Love this. You won't regret the purchase of this carpet cleaner. Finally someone came up with a tool to clean the head of the machine from carpet strands and dog hair. This is the first review I have ever done on any product. I have taken it over to 2 of my friends and cleaned their carpet. I felt like I was a salesperson trying to sell them this awesome carpet cleaner. Lol they were sold.

I bought this unit because I had some "old" stains on my Berber carpet. I must admit that they were there for more than a year. I DID use Bissell's pretreatment on them and then used my new 2X Revolution as recommended! I was impressed, for sure! It took ALL the stains up! I have not attached and used the hose, yet; such as, on upholstery, but if it cleans as well as the floor, I will be impressed some more!

I have not yet purchased your bissell pro x pet revolution carpet cleaner but im saving up for it. As a professional executive home cleaner for 26yrs I have used soooo many vacuums and cleaners and I always stick with Bissell. I have used many and I am always frustrated with their performance. Whether its where the cord is placed, how filters work or ease of emptying debris , others just don't hold up to bissell. One client has 7 cats and you'd never know it when I leave since the bissell vacuum I use does such a fabulous job with cat hair removal and that is a difficult task. Just wanted to support such a great product

I used this product twice a week and I loved it but when the belt broke replacing it is the hardest I have every come across. I could not get it back together and parts fell off and I could not figure out where they came from. I would love to have another one but replacing broken belts is a brick wall to getting another one.

I live in the country with livestock to feed so every day my large black lab and I are outside feeding 2 times a day in all kinds of weather... just that action brings a LOT of dirt/grass into my home . I have gone through 2 other carpet shampooers and this is the lightest, easiest and best cleaning machine I have ever used.

I have actually already reviewed this but after using it some more, and just now using it to clean up a coffee spill on my cream colored bedroom carpet, I wanted to come back and post some before and after pictures. I am very happy with the results. I received this Bissell ProHeat 2X from Pinch Me for my honest review and it has definitely come in handy! Since getting this ProHeat we have adopted a puppy. Its come in handy for a few puppy messes as well as my own coffee spill this morning. I've attached some before and after photos. I would recommend this product!!

Well, the on / off button works and unfortunately that's about it. Nothing sprays out of cleaner which is probably a good thing since every time I pull back on machine it literally pulls apart. Have tried everything but duct tape to hold it together (won't be going there). I move machine forward, spray button doesn't release cleaner, pull back on machine and am left holding the handle w/ tank attached in my hand. Rest of machine hasn't moved. Thought this would be a great machine. So mad at myself for having gotten rid of old machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this machine and set up are so user friendly. The machine is very large so you don't have to keep stopping to refill it. It comes with this little tool that makes clean up 100 times better. The accessories come in an adorable little mesh bag.

This is by far the best shampooer I have ever owned. My shampooer finally broke down. I originally was going to buy the same one, but it was discontinued. I had a job that came up, that needed the carpets shampooed. I borrowed my sisters (just so happened to be the Bissell proheat), & it took me by surprise how simple it was to operate, fill & use. I would definitely recommend this shampooer to everyone!!

I cleaned my carpets with my new Revolution Pet Pro today and I am shocked at how great they turned out!! I was leery about buying a Bissell as I had bad luck with one years ago, but I decided to try this one mainly because of the 5 year warranty. I absolutely love how great this machine works and would recommend it to anyone!!
