But after I used the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro I was surprised at the dirt that came out of my carpet. It even got out hairball stains that I could not get out with regular clearners. Not only was this cleaner easier to maneuver than my old one but it was easier to clean up afterward.The removable brush cover made it easier to pull out any hair that got trapped. Would recommend.

The new version is lightweight and much easier to clean after using. I have been using my other Pro-heat since 2009 and it was still working just as well as ever, but after seeing and researching the new model I decided to upgrade. I'm so happy that I did, the new design really took some of the work out of a tedious job.

We have multiple dogs with long haired coats (English Setters) and a few cats to round out our family. With such a great family your going to end up with a unplanned mess or two. Add to that the day to day shedding called for a strong cleaning machine. And the ProHeat gets the job done. Right out of the box with the easy to follow instructions the ProHeat did a outstanding job. I highly recommend this light weight easy to use machine. We use the bissell cleaning product with the Oxy and frabreeze and I could not be happier with the results.

Purchased this product, Bissel PRO HEAT 2x Revolution Pet Pro, instead of renting a Rug Doctor machine or having our carpets professionally cleaned. Our cat had been on the wrong end of a skunk and had walked around the house for only a minute before we caught her but it was to late, the whole house smelled of skunk. I did 5 rooms and a set of stairs and would agree this machine works as well as renting a machine. One complaint I read about was the fact you have to refill the cleaning solution often, but I did not think this a big deal. I had to refill the gallon reservoir 6 times to do my whole house and found it was very easy to do. I kept a bucket nearby to empty the dirty water to save some time. For every gallon of cleaning solution it seemed to extract about a half gallon. I was surprised after the carpets completely dried the next day there was no evidence of the skunk lingering. Worked so well I did the upholstery and carpets in all my vehicles and felt it did a decent job considering there are no rotating brushes on the upholstery nozzle. Cleaning the machine was a very easy to do also. So for the less then the cost of a professional cleaning I was able to eliminate the skunk odor , get all my carpets cleaned, and now I own a carpet cleaner that I can pull out anytime !! Highly recommend to any do- it-yourselfer that wants to save some money in the long run.

The only thing I would do different if I were Bissell is give it bigger tanks. Of course that would mean making it bulkier and heavier. Good job Bissell.

Our brand new machine leaked by the seams of the clean water tank. As well, it created more stains on the carpets because the dirty water leaked back onto the carpet. The plastic seemed very cheap. Used once because it made a mess of our carpets. We returned it.

First things first. I did receive this BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for free, from PINCHme and Bissell, in exchange for an honest review. Talk about being a #HappyPincher, I love the long cord and hose and I love that I can just shampoo under some of my more heavier furniture pieces without even moving them. The 2-1 Pet Tool, amazing! This one not only removes hair but then you can go ahead and clean with it, and it does a great job sucking all the water up, my furniture was dry in no time. I have 2 dogs and a cat and I have really given this machine a workout in the weeks I have owned it. My older dog has accidents from time to time so using the clean shot option and a quick once over keeps spots from developing until the next full clean session. Another plus is the Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial Carpet Formula. I have already gone out and purchased a couple bottles of these to have on hand. I wish the tanks were bigger, but I can live with this in exchange for the lightness and maneuverability. You will not find an easier to clean machine after you finish shampooing. The brush roll cover pops right off, from THE TOP, no tipping and pulling and cursing trying to clean the darn thing, it pops off, you rinse and wala you're done. Bottom line...This machine really cleans, it's simple to maneuver around and under your furniture. You're not lugging a heavy piece of machinery and not moving a house full of furniture. It is easy to clean the machine when you're done. SO...why did I give it a 4-star instead of a 5? It had one minor flaw that I can easily live with...The tools are not onboard, they give you a mesh bag that they all fit easily in, I still would have rather had a place on the shampooer for tools, but like I said, it's minor. Love this machine!

I have and love my mini Bissel green machine. But let's be honest, to clean a whole room would be like washing the floor with a toothbrush. After much searching and review reading, I decided to go with this model because I wanted something that could handle a lot of carpeting (my entire upstairs is carpet and we have carpet in our living room and an area rug in our dining room). I'm decently good at vacuuming every week, but the amount of hair and dirt this got out of the first room I did was amazing. The carpet looks like new, and everything smells great! Most satisfying thing I've done in a while was getting this carpet clean. Assembly of the unit and cleaning after are a breeze! Instructions were easy to follow and provide pictures for each step. I couldn't be happier with the ease of use. It is a little heavy to pull when in the middle of cleaning, but the suction is great and carpet dried nicely overnight after a moderate depth clean.

Easy to use and how more power than thought. Good size for water tanks. Would like a little more deep cleaning pressure as carpet was a true test over tough spots, but went over a couple times and cleaned very well. Floors dried in a couple hours and looked very good.

I absolutely love this steam cleaner! I typically have a company to clean my carpets, but no more! Save the money and do it yourself! I understand we are all professionals and work long hours like I do, but this is very easy to assemble, even for this single gal, I put it together in no time! Even if you have no pets, this one is the best!
