It does an excellent job cleaning our tough puppy stains and walking traffic stains. It lifted our carpet nap right up! By the way, our 1st Bissell Pet Pro lasted 15 years and we never had a complaint.

After using the carpet cleaner, my carpet smelled fresh and clean and the stains are gone. The ProHeat 2X is much lighter than my last carpet cleaner too.

Our old lady dog is starting to have little accidents, and the young one went through potty training last year. We had our carpet cleaned 3 years ago, and it was starting to look really dirty. I figured I could spend a few hundred bucks on getting the carpet cleaned again, or get the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for a little more. I used it the day I got it, and boy was the extracted water disgustingly dirty! My carpet looks and smells much better - I must not have found all of the accident spots to treat them as they happened, but I sure got them when I cleaned the carpet with my Bissell! It was really easy to clean the machine, too, which is much appreciated. I will be cleaning my carpet on a regular basis now!

After 4 months of puppy "activity", and despite cleaning up after every incident, my carpets were in a horrible state. This machine removed all the staining; also, my friends remarked how fresh my house smelt afterwards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Worked on very old urine stains on 2 rugs with stain and smell. Highly recommend. Also, I have a huge rope type rug that had huge wrinkles from being stretched from washing outside. The heat of the steamer brought it back to size. Its like new and no more kids tripping over the wrinkles. What a fun suprise. My 3rd fancy rug had a rubber backing and it got the stain up but not the smell I blame the rug and I'm going to try some of Bissells other solutions. Also, now I need to buy a better vacuum bc the steamer pulls up the pet hair that my vacuum left that was deep down and lthe steamer eaves drops it in wet lumps which is fine bc you just pick it up or vacuum. I will definitely be buying a Bissell pet vacuum. So excited for a deep clean house with pets, and kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is good and have used the product two times. The suction is not as strong as we think it should be using the hose. Also its odd that the brushes rotate when you are using the hose, could cause damage if you are not aware of that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 is fantastic! Very easy and even fun to use. And so gratifying to see all the dirt and dog hair (Golden Retriever!) that is pulled out. I do think the rug (antique oriental) looks brighter and cleaner and actually feels softer and nicer under foot!!

Pet Pro Revolution--have used for 3 years. It is excellent at cleaning carpet; however the accessories for stairs are not usable. The solution is not ejected. There are no detailed trouble shooting instructions in the “manual” nor on the website. There are NO authorized local service companies to perform warranty work. The equipment has to be shipped to the company in Dallas; it may or may not be fixed. Have had to use local repair service at my expense. Telephone support seems to read from computer screens.
