This carpet cleaner not only delivers but the parts are easily removed to be cleaned and stored to await the next use. This carpet cleaner does what it say it will do! Wish I'd purchased it sooner!!! We own 2 big dogs that love to run the property and then bring the dirt and mud from rain and snow into the house. It is a full-time job to keep our house clean! Even though we bought stain master carpeting, I truly thought we were going to have to replace it after this last winter. It was SO bad despite regular spot cleaning and constant vacuuming This Bissell made the carpeting look brand new again, and did so ONLY using water in the machine. OMG! My only regret is that I didn't take a "before" picture so you could be amazed too at the filth my new Bissell cleaned up! The "after" results were phenomenal! With 2 boys in the house, you can imagine what my light beige carpet looked like. Wow!! The carpet is 19 years old and this cleaner got all the stains and dirt out. The carpet looks like new. Also, I'm allergic to dust, and I feel so much better now. I am thrilled with my purchase.

I moved into a new place and needed something to make sure the carpet wasn't disgusting and this showed me that my worst fears were true! After doing an express clean, my carpets feel brand new lol!!

We have creamed colored carpet in only two rooms of our house - the rest is tiled - and a Chocolate Lab who loves to rub and roll on the carpet after he has eaten. He also takes an occasional nap in those rooms. He doesn't have "accidents" in the house. What I needed to clean from the carpet was the dirt and oil that had accumulated from his coat. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and the Pet Stain Formula kit did the job. Looks like new carpet!

I like that you can select how fast or deep of a clean you can get. My only drawback is the beater bars. Professional cleaners don't use them because of how much they clog. The machine could be made better if they would remove the rollers and increase the suction power. Other than that, great machine!!! #sweepstakes

Took up lots of dirty water and even dead bed bugs; even believe some were hiding deep in the carpet fibers. Plan to do other carpets in house. This Pro Carpet Cleaner was received in a single box well packaged and went together easily for an 80 year old man LOL. One really dirty carpet area came almost like new and plan to go over the room again before putting stuff back in the room. Many thanks Bissell for this working machine.
