I've owned several carpet cleaners over the years and by far, this is the best one I've ever had. Our family room is carpeted and gets dirty frequently. I was almost to the point of getting new flooring. I had a couple of spots that my Previous cleaners (Hoover and Bissell) could not get out. This one got every spot up and sucked all the water out and now the carpet looks awesome. I'm truly impressed.

I purchased this machine to clean up some very dirty carpets that have not been cleaned for quite some time. My machine performed great. I did not take very many passes before the carpet started looking a lot cleaner. I read the reviews regarding the performance of this machine not getting the job done. i found that after I read the instructions and used the machine as intended I did not have any problems. I have used Bissell products and will continue to use them. Thanks Bissell for making products that get the job done.

My husband and I seem to work more than we are home as I am sure many people feel this way. We have carpet downstairs in our family room which is about 20 years old in which we are replacing soon. We were waiting for our grown children to move out. Well, one has (there is 2) and I can't handle looking at this carpet any longer. By the way, we have 2 Yorkies and a German Shepard which sheds like crazy. I also own a TriStar vacuum, I have used many of the other competitors products this is my first Bissell purchase. I used my cleaner last night and was absolutely amazed. It pulled out the spots and dirt like no other with little effort. The suction is awesome. I down loaded a picture. Now remember we are talking about a very old a very old carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always spent good money for a great product! We have this new one from Bissell and it's a complete joke! Cheaply made just unbelievable how awful this carpet cleaner is! It wont suck up the water put on the rug so I had to use 3 towels! It is so flimsy the hose is a complete joke it doesn't stretch and it's the worst kind of plastic on the whole machine it feels like it's gonna fall over and melt on its own.

It was gross! Smelled like dog and had little accident stains and buildup. When I was done it smelled amazing and looked like we had brand new carpet.

I have always used a professional carpet cleaner when i was getting a rental property ready to rent. Since I was never really that satisfied with the results, I decided to invest in my own carpet cleaner and it was well worth the investment. I've cleaned two bedrooms so far and they look amazing. The real test will come when I clean the main living room which was the dirtiest but I am expecting good results I'll report back if I have problems.. I especially like the instructional videos that I can access online!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had multiple Bissels over the years and the end of them is usually leaking after a few years. So this is the new one. And it leaked on the first use. After we used it, we let the carpet dry so we could do another round after seeing how much still needed some work. Well, cam back and the "clean water" tank was empty, it had been 3/4 full. It was all emptied out via the place it was to release during use.

The bissell x2 revolution pet pro is definitely worth the money in my opinion. I have a 4 year old boy that gets into Everything and this machine is so easy to use. Just took the hose to it and spot clean any messes that may not require the use of pulling out the machine. I love the clean shot on it! Everytime i use this feature I always say its like an eraser. You literally see the stream erasing the stain and really saturating to get the stain from deep within. I recomend this to all my friends and family! Especially anyone with kids or pets NEEDs this cleaning machine! The larger back wheels make it very easy to push so it feels very lightweight. Also has a convenient handle for carrying. I also love how easy this is to clean. Literally pop the whole top off and the brushes are bare to get to! Super easy!

I received this cleaner to test from Pinchme. I have two dogs that shed and unfortunately have accidents on my carpets. I was looking for something that pulled up older stains which this cleaner does. I expected to see more dirty water in the reserve but the water that was in the reserve was filthy. The machine was easy to take apart clean and put back together compared to my three other cleaners that I've owned so I was thrilled with that feature. Filling it and getting it all set up was also a breeze. I would recommend this carpet cleaner to my fellow fuzzball owners.
