idk what all these people with bad reviews are talking about but I love this shampooer. none of what the bad reviews said were an issue. haters. I just got my shampooer today and I literally did all my carpets and my car and couches and no issue. this carpet cleaner has a lot of accessories. they are much bigger than I thought they were going to be. judging from the pictures I thought all the attachments were going to be kinda small but they are large. everything works great. little pointer on what I use to get my carpets clean that is if you don't want to spend a lot to get your house done and that is oxi clean detergent a little bit of dawn dish soap and fabric softener. if u have dog or cat urine issues than just add baking soda to it or white vinegar. works for me. makes your carpets look brand new. especially with this machine.

I rave about this machine to everyone I know that has a pet. I am continuously impressed by the amount of dirt and stains this carpet cleaner lifts. I have only owned it for about 3 weeks now, but I use it every chance I get. New favorite cleaning product!

I've been researching which pet vacuum carpet cleaner to purchase and finally settled on the proheat. I'll be honest I wasn't sure if it was going to work since my carpet had several old stains from my dog but I tried it and I was incredibly pleased with the result! I gave it 4 stars though because it does take several times to dump the dirty water and refill the gallon of clean water. The cleaner I used was the pro pet odor and stain removal and it didn't have the most freshest scent but I figured if it can remove the stains and odor then I'm happy with it. (I did use a pretreatment on all my stains before I went over with the carpet cleaner).

I've been looking for a machine like this (my wife will attest). The brushes handle pet hair without getting wrapped up with it. It can be used to clean whole rooms, removing stains that other machines (new and old) leave behind. I pulls out the dirty water so carpets actuality look clean. I think Bissell has changed the formulation of their cleaners because they seem to be working better. The new peroxide cleaner helps hit the pet stains. It is nice to finally having a upright machine that actually works on difficult pet stains. We use both the upright and $155 spot machine depending on what we need. We now have a powerful arsenal to handle pet stains and other larger cleaning needs. Our backdoor open onto carpet, so we get heavy soil stains on the carpet. They come right out with the Revolution. No more rent the rug doctor, which is more like a first year med student compared to the Revolution. I bought this machine with some doubts. Every machine I'd bought before just didn't do the full job. I was stuck buying a new machine every year. Rental machines and cleaning products just didn't meet my needs, until this machine and chemicals combination. I've been very pleasantly surprised. Bissell has my vote!. Now if they would ad Bissell to their spell-check.

I thought the bedroom carpet couldn't be saved, after vacuuming it several times , I Pretreated the carpet and let stand for one hr, then I cleaned the carpet with My Bissell Pet Pro,with Bissell +oxy, taking my time, dont rush, then I went back over the heavy soiled areas with a rinse of plain hot water on the Express clean setting making sure I retrieved as much water as possible, OMG, I am so impressed,

Plenty of power for residential use. Tank could be bigger, maybe, there is room on handle for bigger tanks. Could get closer to the wall, but I understand the design, better on the sides than in the middle. Overall, very pleased with performance. More than enough power for the average household carpet.

I love my dogs more then anything, but they are definitely rough on my carpets! Having two large golden retrievers , I have more paw prints then I do carpet on rainy days . This product is so simple to use and very effective. It pulls up all the pet stains and leaves my carpets looking new. It also isn't clogging up because of my dogs hair that the vacuum leaves behind. It's big and holds enough water and cleaner to do my whole living room without having to refill. I am beyond impressed with this cleaner. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something to clean up behind your pets.

When PinchMe had an opportunity to get a vacuum to clean floors, my thought was I would not be picked and would have to shop for a vacuum cleaner. Bissell, you exceeded my expectations! We have 2 cats and one dog, a grandbaby that crawls and many get togethers. I like to have my carpet cleaned 2 times a year and spot clean with your spot cleaner. All I can say is this gets deep down clean and pet odors from accidents are gone. No lingering smells are left. I admit I was heavy handed on cleaning so I made 2 passes after the carpet was cleaned to get up the excess water that I sprayed. It works like a charm. I love this bissell carpet cleaner. I have always had carpet cleaners due to having messy pets. Nothing I have owned comes close to how clean I got my carpets with the new bissell pro heat. It was very easy to use, it is a bit heavy but thats expected with the power and heat in the machine. I would have liked a spot on the machine itself to store the upholstery tool. Altogether this is a fabulous tool to clean up after messy pets.
