I really love this machine, it's amazing after I would vacuum with my Shark and use this to wash the carpets, how much dog hair would come out. The dual action, quick clean vs deep clean is great, easy clean up what more can you ask for? This machine "RULES"

We have 3 older dogs that have accidents. This machine takes the stress out of cleaning up. It's quick and deep cleans. A definite must for every pet owner. It is also good for just everyday type of carpet cleaning. Does a better job than the store rental and more hygienic. Stores easily in small spaces and easy to disassemble to clean. The proof is in the dirty dark waste water, you know it's a job well done. Just purchased another for our vacation home vs. transporting the one from home.

I had an older Bissell Pet Pro that finally died after 10 years. The newer model is so much better. Cleans better, easier to remove the parts so that they can be cleaned, lighterweight, more ergonomical, just a much more user friendly machine. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product to clean my carpets and steps. When I first got it, it worked great. After the first week no heat. Used it without heat because I can't find anyone to service. Now I can't use it at all. Was a waste of money.

What I don't understand is there is no rinse with clean water when soap is added to clean water? So this means I have to shampoo carpet then replace with clean (;no soap added) then do carpets all over again? Please someone answer my issue. Customer care was no help!

I loved it works great its pretty heavy. But if you want a clean house.clean rugs this is the one for you sucks.and cleans pet hair so great.its a very nice size it even came with the shampoo's. For it i would so recommended. It to anyone who has pets great to suck up cat. Or dog pee go get one best thing. I used! !!!

Wet was OK but our main use is to get the dog hair off the rug/carpet which it doesn't pick up it just throws it off the rug and you have to use the pipe attachment to pick up which also doesn't do the needful

Noting great about this product, I feel scammed. Marketed as a wet vacuum, has little to no suction. Worst part marketed as intended for pets. For the pet owners out there I can guarantee you, if you're pet urinates on the carpet this product will suck the standing water on the carpet but your carpet will still be extremely wet. Product solution will only mask the scent and you will continue to have urine trapped inside your carpet. Not satisfied very dissatisfied.

I was very impressed with this product. The assembly was pretty minimal and easy to complete. The product has nice weight to it and is very durable. It really held up to its claims to removing the stains as well as any odors! If you own a pet I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have returned this carpet cleaner after the first clean but I was lazy. The dirty water tank fills up before the cleaning water tank is empty. This means you need to stop mid clean, twice if the clean tank is full to empty the dirty tank. To make matters worse any clean water still in the line now gravity feeds doen when you go to empty the dirty tank wasting water and soap. It is a huge design flaw.
