It is very easy to use and cleans the carpet brilliantly. We were amazed at how much dirt showed up in the tank! It was easy to clean the machine after using it. We would recommend this product.

She is also a border collie who brings in a lot of dirt from her long hair. I LOVE this carpet cleaner, and I'm so happy I bought it. I've been thinking about getting all new rugs, but it turns out, I just needed a good enough cleaner to make them smell, look, and feel brand new. SO happy with this purchase. Its also such a cute aesthetic, I kind of love having it in my laundry room to look at lol. So excited that all my carpets and rugs will feel fresh and clean whenever I want!

We have two 7 year old Bassett Hounds that track in mud and shed plenty of hair on Berber carpet. Very much Like how you can visually see it sucking up the grime. As for dislikes, I would like to have a lifting handle on the front of the unit between the upper and lower tanks to make it easier to lift over the dog door threshold.

This carpet cleaner cleaned all of my carpets and they looked new! I was excited! I used the upholstery tools for the recliner and couch as well. They look new! I love this carpet cleaner!!! Dry time was 2 hours.

We have always had good luck with Bissell products, so we bought a brand new one. It is easy to operate, and does a great job getting up pet stains and normal traffic dirt off of the carpeting. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner. It's so much easier than renting a steam cleaner form the store!

We cleaned the carpet for different friends and family members and they were amazed how well our machine cleaned their carpet. One of these carpets was thirty years old and it made it look new again without any spot treatment. The people who saw how this machine cleaned were also amazed at the affordable price of the machine. The machine is well worth the price we paid for it. The machine works better than what the so-called professional carpet cleaners use. I would definitely purchase this machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally purchased our ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, initially used BISSELL® Clean + Allergen formula on all of our carpets, Did a great job, however, I did need to go over a few areas with BISSELL® PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator formula and was able to remove even more, but not all. I also had a problem with a leaky dirty water tank, and it wasn't even close to the water mark where you're supposed to empty the tank. Learned to keep a towel handy for any leaks, or drips along with having a bucket handy to empty dirty water tank. Otherwise, very happy with my Bissell! My carpets look great!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Proheat 2x carpet cleaner works great as expected. Very easy to setup and start cleaning your carpets. I have throw rugs that were very tired looking. The Proheat brought the carpets back to life saving me some $$. The Proheat 2x worked great on the carpet in my car too. The tools are small enough to reach into the small places between the seats.

This replaces my old Bissell ProHeat, which finally gave up the ghost after many years of cleaning the messes of multiple cats. I am in love with my new ProHeat. For starters, it's lighter and very maneuverable, which at my age is a plus. I love the new arrangement of the canisters, which makes them easier to clean and reattach. The attachments are updated. I love the upholstery attachment the most. This machine has impressive suction, too. I have been buying Bissell for a long time, and have always found their machines are reliable and efficient. My cats just wear them out! If you have pets and are in the market for a carpet cleaner, this one is an excellent choice.
