Was very pleased with the results of this carpet cleaner. We have high amount of traffic through our living room and have be thinking of replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring. However after cleaning the carpet it now looks much better than before.

I used this product twice a week and I loved it but when the belt broke replacing it is the hardest I have every come across. I could not get it back together and parts fell off and I could not figure out where they came from. I would love to have another one but replacing broken belts is a brick wall to getting another one.

With just moving, dirt was tracked in my house from everyone going in and out and I am a pet owner (4 cats and a dog) and of course, they can make things dirty too. This was AHHHHHmazing! I love it! Was easy to put together and worked like a champ!

I used this pet pro to clean my capers and couches that were a mess from my cats, dog and 4 very messy kids. They love crafts so there was paint and sticky glue on my carpet in the playroom and lots of "it wasn't me" mystery stains. It worked great and was really easy to put to whether right out of the box and get cleaning! I definitely recommend this product to moms and let owners.

I used hot water with the carpet cleaning formula. I had some really tough stains on my carpet for years, and this upright carpet cleaner is amazing!!! Best carpet cleaner for the $. I couldn't be happier with this product and I highly recommend to anyone who loves lightweight upright carpet cleaners.

I've always had my carpets professionally cleaned. I decided to buy the Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner after cleaning up after my dog one time too many. I am so impressed with how well this machine cleans my carpets. It's paid for itself just in the past month since I purchased it. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have a very old wall-to-wall carpet that has a very dirty walkway path in the hallway, as well to each room. Plus, just getting a puppy, there have been accidents. I was able to clean my carpet in the living room, my bedroom and hallway, along with spotted areas in my boys' rooms and it did decent. The spots didn't really come out and probably needed to be treated first. The hallway, though still has the imbedded trail path; is as clean as it can get. It would be nice if it was able to clean the carpet next to the walls better, as well, have the squirt portion be more of a fan or spray instead of a straight stream. It was nice to step on it when needed. I haven't used the furniture portion of it. I usually remove my covers and wash them. When I shampooed some carpet without vacuuming first, it did collect a lot of dust and spewed it back out at times. I just picked them up and tossed them. Having a good spot remover treatment would be good that doesn't leave residue on the carpet.

I love this thing, The first day I got it, I used it on my living room carpet, I ended up doing my whole house the same day, Then called my daughter and told her if she wants her carpets cleaned to just call me. HAHA I would have never done this with my old carpet cleaner because it was just to much stress to clean it or refill it.. and very heavy.

Use this to clean medium pile carpets in a large home. Works great and made a noticeable difference after the first deep clean. I find it is easy to clean as everything comes apart easily around the brushes, which is where there is the most buildup. I find it takes 2-3 hours to dry after a deep cleaning with a ceiling fan running in the room. Longer without a ceiling fan. I've used it three times, so it's basically paid for itself at this point. I like not having to schedule a cleaning with a company anymore.

This is by far the best shampooer I have ever owned. My shampooer finally broke down. I originally was going to buy the same one, but it was discontinued. I had a job that came up, that needed the carpets shampooed. I borrowed my sisters (just so happened to be the Bissell proheat), & it took me by surprise how simple it was to operate, fill & use. I would definitely recommend this shampooer to everyone!!
