I have 4 rescue Weimaraners, and a couple of years ago I purchased the earlier version of this cleaner. I really loved it, with one exception - It was hard to clean the intake and brushes. Weims have very short hair and seem to shed all year around. When I saw you have pretty much solved the problem of cleaning the intake area, along with a number of small improvements, I knew it was time to pass the previous model along and acquire the updated version. Obviously, you all are pet owners, because your innovations always seem to be in a positive direction. Many, many thanks. Greyghost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this machine a couple of times so far and am satisfied with the performance. Many pieces are plastic so be careful in handling. Not to force anything into place. If you are putting it together correctly it should click into place quite easily. Works as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 30 yrs old rug that has seen 5 dogs. The rug is nice, plush and still in good shape but had a dirty stain in the middle of it. We first purchased a competitors shampooer then had it professionally cleaned and the stain would not lift. We bought a Bissell and the stain is gone!! This is a much better cleaning machine than we've ever seen. The brush system is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just cleaned two of my rugs and they look wonderful, We have a little ball of fire and she is hard on the rugs. They look like new again. For awhile anyway. My girlfriend recommended this carpet cleaner to me because of having a small dog and am I ever pleased. I Would never have someone come in again as it is really handy to have and use as you like and when you need it. Thank you Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, lots of power, worth the money. Worked just as well as the ones you can rent. The only downside is the load capacity, but if you watch their reviews they're clear on this being one of the cons of this product. This beats spending money on renting and you can clean your carpets more frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Bissell Pet Pro. It's heavy duty enough for a serious cleaner yet easy to handle. It does an excellent job cleaning our tough puppy stains and walking traffic stains. It lifted our carpet nap right up! By the way, our 1st Bissell Pet Pro lasted 15 years and we never had a complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new carpet cleaner. I have a puppy who had accidents on the carpet so we had urine stains and odor even after spraying it. After using the carpet cleaner, my carpet smelled fresh and clean and the stains are gone. The ProHeat 2X is much lighter than my last carpet cleaner too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs, a 12.5 year old Lab and a 2 year old Border Collie cross, and live on a farm. Our old lady dog is starting to have little accidents, and the young one went through potty training last year. We had our carpet cleaned 3 years ago, and it was starting to look really dirty. I figured I could spend a few hundred bucks on getting the carpet cleaned again, or get the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for a little more. I used it the day I got it, and boy was the extracted water disgustingly dirty! My carpet looks and smells much better - I must not have found all of the accident spots to treat them as they happened, but I sure got them when I cleaned the carpet with my Bissell! It was really easy to clean the machine, too, which is much appreciated. I will be cleaning my carpet on a regular basis now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. I used it immediately and what a difference it made on my carpet. I have the bissell pro heat small hand held cleaner but have been looking to purchase a big cleaner. What a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is outstanding. Easy to use and restores badly stained carpets to almost new condition. After 4 months of puppy "activity", and despite cleaning up after every incident, my carpets were in a horrible state. This machine removed all the staining; also, my friends remarked how fresh my house smelt afterwards.
