This is the best, most powerful Bissell steam cleaner so far. I have 3 dogs & this is the first machine that really eliminates their dirt & odor from the carpets in one cleaning. I love it. I honestly couldn't believe how great my carpet looked after a deep clean with this machine. It's easier than ever to fill & empty. I does require a lot of water changes on the deep clean cycle. But it cleans so well, it's not an issue.

Bought this because we still have carpet in our home. The carpet is a beige and spots easily. We've owned the home for 4 years and have had it professionally cleaned twice to the tune of about $500. Again this winter, the high traffic areas of the carpet were stained, and the hallway to the bedrooms looked like a cheap motel. We have pets, but the problem isn't them, it's the sloppy humans living here. One cleaning with this machine worked wonders and cleaned as well as the professionals we've had clean it. I am so, so pleased. There are two drawbacks which I did not even charge a star for because the end result was so wonderful. The machine is heavy, so it takes a bit of effort, and the canisters for the cleaning solution and the dirty water are a bit small. Nothing I couldn't deal with though. I highly recommend this product.

Our previous machine was a Hoover pet that worked great and when the belt broke and we could not replace we had to upgrade to a new machine. Unfortunately this machine does not compare in my opinion. After only a few uses the sounds it is making has me concerned that it will not last long. The water tank has a large capacity however the waste of water tank is half that and you end up having to empty it shortly after beginning the cleaning process. As far as the cleaning itself, it looks good while wet however as soon as dry the stain reappears so you can tells it's not a very deep clean being completed. For the money this machine cost I am highly disappointed with the machine and results I have seen.

I have two rescue dogs a 5 year old Newfoundland and a year and a half (and still growing and chewing) Great Pyr.'s I adopted the Pyr. in mid-May and found out that he has Irritable bowel syndrome, which has been a real mess on my family room carpet. Now on meds and special dog food most of the messes have are gone but the damage to the carpet and underlay still smelled. I purchased the Pet Pro and it has address both the odor from the carpet and underlay. The machine is light weight, easy to use, and does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.

Easy to use. It also picked up the little short black hairs from my smooth haired dachshund . I would buy this again!!

The machine has a great power and works for deep cleaning, but leaves too many hair of my dog in the carpet specially wet, after you finish cleaning with this machine, you still need to pass another vacuum to aspirate all the wet hair loose in the carpet. For me that's why it's 4 star not 5.

I received this wonderful carpet cleaner from Pinch Me to review and test. Well I must say I was super excited to try this product. I love that it's light weight and very easy to use and maneuver around my house. It did an amazing job at cleaning my carpets even the high traffic areas were no match for this machine. It got so deep down into the carpet fibers that it removed pet hair I didn't know was there. The it thing I wish was that the tanks were a little larger. But, that's a small.price to pay for such an amazing cleaning job this machine does. Thank you Pinch Me and Bissell for an amazing cleaner!!! #Forevergratful

We have a dog and who had a couple accidents. We tried other ways to clean up, but there was a residual lingering odor. We brought the Po Heat and it assembled easily and solved the problem quickly. Highly recommended and can't wait to clean the remainder of our house.

I recieved my Proheat 2x pet pro carpet cleans from pinchme to try and review. Iive in the country we have horses, a dog and 2 cats. So my carpets get messy. Between the kids and grandkids and the dog its an on going battle. Got the carpet cleaner took it out of the box went togetter easy. Used it on all my carpets. Plus area rugs and couch. My carpet in the living room is 38 years old. It looks like new. The stain from the dog and cats are gone and no odor was left. Love it even let my daughter use it on her rug she just got a puppy she loves it. Best I have had. Love this carpet cleaner anyone with pets should try this.
