Heats water great, leaves the carpet looking like new, after the carpet dries looks the same and stains are still there! Pulls way too many fibers out of the carpet, at least it is easy to clean! Powerful suction to pull the water up from the carpet! Overall mostly hype in their advertising, really wish it was a better product.

This carpet cleaner worked great while it ran. I was cleaning my living room carpet after trying it out on a few spots. After a second refill and dump of the tanks. The clean water tank no longer fit. The bottom is warped and will not dispense water. Still recommend the product. Just don't use more than one tank at a time.

I love the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. I have 2 cats so my carpet gets dirty and I have to shampoo my carpets pretty often. This carpet shampooer left my carpets very clean. I love the added features as well. There is deep clean mode for really dirty carpets and the express clean mode which will leave carpets dry in about an hour. There is a 2-in-1 upholstery took that removes pet hair in dry mode and removes stains from upholstery in wet mode. There is also the clean shot pre-treater which pre-treats stains while cleaning. I also like the EZ clean removable brush roll cover. It makes cleaning up very easy. The dirty water tank is easy to empty. I wish it was a little bigger though. I have to change the water a lot but it's worth the extra effort because this works so well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with pets or just dirty carpets in general.

Have used this cleaner twice since purchasing last month. Cleaned like a champ, leaving my carpet smelling fresh and with no pet smell. Dried fast in deep clean mode. The dirt pulled from the carpet was amazing. I have already saved by not having to pay for a professional cleaning. Not overly loud. Easy to use. My carpet looked as good as new. Can't wait to be able to clean the rest of the house. Only drawback was the directions were a little confusing especially about disassembly for cleaning machine and the cleaning products. But YouTube videos helped. Great product!

Previously owned a heavier carpet cleaner that was difficult to move. This is a lightweight cleaner with heavyweight cleaning ability. Assembled in minutes and cleaned carpet is a short time with great results. You will have to empty and refill clean and dirty water chambers several times, but the canisters are easy to remove and replace. Very pleased with this product. Greatly superior to my former model. I even did an extra room because it was easy and quick to use.

I was given this deep cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. To my amazement this deep carpet cleaner attacked our pet stains full force, and gently lifted all the dirt out of our carpet with a few gentle passes. There was no hard labor involved as the instructions were simple to follow and the heated water feature broke up the mess instantly! I love that this vaccum is easy to use, thorough in its cleaning and brilliantly designed.

So disappointed. Bought this to replace earlier model that finally bit the dust after many years and started having issues almost immediately. It does not have the power to really get the stains and for a pet model is lacking in ability to deal with hair (yes, I vacuumed first). It clogged and started smoking and I thought I had broken a belt. After ordering belt and taking apart they were fine, just hair issue. Then a couple of weeks later it smoked on starting up and it HAD broken a belt. Super pain in the neck to fix but OK did that. Now it is not putting down water like it used to do. Really very done with this model.

So far I have shampooed my bedrooms, my hallway, my bed, toddler chairs, and my couch. I used to use an older more expensive bissell cleaner and it was so hard to keep clean and would leave dirty water marks every where. It would leave so much dirty water in the carpet and it would take hours to dry. Using this new bissell it maybe took 2 hours for my carpets to dry with fans on. I used the tough stain tool on smaller places after using the machine to pick up even more dirty water and dry the carpets faster. It was super fast and easy to switch between the machine and the attachments. Make sure you have something underneath the machine while using the attachments so your carpet doesn't get ruined by the brush rolls!! I'm not a huge fan of the upholstery tool, the tough stain tool got way more crud out of my couch. But I love all the other tools it came with and the cleaning and storage tray is awesome! I'm also confused with the express clean mode since it barely sucked up any water or dirt and in max clean mode my carpets were dry in an hour any ways, so I won't ever use that mode. I do also wish the dirty water tank was a bit bigger, I would dump it out and still have half solution water left..so I would have to keep doing one at a time and it made cleaning take a bit longer. But still love the machine!

I own one dog that is unfortunately home alone all work day. We have trained him to do his business in one area, but sometimes he has accidents. Worked great when I first received it, then I went to use it again a week later, it drained all the water out on areas of the carpet and wouldn't suck it back up. I had every area of the shampooer clear of dirty and hair but it still made the pop and never put anything except an inch of dirty water out of a gallon back into the bucket.
