This product is faulty. The first time I used it, it turned itself off. When I got it on again it released white fluid all over my clean carpet. I took out the dirty water container to empty it and it leaked everywhere. Once I was done with the machine, it leaked fluid onto the floor for a few hours. Time to return. Waste of time and money.

I received this BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from PINCHme in exchange for my honest review. When I first received the Bissell ProHeat, I was a little intimidated by the size of the box and how "apart" it seemed to be. It was actually much easier to assemble than I anticipated. Once assembled, I decided to test it out in a smaller area, but one that had old hard to remove stains. The Heatwave technology to remove embedded stains works but I wouldn't say it's fantatsic. I think with a good stain remover or spot treatment, it would work better. I was impressed with the dry time though. The carpet was dried faster than with other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I used the upholstery tool to clean spots from a mattress and couch and it worked very well. I was happy with those results. The reservoir for dirty water was very simple to lift out, my only gripe was that it didn't hold that much water so there was a lot of stopping to empty it out. Overall I liked this BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro and would recommend. It's a good buy for the price and it was very easy to use and assemble. I appreciated that it was lightweight even though I thought based on appearance it wasn't going to be.

I was so lucky to receive the carpet cleaner from pinchme! I love the product so much! It's making my life easier from the multi function of the cleaner. The pee smell from my dog isn't too strong, but it still eliminated it so my home smells clean. The brush does pick up most of the hair and dirt from the carpet and the sofa. To other people it may be light, for me it's a bit heavy. Still, I would recommend this to anyone who has pets!

The new version is lightweight and much easier to clean after using. I have been using my other Pro-heat since 2009 and it was still working just as well as ever, but after seeing and researching the new model I decided to upgrade. I'm so happy that I did, the new design really took some of the work out of a tedious job.

I have 2 new Puppies, and during puppy potty training time we have lots of accidents. Especially with 2 puppies!!! So this was well needed and 100% approved. Now we have still have some, but not as many I would still give it 100% with 2 thumbs or 2 puppies paws up!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brushes work great and it dumps a lot of water, the problem is that the suction does not work well at all and it will not suck up most of the water. It makes the room worse than before since it then allows any odors like pet urine to soak diaper in the carpeting therefore making it harder to get out. I would not buy this cleaner again and now I have a new cleaner sitting around and am still using the old one I bought it to replace to do the cleaning and a 10 year old one that barely works does a better job.

Bought this to clean up pet mess and now I have the worst odor and I DO NOT feel that my carpet is clean. It appears that when using the deep clean function you leave more water on the carpet and collect/vacuum back very little. Watching the videos and reading the user guide is no help. Also, the nastiest thing is that if you "park" the machine on a rug or wood floor the dirty water that collects on the brushes and the brush cover leaks back on to your floors! The vacuum is not even powerful enough to keep itself clean in use. Now I have a wet, foul smelling pet stained carpet. If I could return this I would - spend the money on a new carpet.

I have two dogs that sometimes forget the carpet is not the lawn. I clean up urine and the occasional vomit accident. I pretreat the stain and use the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner to clean the soiled area. Carpet looks new although it is over 15 years old. The carpet never smells of pet odor; I can't say enough about the great cleaning this little machine does. It is far superior to the older Bissell carpet cleaners I have owned and so easy to clean. I love, love, love it!

The machine has a great power and works for deep cleaning, but leaves too many hair of my dog in the carpet specially wet, after you finish cleaning with this machine, you still need to pass another vacuum to aspirate all the wet hair loose in the carpet. For me that's why it's 4 star not 5.
