I am absolutely horrified and disgusted by the sheer amount of dirt, hair, and what appeared to be some kind of SLUDGE that came out of my carpet. I'm really impressed. I vacuumed first, expecting to cut down on the stuff this would have to pick up, but it was as if I hadn't bothered. Tank upon tank of cat fur-infested mud-water came out of these carpets. I am absolutely in love. I will say, as opposed to a standard vacuum, its difficult to turn this machine (and any carpet cleaner, to be fair) because it doesn't have a swivel head. Its also very heavy (again, like they all are because they're filled with water). My one real complaint is that after doinv a section of carpet on deep clean, it left little chunks of cat hair behind. It picked up PLENTY of hair, dont get me wrong, but I'm not sure why it didn't get it all. Either way, it was really easy to just pick up those clumps afterwards. Super easy to clean when i was done though! Love it!

Bought this machine directly from BISSELL. Arrived in 1 box about 1 week later. Had to put it together which took about 2.5 minutes and was dumb easy. Watched all the videos to mix the soaps/chemicals and care for machine. I did 2 rooms and stairs. This machine works great! It operates so easy that I will be cleaning my rugs on a regular basis. No renting the rug doctor and killing myself to get as much done in a 24 hour period before returning the machine. I also got the stair tool. Wow, it works great. Don't fool yourself stains/spots take time to work them out but the machine is comfortable to use and with a twist of the tip the stair tool gets in the cracks and round curves at the front of each step. My clean up was easy and is ready for the next job. This machine is going to be very easy for the occasional pet accidents too. The only thing I could possibly think of to improve this system is on the stair tool. Make it a little stiffer to rotate to each setting. I love this machine and was a great purchase.

I cleaned my carpets with my new Revolution Pet Pro today and I am shocked at how great they turned out!! I was leery about buying a Bissell as I had bad luck with one years ago, but I decided to try this one mainly because of the 5 year warranty. I absolutely love how great this machine works and would recommend it to anyone!!

I had high hopes for this machine but ended up being very disappointed. It does a good job of cleaning up anything visible on the carpet but it is too light (being entirely made of plastic) to effectively press the dampness out of the fiber to be suctioned out. I did our 8 by 10 carpet using max clean mode. Used approximately half a gallon of water but it only sucked back up less than a 3rd of that amount no matter how many passes I made. I then stood in front of the unit and used my foot to push down on the front of the vacuum while pushing back and it sucked up a large volume of dirty water with each push. Because the head of the unit is entirely made out of plastic it is far too light to effectively squeeze the water back out of the carpet fibers. Though it does clean the top of the carpet it leaves far too much filthy water behind to actually be considered an effective carpet cleaner.

Sad to say waste of money. I read reviews and seen a lot of cons, but trusted BISSELL. I have the older model which I love. Since thus is " made" for pets, hey why not? Well, the same complaint , it does NOT suck the water up. I do like how it is lighter than the older ones, but it stinks when you have to use 2 to get the water up. Sad.

Have two large dogs and this cleaned as well or better than machines I have rented. Much easier to use than the rentals. Used deep clean feature and carpet dried in about 2 to 3 hours with fans. Very pleased with everything about product. Received within two days after ordering.

I would recommend this machine for someone with no physical restraints as it is a bit heavy. I used it on the lowest suction level and it did a good job picking up. I suspect the other two settings will have a stronger suction and be more difficult to handle. I'm hoping I am wrong. My dog sheds and I want to be able to use this machine on a regular and not just stick it in a closet with other misfit machines!

I am so in love with this carpet and upholstery cleaner! I was assuming something this size would be heavy and awkward to use, but it wasn't. It's got a good length of reach on both the hose and the cord. I used it within a week as both a dry vacuum and to clean up cat pee off of one of my sofas. The upholstery cleaning attachment was so easy to use! It really deep cleaned the urine spot and left it looking new and smelling fresh again! It makes cleaning up after pets a breeze!! It also has fantastic suction power.I was given a complimentary product to test in exchange for my honest feedback. The opinion expressed here is 100% my own.

I was very impressed with this product compared to my old Bissell. It cleaned the carpets very well despite some minor dripping which required having to pass over some areas a few times. I also like the set up for the tanks, very easy to get to and use. We are returning the machine because when using the hose/ attachments there was so much water leaking under the base it requires you to mop/ vacuum excess water. Also, There should be a way for the brush to stop running when using attachments vs warning users to not let it sit in one spot for a long period of time.
