I bought this because we have carpet in our basement. And i thought the floor was ruined thanks to a leaky basement. But i bought this and the carpet was saved. I have bought alot of carpet cleaners in the past. But none of them were this powerful or cleaned as good as this did.

I absolutely love this thing! It makes cleaning up after my dogs so easy! I usually had to rent a shampooer from the local grocery store to clean carpets but this works so well I dont need to use the heavier cleaning machine. I would definitely recommend this machine for someone with pets. Its lightweight so not miserable to take up and down the steps either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a geriatric cat with pretty bad incontinence. This machine makes his care so much more manageable! From the couch to the floor this thing does a great job cleaning up all his messes. The reservoirs are easy to use and transport, even with my bad back. I absolutely love that it has a cleaning process for the machine after use so I doesn't smell. A million times THANK YOU BISSELL!

I bought this cleaner when I purchased my home. Cleaned all carpets in the bedrooms. The previous owners had a cat, this cleaner got all the cat hair out of the carpet. I also had some paint stains that this cleaner removed off the carpet! I love the self cleaning function!

I've used my machine 2 times and on the second time it broke! After my conversation with customer service I have to drive to the next County to drop it off at a service center! Which will take two trips and 2 hours of travel time ,delivering it and picking it up! For a brand new machine!!! I bought two other machines for Christmas gifts, and they will definitely be returned to place of purchase! Doesn't matter how good of a machine it is if the customer service is terrible!!

I've always had my carpets professionally cleaned. I decided to buy the Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner after cleaning up after my dog one time too many. I am so impressed with how well this machine cleans my carpets. It's paid for itself just in the past month since I purchased it. Couldn't be more pleased.

As of now have only used it once. But will be using it to keep up the cleaning and maintenance of my carpet. It is lightweight and more powerful than my old Bissell carpet shampooer. One thing I do really like is the EZ Clean. Since, on the 1964 you can remove the Brush shield it is so much easier to completely clean the whole machine. (A time saver).

I had to try it out as soon as I received my ProHeat 2x Pet Cleaner from PinchMe. . I was impressed!!! I have a cat and a 14 year old, so between the two of them I was hoping the cleaner was up to the challenge and it was. The couple marks I had on my carpet were taken up with ease and the machine itself was easy to operate. As always I am impressed with the Bissel line and glad to have this to add the my collection. Thank you Pinchme!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought pro heat 3 weeks ago & I always wanted to own a shampooing machine that I can work with whenever I have the time. The machine works good, however, I have noticed couple of things which made me give it a 4 stars review. 1- The machine stoped sucking many times during the cleaning, I tried to figure the reason, went back to the manual, checked if the filter was clogged & checked both tanks. Everything was ok, but the machine is still not sucking. The only way that worked is to turn it off for couple of minutes. 2- The dirty water tank leaks from the bottom when I pull it out to empty it, which causes a big mess. 3- The stairs tools do not do a great job, they are hard to use and Don not clean properly. I had to use the upholstery attachment to be done & it did a good job. 4- keep in mind that There is no way to do the corners & edges of the room no matter how hard You try as the machine won't reach there. I used the stairs tools for that part, which was a double job. Otherwise, the machine is of good quality and both tank sizes are reasonable, good cord & stairs' hose length. Tips: Clean the filter, brushes & dirty water tank after each area. Let the machine cool down every now and then.

Heats water great, leaves the carpet looking like new, after the carpet dries looks the same and stains are still there! Pulls way too many fibers out of the carpet, at least it is easy to clean! Powerful suction to pull the water up from the carpet! Overall mostly hype in their advertising, really wish it was a better product.
