I purchased this product in hopes to save my furniture from being tossed due to angry cat that pees on my furniture!!! All I have to say is this saved my furniture no more cat urine and no lingering urine smells. I then used it on the carpet in my son's bedroom and wow what a difference!!!! Thank you Bissell

It's not cheap but the phrase "You get what you pay for." applies to the cleaner. I have 3 cats who like to knock over water bowls and leave hairballs or vomit all over the house. We've been living in this old house for 3 years and couldn't afford a rug cleaner until now. The water was black when we were finished and the water stains, pet vomit, soda, and mystery stains were gone. It was a relief to see all those stains vanish. The landlord will never find out we have cats by looking at the carpet. It dried out overnight so wet carpet isn't present unreasonably long. I would recommend this cleaner to those who can afford it's steep price.

Suction is great! Our carpets dried very fast even using the deep clean function. Biggest problem is 1/2 hour into cleaning carpet the right rear wheel popped off. It is only held in place by a snap ring. Very poor design. You cannot access the right rear wheel housing to put the snap ring back on. You can hear the snap ring rattling around the housing. Rather than send it to Bissell to wait for who knows how long, we returned it. Why send it in for a repair when it lasted a whopping one half hour. Exchanged it for another one because it did clean so well. We shall see. Wish they had an online service manual on how to disassemble housing to fix it.

I tested this product the same day that I received it. I am so impressed with this product that I would encourage everyone to get one. What a fabulous job it did on removing pet stains that had been in my carpet for a while. They actually came out. Thank you so much for this item. I am truly Blessed!!!!!

Had a Bissell before that did a good job but every time we used it we had to have it serviced to unclog the water dispenser so I was leery of buying another one. After reading reviews we decided to take a chance. and we are so glad we did. We bought a ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro a year ago and used it to clean carpets and rugs. It did such a good job we decided to test it by using it to clean an old carpet in the garage. Now the garage carpet doesn't need replacing. A few months later we decided to clean furniture as we live in the desert and dust settles on furniture all the time. The Revolution Pro Pet did a terrific job. Pieces that didn't look dirty became clean. We are very happy with this machine. Fast forward to carpet cleaning this year and "Oh no!" our wonderful carpet cleaner leaks. We call Bissell Customer Care and explain our problem. They are very nice and walk us through a couple of problem solvers that did not work and decided to send us a new Revolution Pet Pro. They honored their 5 year warranty with no hassles and we have happily finished cleaning our carpet, rugs, and furniture for this year. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro is the best carpet cleaner we have ever owned. It has cleaned every thing we have asked it to.

Received carpet cleaner as a Christmas present. The second time I used it the belt broke. Upon ordering a replacement belt, they were out of stock. Still waiting for the belt. So far, I am not pleased. Have not been able to use it enough to know how well it really works.

I put off having having my carpets cleaned I was embarrassed to call a professional so for a price close to what I pay a cleaning service I purchased the Bissell and did it myself. I was surprised and pleased at how clean it got the carpets and how easy it was.

This machine the Pro heat 2× Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 Saved My nose and my Pockets, I was able to maneuver from each room seamlessly and having to only refill after done it felt like. The machine automatically dries my carpet after cleaning it. The aroma in my house afterwards reminded me of new house...lol, only draw back for me is if you dont properly clean and prep your carpet beforehand you will get alot of pick up dirt from the cleaning. I was given a free sample from pinch me for my review.

I have cats that throw up on the carpet frequently. I need to use a carpet cleaner almost every two weeks. Other times I use a smaller green machine spot cleaner. Lately I have gone through several different brands and models of home use carpet cleaners and none work properly or stay working.

The machine has a great power and works for deep cleaning, but leaves too many hair of my dog in the carpet specially wet, after you finish cleaning with this machine, you still need to pass another vacuum to aspirate all the wet hair loose in the carpet. For me that's why it's 4 star not 5.
