[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS THING!! I am SO glad that I purchased this carpet cleaner! And, it was delivered to my doorstep at the perfect time (the day I brought my new puppy home!) One of my worries with adding a puppy to our family was having a home that smelled bad since I have carpet and I know that puppy potty accidents are inevitable while they're still house training. With this carpet cleaner, I was able to use the Express Clean option to clean up my puppy's urine immediately after the accident. It's so satisfying to be able to see the liquids being sucked up through the cleaner! So far, I've used the Deep Clean option weekly and it works so well! It's like a toy for adults, lol. I love this carpet cleaner and would most definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaned my entire home without any issue. This carpet cleaner not only delivers but the parts are easily removed to be cleaned and stored to await the next use. This carpet cleaner does what it say it will do! Wish I'd purchased it sooner!!! Took out spots, stains and evened up the entire color of my carpet throughout the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a Colorado mountain home off a dirt road, on 7 acres of pine trees and dirt property. We own 2 big dogs that love to run the property and then bring the dirt and mud from rain and snow into the house. It is a full-time job to keep our house clean! Even though we bought stain master carpeting, I truly thought we were going to have to replace it after this last winter. It was SO bad despite regular spot cleaning and constant vacuuming This Bissell made the carpeting look brand new again, and did so ONLY using water in the machine. OMG! My only regret is that I didn't take a "before" picture so you could be amazed too at the filth my new Bissell cleaned up! The "after" results were phenomenal! I used to rent the supermarket machines a few times a year, but never again! I can't tell you enough how much we love our new Bissell! Best purchase we have ever made!! "#sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is used to clean our carpets and area rugs. We could not believe how well this machine cleaned the carpets. We were quite impressed on the amount of grime picked up by this cleaner because the wife cleans regularly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this last Christmas for my daughter and then in June my Bissell rug cleaner finally after 15 years went out so I was using my daughter's and I loved it so much I bought it for myself for Christmas! It's wrapped and under the tree now,I can't wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually get my carpet cleaned once a year, but due to COVID it's been 3 years. With 2 boys in the house, you can imagine what my light beige carpet looked like. Wow!! The carpet is 19 years old and this cleaner got all the stains and dirt out. The carpet looks like new. Also, I'm allergic to dust, and I feel so much better now. I am thrilled with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used my Bissel for the first time and it was definitely one of the best investments I've made. I moved into a new place and needed something to make sure the carpet wasn't disgusting and this showed me that my worst fears were true! After doing an express clean, my carpets feel brand new lol!!

We have creamed colored carpet in only two rooms of our house - the rest is tiled - and a Chocolate Lab who loves to rub and roll on the carpet after he has eaten. He also takes an occasional nap in those rooms. He doesn't have "accidents" in the house. What I needed to clean from the carpet was the dirt and oil that had accumulated from his coat. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and the Pet Stain Formula kit did the job. Looks like new carpet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a former employee at a family owned carpet cleaning business, this machine works great to get carpets really clean. I like that you can select how fast or deep of a clean you can get. My only drawback is the beater bars. Professional cleaners don't use them because of how much they clog. The machine could be made better if they would remove the rollers and increase the suction power. Other than that, great machine!!! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an outbreak of bed bugs in bedroom and bought this unit to clean the carpet! Took up lots of dirty water and even dead bed bugs; even believe some were hiding deep in the carpet fibers. Plan to do other carpets in house. This Pro Carpet Cleaner was received in a single box well packaged and went together easily for an 80 year old man LOL. One really dirty carpet area came almost like new and plan to go over the room again before putting stuff back in the room. Many thanks Bissell for this working machine.
