I have 2 cats and thought some area's would never come clean and I have tried a few different cleaner in the past. But bought this one cause of heat factor and when I used it for the first time my carpet looked new again and after a couple of weeks it continues to look like new and have never been happier.

I have been cleaning my own carpet, rugs and upholstery for years. This carpet cleaner is the best one I've ever owned. It's so lite weight I didn't know what to expect but I have not been disappointed in any way! I have recommended it to numerous people. Bonus! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had multiple Bissels over the years and the end of them is usually leaking after a few years. So this is the new one. And it leaked on the first use. After we used it, we let the carpet dry so we could do another round after seeing how much still needed some work. Well, cam back and the "clean water" tank was empty, it had been 3/4 full. It was all emptied out via the place it was to release during use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a pet friendly cleaner. It clogs constantly. I have 1 dog and I steam clean every 4 months, vacuum daily, and this thing sucks. I have to stop constantly to take it apart to clean it after each room. Very time consuming and exhausting.

This is absolutely fantastic if you have pets! I was so impressed with how deep it cleans. Actually I was disgusted with all the crud and mud it sucked up! Lol! I have 2 indoor pets, a cat and dog, with long hair and it really picked up the loose hair. And I had just vacuumed!

I love this vacuum cleaner! If you have pets, this is definitely the vacuum cleaner for you. The powerglide makes it vacuuming much easier and smoother. The swivel is great, too! I love how easy it is to empty/wash out the bagless canister, get to/clean the filters. Well worth every penny! I only wish that they would make a longer hose for the lift off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this carpet cleaner for about a year now. I feel like I fight with this machine every time I use it. I can go through a whole tank of water and only a fourth of it is sucked up. I clean it every time I use it making sure the smell doesn't stay on it from my pet accident. I make sure hair is not clogging the filter or the suction part of the machine yet I can't seem to get the machine to pick up the water that it lays down. Leaving my carpets, dirty and smelling bad, the exact opposite of what the carpet cleaner should do.

Received carpet cleaner as a Christmas present. The second time I used it the belt broke. Upon ordering a replacement belt, they were out of stock. Still waiting for the belt. So far, I am not pleased. Have not been able to use it enough to know how well it really works.
