[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I manage a pet friendly luxury condo building. We recently renovated the common hallways and installed new carpet throughout. Sometimes our adorable dogs have an accident. The new Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Cleaner is fantastic at keeping everything looking new and smelling fresh! Thank you, Scott

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My carpets are like new again! Bye bye pet stains, soda, dirt, and work grime! I love love love this vacuum. It is light weight and easy to use. Has lots of tank space and comes apart with ease so cleaning is pristine when your ready to store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. I was so embarrassed of my carpet after we adopted a 3 year old dog who was supposedly house trained. She was trained alright, to go on the carpet. I have another Bissell and the Pet Stain Eraser but neither was doing much to get the carpet clean. The first time I used it, it didn't get the stains completely out but it was such an improvement. Stains completely gone after second use. Also, it is so easy to clean. I don't dread the thought of using the carpet cleaner anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using on several carpets and using the upholstering tools on furniture, stairs, auto carpets and throw rugs - I am greatly impressed. I have used 3 other cleaners in the past and this unit stands head and shoulders above them including two big names in the business. This unit is well thought out and designed from a user point view, not just from a manufacturing point of view. 1st easy to get started and use - loading the water and cleaner as simple as just look at the fill lines - no longer premeasuring and 1 gal tank is enough to do my living room. Using the motor exhaust air over the tank to help keep the water hot - awesome idea! I follow the same cleaning schedule and this unit p/u more dirt than previous 3. 2nd using the upholstering process with tools as good as the other 3 but I found it actually picks up more left over water so overall p/u more dirty water and better then the previous 3. 3rd clean up - Wow! Bissell really shines here - I think superior to any other pet carpet cleaner I considered. The extra hose cleaner a convenient must have - Bissell should include this as part of the extra value kit. The rinse and storage tray is an ingenious user concept - the process really did clean the brushes, most of the cat hair off the rollers, the pick face to the tank and I did not need to use the clean out tool so far - but glad it is included. The tray also holds any water dripping (small minute amounts of water remaining in the corners and some surfaces within the unit that drips out the p/u after unit is off) no drips on the floor or carpet - stays in the tray and dries normal. 4th leaking vs dripping - a number of users mention leaking - leaking is generally caused by poor p/u design, (valves - rubber gaskets) or a cracked or broken part - I did not find this the case with my unit as delivered. I did find NORMAL dripping that previous 3 big names also did! I and found this unit to drip less than 2 others and only slightly more than 1 other.

Wine stains; depending on how long they've been there come out fairly well. Extremely easy to clean after using, and I have 3 pooches in the home. The only con for me (if you could call it a con) is the 1 gallon water tank had to be refilled fairly often, I'd say the tank is good for 1 average sized fully carpeted bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner replaces my old ProHeat Pet Pro 2X, which I bought about ten years ago. The new model is far easier to clean and I love the water canisters, which make it easy for refilling. So far it has done an exceptional job on my area rugs. I have two cats and I'm thrilled with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used it twice and works much better than the older model with one brush. Only problem was that it was delivered with out the carry handle. I had to call customer service to get the part sent. That went well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this carpet cleaner. I previously owned an older BISSELL PRO HEAT 2X model and wasn't sure if I'd like this one as much...but I do! A lot of new advancements that make it easy to use and it is very efficient and effective in cleaning. I have two pets...do this is a must have! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. My last cleaner had me cleaning the carpet, then I had to go back over and rinse everything. Took twice as long. Cleaning the carpet cleaner was dreadful. Nothing came apart unless I unscrewed everything and took things apart. We have lots of cats and hairballs from time to time. I clean up what I can then pretreat and use my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and carpet looks good as new. No stains or smells whatsoever!! I would like to be entered in your sweepstakes please. Thank you.
