[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs and live in a small house. Needless to say that my carpets are well-traveled. This carpet cleaner cleaned all of my carpets and they looked new! I was excited! I used the upholstery tools for the recliner and couch as well. They look new! I love this carpet cleaner!!! Dry time was 2 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a previous Bissell shampooer for over a decade, it was time to retire and upgrade to a new model. I purchased this shampooer to shampoo the entire house prior to welcoming a new baby into the home. Worked fantastic and pulled out dirt and hair that other shampooers weren't able to get out. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, and I'm genuinely loving it. With two dogs in the house, it has been a tremendous help in keeping my carpets clean. What's particularly impressive about it is how effortlessly it allows me to remove pet hair and human hair that tend to get stuck in the suction slot. I highly recommend it.

I bought this machine to replace my 18-year old Bissell ProHeat carpet cleaner. I really loved that old machine, but it was past its prime and wasn't spraying out solution consistently anymore. I had very low expectations of the newer Bissell carpet cleaners, since my old machine had 10 amps of power and most of the newer models have only around 7 amps. I was really skeptical. But I forged ahead and selected the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. At first it was a little awkward since it's quite a bit different from the one I was used to. But after the first couple change-outs of the dirty water and refilling the clean water/solution tank, I was smitten! This machine performs every bit as well as my old one did when it was new way back when. And exceeds it, if I might add! It has amazing power and suction for only 7 amps. Changing out the water bins is a breeze! So simple and quick. The thing I love the most about this new carpet cleaner is how easy it is to pop off the suction cone plastic piece and then pop up the roller brush cover. Boom, there are the rollers easily exposed to clean around them and also clean the collected hair/fuzz from the plastic pieces....completely clean them out! No way did my old Bissell do that. And I think that was a lot of the trouble with it also. I'm really glad I purchased this carpet cleaner. Absolutely no regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first ProHeat 2X was an outstanding machine and it lasted for 10 years, I loved it. The only reason why I purchased a new one is because Bissell no longer carried the parts for it. I had the opportunity to use the new one a few days after I bought it and WOW!!! It's lighter to handle, easy to use, powerful water suction to allow for faster drying... My first ProHeat was big bulky and at times awkward to use, non the less; I still loved it, but I like my new one better!!! The only downside is, there is no place on the body for your attachments, they provide a mesh bag to store your hose and attachments. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. But it has two negatives. The fill tank fills up too soon. And there's no handle to carry up steps. But it works great. It's so easy to clean up and I love the tray to clean the rollers after using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine on sale. Surprisingly did a good job in restoring original carpets that were installed in 1994. Doing the carpeted stairs was time consuming. Would have been nice to have a agitating mechanical brush device for the stairs instead of a hand scrubbing attachment. Eventually got the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is fantastic. I had previously used a hoover carpet cleaner that was more expensive and this one puts that one to shame. The spot feature is perfect for tough stains and the brush even got dried paint out. #sweepstakes
