this carpet cleaner! I was a professional cleaner for a couple years and I've never used a cleaning system that works better than this. I let my neighbors barrow it and they are hooked as well, and purchased one! Very happy with my purchase and use it weekly!

Great carpet cleaner! Love the storage and rinse accessory. Since my house is about 2000 sft (and I'm getting old!) I usually take 2 days to complete. With the rinse accessory I was able to clean it well without taking it apart and it was ready to go the next day. Hope it lasts as long as my last Bissell carpet cleaner!

Pro-The floor cleaner works great. It has turned an old area rug new again. Con-The bare floor attachment I ordered was confirmed correct and to follow directions. Sent pictures to Bissell and now sending a new attachment. Con- I went into the store to purchase my item and saw on the box that it came with 2 cleaning solutions. But after opening box and reading manual I read then sea they are samples. I was dooped by a picture and the English language. Other competitors state sample or trial size. Customer service said if I open and read the manual I would of known this. I asked why I would open a box in the store and dig through a box to find out. They did not have an answer and ended the chat.

Thank you Bissell for making such an amazing product. With 33 pets in my house, 26 of which are birds which are very messy, keeping my carpet clean is a challenge. This cleaner is by far the best I have ever used and so easy to clean after. I was shocked how much "yuck" it picked up.

I have bought several carpet cleaners and I have to say this is by far the best one I have ever purchased! It is very very very easy to clean and it's not huge and heavy... I will never buy another carpet cleaner except this one! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves to clean!

Had a much older carpet shampooer that worked okay but was very noisy and not easy to clean or use. This Bissell Pro Heat is an amazing improvement! I used it in "deep clean" mode on carpeting that had numerous older stains (some pet, some not) and it got everything out the first go-round. The carpet looks brand-new. And I love that someone who actually thought about cleaning designed this...you can actually get to the brushes, etc. to remove debris after cleaning. Four paws up!

We bought this because our puppy was having a field day ruining our carpet. We only have carpet in 2 rooms so it was a splurge. Little did I know all I'd do with this machine. I bought a steam mop/cleaner at around the same time and I just wasn't impressed with it. After using the BISSELL to clean the carpets and thrilled when it worked wonders on our thick pile carpet, I tried it on our carpeted stairs with the included attachment. Then we used it on the furniture. Then we tried it on small spills with the attachment. And then I found that BISSELL had a hard floors attachment. So. After breaking my mop I got it and to my amazement it was incredible! It does so much! We used it to suck up water and hair after pet baths. We've used it to clean cushions that won't fit in the washer and on mattresses after 'accidents'. It cleans the carpet in my car and the car seats. This is an all in one go to machine. We have since bought the Crosswave. It's magical too but if I had only one that I could buy I'd definitely be this carpet cleaner!!! It's not just for carpets!
