My cat has been peeing on the carpet, and I was afraid our home would start smelling like "PET PEOPLE" This machine did a great job removing the smell COMPLETELY! I was so impressed with how easy the machine was to clean afterwards as well. FANTASTIC PRODUCT - I never write reviews, but this has truly brought my "meh" house back to "new" house.

I used this pet proheat carpet cleaner to clean up my dogs mess and my dirty carpet and it was easy to use and fill and clean and it worked very good to get my carpet clean it's easy to push and pulls water out of carpet very well and I like the spray stain feature it works well for stains and I like that it cleans my carpet and makes it look like new very good cleaner

I can't say enough about what a great product this is down to the last detail. Super easy to put together right out of the box. I loved my old one but this one far exceeds my expectations. My rugs look and smell awesome. I found the separate clean and dirty water tanks to be of ample size and a big improvement. The best part is that the whole machine breaks down easily for cleaning without unscrewing anything! What an improvement over the older models. I am so happy with my purchase. I did my research on which carpet cleaner to invest in and this was on the top of everyone's the list. I would say there is definitely a reason why! It was my first time using it today and it was easy to install, easy to fill, easy to clean. It picked up old dog hair we didn't even see on my carpet! (Max mode-Black lab fur) Jaw dropping pick up! The only thing I didn't understand was when the dirty tank became full, the cleaner makes an obvious noise. Well until I put two and two together, I thought I had already broke it. But no worries, did my full living room within an hour! You can see the suctioning power and it's oddly satisfying!

The first mess I cleaned up with this was a sticky honey stain my dog made on the carpet after he treated himself while I was out. The SpotBot couldn't get the stickiness out of the carpet but it was no match for this bad boy! Old stains, new stains, barf, pee, set in honey, nothing stands against this on it's maximum setting! It's lower setting does really well on basic stains and cleaning too, which is awesome because that means less formula and water used! The only thing I don't like is that the tank is a little too small to get a whole room in one fill but it's easy to fill so it's not that much of a problem! I've got a separation anxiety riddled baby boy so this steam cleaner is a bit of a life saver when I can't figure out where he went and when I want to just clean the whole place.

The BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is so easy us and even easier to clean after using. I received this product as a free sample from PINCH ME and I have never been more satisfied with the results, I had stains that I didn't think would ever come out and The Bissell Proheat has impressed me in many ways including its light weight and easy to use upholstery attachment. I highly recommend this product!

I received the Proheat 2x as a free trial from Pinch me and absolutely love it. It's easy to use, removes set in dirt and stains and leaves the carpet smelling fresh. Super easy to clean and is even nice looking. Host attachment is also easy to use and my steps look amazing.

This is the third Bissell unit that I've owned and by far it's the best. My first unit was the Lift-Off Pet cleaner. It was very heavy and the portable unit never really worked very well. This unit is much lighter and easier to maneuver. Cleans much better than the Rug Doctor rental unit from the local supermarket and costs less than having a carpet cleaning company come to do my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using our Bissell! We also have 2 pups that get excited and like to use the bathroom on our carpet and its perfect for that! But what I am just in awe at is, our machine broke after a few months. Not sure how but I contacted them expecting them to maybe replace the part. They looked for a service provider near us and there weren't any. The lady told me they are going to send us a new one. Which is great! Since we haven't had it that long I kind of expected that. But then she said we just need to keep any extra parts from our old one and then disregard anything we couldn't keep! I thought for sure we would have to send it back. And on top of it all they did not only replace my machine itself but sent my entire previous order with them! The attachments, cleaners, everything!

We have washed all the carpets in our home, 75 yards, spiral staircase, and sofa. Still on first 1/2 gallon of detergent. We have a "old dog" who has an accident now and then. The pet/urine/stain remover is absolutely best product we have used. No stains, no smell with just one cleaning. The machine and detergent handled our light beige wool rug effortlessly. We were able to remove stains that even the pro cleaners were unable to remove. Best news for us is this machine plus cost of the cleaning agents is less than one professional cleaning. Exceeded my expectation.
