It's easy, easy to use compared to others, the suction is great, and it's so easy to clean! My house smelt instantly cleaner of cat smell, not to mention vomit the following week when half of us got super sick! Amazing!!! Love it!!! I'm not however sure I'm as in love with the upholstery tool. I used it in the back of my vehicle to clean some spilled food. It was on the floor lining which is a thin fabric, and I'm not sure how much water was sucked up, how much cleaning it did, or if the fabric was more than half cleaned even after running it over it multiple times. The smell persisted but was masked by the cleaner formula smell. After a week the car finally smells okay. Not clean and fresh.

I hadn't high hopes for this machine as I owned a carpet cleaner before and lets just say it was a piece of junk. I have a one year old puppy and she has made a mess of my carpets, which I had professionally cleaned 6 months ago. I figured instead of paying the same amount of money to have someone else clean my carpets I should invest in a better carpet cleaner. So I did some research and read reviews and I sprung for the best model out there for pet stains. Let me say it again, WOW! I have used the cleaner once and am thoroughly satisfied with the results. It cleans better than the companies I used to hire. Spots are gone and the carpets smell fresh. The cleaner is easy to use and I was amazed at how much dirt was in the retrieval tank. I did have some trouble inserting the cleaner into the spout atop the clean water tank. I just unscrewed the cap and poured in the cleaner to the line indicated. No problem. The machine is easy to clean and does a great job. Use it twice and you are saving money over any commercial cleaning service. I wish I had bought one years ago.

I have used it to clean up a room that my dog has had accidents in, my daughters room cleaning up spilled juice and kid messes, mud from my husbands boots, and also the throw rug I have in the kitchen. It has gotten deep down into the carpets which are very thick and long fibers, and I actually feel like my carpets are clean. The handheld attachment for the sofa is amazing, and I have actually used it for spot cleaning the carpet due to spills. Not only does this machine clean like a beast, but the best thing is that the entire machine comes apart. As soon as I'm done all I have to do is lift on the pieces and rinse them off and it's done, no mold no smell no mess. #sweepstakes

It's been a lifesaver, since my home is all carpet. I use it with the antibacterial formula to clean her messes. I like that it dries quickly. It also works great on food stains. My puppy toppled over an entire burrito on my floor and couch - tough bright red stains. I used the carpet cleaner and upholstery attachment and it all came out. #sweepstakes

Super impressed with the level of cleanliness for a non commercial carpet cleaner. Totally recommend them and would definitely buy again if I had to. This did amazing things to my carpets and I have a man and two boys who are always muddy or full of sawdust.

Tried other cleaners and nothing worked, stains were still there. Used my new Bissell cleaners and products only once and no scrubbing with my hands, the stains were gone. EVEN AFTER A YEAR!!
