I have three bedrooms that has a medium grade carpet that I will be maintaining, plush using for my coach's and chair's. I have not touch the furniture yet, but will update once I do. Just got done using my bissell on all three of my bedrooms. Mostly high traffic areas for the deep clean, I will attach photos. My carpets were not real dirty since we have no children at home. We did have spots that were looking bad. Bottom line all spots are gone. Had to use the spot sprayer, that is different. I do wish the trigger would operate the spot sprayer. Deep cleaned then did quick pass a second time. First pass water was Dark brown . Second pass water was a lot cleaner. Clean up was easy, all and all it did good I will update once I do my furniture and truck.

Made a positive, noticeable impact on the appearance of my carpeting. I didn't know how dirty my carpeting was until I went through the condo with this Model 1986. Good product, with various after-market cleaning detergent options to use. Glad I picked-up one of these "Pet Pro" carpet cleaners.

I Purchased this product because I recently moved into a new home that has almost all carpeting, before I was in a home with hardwood floors so I didn't really have a use for carpet cleaner. I also have used it to clean my mothers small Apartments carpeting. This is a great product to clean either small area or a very large area, and clean it effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing. We have a baby on the way and are moving rooms. Unfortunately the room we were moving into was where we kept our dogs crates. It was gross! Smelled like dog and had little accident stains and buildup. When I was done it smelled amazing and looked like we had brand new carpet.

Have used 3 times since purchase. Cleaned 2 bed rooms carpet cools great cleaned better than the Hoover we used to have. Cleaned the carpeted floor mats from the car the car is 8 years old and the mats look like they did when they were new. So easy to clean it comes completely apart all parts came clean by holding under the faucet easyest clean up on a carpet cleaner I have ever seen. Excellent product.

Love this. You won't regret the purchase of this carpet cleaner. Finally someone came up with a tool to clean the head of the machine from carpet strands and dog hair. This is the first review I have ever done on any product. I have taken it over to 2 of my friends and cleaned their carpet. I felt like I was a salesperson trying to sell them this awesome carpet cleaner. Lol they were sold.

It is useless , except for leaving a carpet wet and dirtier than it was before. Even after much vacuuming and a dog who is groomed and doesn't really shed, my beige carpet looks dirtier than when I started to shampoo it. I am another disappointed Bissell customer. Switching to another brand.. This one, used only a few times, since its purchase in January ,is going to the trash bin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally write reviews but it's extraordinarly frustrating that a brand new carpet cleaner just out of the box leaks this badly. It has to be reported. All it did when I turned it on was leave a giant wet spot in one part of the carpet. I then unplugged put it in the bathtub, filled up the water tank, put it back on, and watched as all the water from the fill tank promptly drained out of the bottom of the cleaner. Am I doing something wrong? If not, this is a truly poorly constructed unit.
