I own German Shepherds, and cats, now just cats. Hair, odor, pee stains all through-out my home. Christmas is coming, Thanksgiving around the corner, I love to do my spring cleaning then, I change around my living room for the Christmas tree. I couldn't believe my eyes the canister contained the brownest dirty water it was even stucking up cat hair that my Shark vacuum didn't pull up. So far I emptied five dirty containers of water in a small area of living room space.

I have a brand new carpet and two puppies ,normally that would mean disaster , not with Bissell ProHeat 2x Revolution pro pet Carpet cleaner. I had 5 spots on my new carpet i pulled out the Carpet Cleaner and my carpet looks like the puppies never had and accident. Best part there is no urine smell . my house smells great and looks great . would recommend to everyone who has pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ORIGIONALLY BOUGHT A CHEAPER VERSION BUT IT WOULD NOT SPRAY ANY WATER...PRESSING THE TRIGGER NOT WORKING. THEN THE CLEARK TALKED ME IN TO PURCHING THE PRO HEAT WITH CREDIT ON THE FIRST UNIT, WELL IT ALSO DID NOT SPRAY ANY WATER NOT EVEN WHEN I INSERTED THE HOSE AND HAND CLEANING UNIT (NO WATER)! AND YES THE TANK IS FILLED INSPECTED AND INSERTED CORRECTLY. I HAVE TRIED EVERY INSTRUCTION NO WATER...THE WATER RELEASE IS NOT WORKING ALTHOUGH THE HAND ASSEMBLY IS IN CORRECTLY.

Our carpets are 16 years old and are showing their age.We have used the rental cleaners before but they didn't clean nearly as good as advertised. I got this Bissell thru my rewards program through my employer.It didn't cost anything so I figured it can't be worse than the others we have tried. When it arrived I couldn't wait to try it out. Assembly was super easy. I took it to the high traffic area of our house for a test run. I wasn't expecting anything more than the results we had gotten in the past. Boy was I wrong! Just a few passes back and forth and the results were eye popping! This thing really works as advertised! Can't wait to do the whole house now and our furniture. Buy this! You won't be disappointed.

When i used this for the first time, i somehow got the electrical cord caught under the brushes. the brushes are so powerful it ate the cord and I was upset. however, when i contacted customer service, they were so nice and helpful. they made is super easy to get a replacement since it was still under warranty. Now onto the item itself. It does an amazing job cleaning up dirt and even stain. I spilt cranberry juice on my carpet, figured it wouldnt come out so just soaked it up with a towel,and just left it like that overnight . Without even pretreating it, I used the cleaner to clean the spot. went over it jsur a couple of times and the stain is gone. My rooms smell and look fresh. The biggest cons I have include how easy the cord got ripped up. Be super careful not to get it caught underneath. also you have to refill and empty it a lot for even a small room. If you dont empty it often it doesnt want to work as well because the item inside to keep it from overflowing. Also the hair gets stuck easily in it so you have to use the item it comes with to fish it out. Again though this thing has amazing suction and cleaning powers and pulls up furballs from my rugs and carpet that are huge!

Recently adopted a 1 year old German shepherd from the shelter. Something he ate went right through him and resulted in an accident on the carpet. After removing the bulk of it, of course there was a nasty stain. This machine took the stain, and subsequent odor, out. Decided to try it on an old stain where one of my cats had vomited. This stain was several month old. It took the stain out with a few passes!

I thought the steamer worked great. Great suction power and left the carpet smelling great. Cons are that it is very heavy and it will leave clumps of hair. I vacuumed prior and it must have had more suction power than my vacuumed and it left hair, in clumps all over the floor.

I loved how easy it was to use & loved how clean it got my carpets ( kids & pets) . Not hard to use, didn't weight too much & easy to use. ! I received the product as a free sample from PINCHme. I used the pretreater which is a great feature! Plus it has 2-in-1 Pet Upholstery Tool - vacuum in dry mode and remove spots and stains in wet modes. I loved the heatwave technololgy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suction for extracting is good compared to my older Hoover Max Extract. To see what kind of suction the Bissell has, I ran a wet pass and two dry passes with my Hoover and then a dry pass with the Bissell. The Bissell picked up water in one pass that the Hoover left behind after two dry passes. Beyond that the Bissell didn't really clean any better than my older machine. The rollers and spray pattern being narrower than the rear wheels seems a bit odd. The hose for spot cleaning feels cheap and is very stiff. And who builds a carpet cleaner with a clean water reservoir that holds more than the dirty water reservoir. I had to empty the dirty water twice before the clean was empty. My Hoover Max Extract is 1:1 so when the dirty water reservoir is full, the clean water is empty. That makes sense! It's a bit difficult to tell how much water you've left in the carpet with the Bissel.

Got this product because our dogs have accidents on occasion and this cleaner removes any stain by going over a few times, we even had a dried stain for weeks that we couldn't get out but this did, also works wonders on upholstery with the hose and attachments!
