I had an older Bissell Pet Pro that finally died after 10 years. The newer model is so much better. Cleans better, easier to remove the parts so that they can be cleaned, lighterweight, more ergonomical, just a much more user friendly machine. Love it

This vacuum came at the perfect time for me. We recently added a rescue puppy to our family so we now have 3 dogs. She is messy and leaves accidents periodically. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is helpful with any mess she makes either wet or dry. It also helps with my very furry german shepherd and his fur throughout the house. It's amazing how well it cleans the couch to make it look like we don't even have any animals! Floors and carpets are kept spotless! This is my favorite appliance and I am so happy I can now keep my house looking clean with it. :)

I am assuming that the heat part is what I was having issue with just started smoking and then the whole machine completely stop. FYI this is my second don't use on shaggy carpet Only flat rugs

I have cleaned my own carpets with a Hoover cleaners (two) for twenty years. I bought the Bissel PetPro after seeing all the youtubes and reviews. Have never been SO dissapointed or tired after cleaning! I want to take it out back and throw it on the farm burn pile! This cleaner soaked my floors and did not suck up water-leaves them w/residue...I have rinsed and rinsed! I'm tired and disgusted!!

Cleaning the machine after use is not my favorite part of using this machine but it is not a difficult job at all. A simple rinse of the parts and I am ready for the next use! Highly recommend this product and would purchase again if anything ever happened to mine

Y'all!!! Let me tell you!!! I have 4 kids, 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a husband!! I have the older version of this carpet cleaner and thought I had something good, after 4 years (using it 2-3 x per month) I decided we needed a new one....so I kindly bought this for my husband for his Birthday (sweet of me right?!) Hahahaha I just finished the carpets in our home and GOOD LORD! This is 183283838 times better than the old one. It is sooooo much easier to clean! My carpets smell amazing and look new! BUY THIS ONE PEOPLE!

I have dogs big dogs and my carpet get dirt because we live in the country and there is lots of dust and dirt and the machine is amazing. I have had other machines but nothing as good as this one it is GREAT!!!!!!! Would buy this machine again and again. Love it!!

I love everything about this cleaner...it did everything it did on the commercial...I didnt realize how dirty my carpet was till I cleaned it....I dont know how this could possibly be any easier to use...if their was any complaint at all it would be to some how make it clean closer to the floor boards. I dont know if that's even possible. Other than that LOVE IT.....I'd give it 6 stars.....
