[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Worked on very old urine stains on 2 rugs with stain and smell. Highly recommend. Also, I have a huge rope type rug that had huge wrinkles from being stretched from washing outside. The heat of the steamer brought it back to size. Its like new and no more kids tripping over the wrinkles. What a fun suprise. My 3rd fancy rug had a rubber backing and it got the stain up but not the smell I blame the rug and I'm going to try some of Bissells other solutions. Also, now I need to buy a better vacuum bc the steamer pulls up the pet hair that my vacuum left that was deep down and lthe steamer eaves drops it in wet lumps which is fine bc you just pick it up or vacuum. I will definitely be buying a Bissell pet vacuum. So excited for a deep clean house with pets, and kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is good and have used the product two times. The suction is not as strong as we think it should be using the hose. Also its odd that the brushes rotate when you are using the hose, could cause damage if you are not aware of that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 is fantastic! Very easy and even fun to use. And so gratifying to see all the dirt and dog hair (Golden Retriever!) that is pulled out. I do think the rug (antique oriental) looks brighter and cleaner and actually feels softer and nicer under foot!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE my ProHeat 2X!!! Who ever designed this cleaner must have had pet owners in mind. It is not only easy to use but easy to empty the tanks and clean. I would highly recommend this product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not believe how much dirt this thing pulls out of our carpets. I used this thing the weeks in a row and I'm still getting coffee colored water in the dirty tank. Par for the course with two dogs I guess. Easy to use and clean - just wish the dirty tank was a bit bigger #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after reading all the great reviews. They were correct. This is the best and does a great job, worked on my 18 years old bedroom after he moved out and the carpet is like new again! Also works great for the pets. Dog made messes, cats too! Highly recommend and easy to use, and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item because we got a new puppy. And I can't say enough great things about it. It did an amazing job cleaned up all the puppy messes from my rug! I can honestly say I never realize how dirty my rugs really were until I purchased the ProHeat Pet pro. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, loved the spot shot. Was a great help for the ground in stuff. I was kind of surprised that there was no rinse stage. My older bissell insisted that you must rinse with clear water after shampooing is complete. Hopefully the cleaners have improved and rinsing isn't necessary anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is the use the shampoo cleaner, the idea if rinsing after use is ideal for a person like me. The price wasn't bad either. AndbIblive the different modes of use because I don't always have to leave my carpet soaking wet! The only negative is the instructions need to go more indepth as it was my first time using a shampoo cleaner.

Bought it last month and have used twice. Our carpet hadn't been cleaned for many years and I was not sure how much this carpet cleaner would achieve. I first used it on the dirtiest place - from the door from the garage to the kitchen. It took me a good half hour, maybe longer, to do the pretreatment, shampoo and clean water rinse. I am 5'2 so the thing is heavy for me when both tanks are in use. But the result was amazing! Watching the machine sucking up the dirty water was mesmerizing! When the carpet dried the next day, my husband said that the carpet was as good as new. I wish the dirty water tank could store more though. The tank itself is a good size but the "Full" line is pretty low, looks about 1/3 from the bottom of the tank, which took me by surprise the first time it became "full" and the machine stopped sucking up water. I thought it was broken! Anyway, due to that fact, when cleaning a large area, I had to stop and go empty the tank too many times to my liking. However, now that I had done the thorough cleaning, I expect future cleanings to be lighter and faster, with much less water usage and fewer trips to empty the dirty water tank. All in all we are very happy with the purchase. Should have bought this carpet cleaner years ago.
