I recieved this from Pinch Me! I got to test this Steam Cleaner. First off its easy to assemble. I recieved 2 shampoos one of them being "Urine Gone" .it has a special attachment designed to vacuum up that hard to get pet hair from carpet and upholstery. It worked so well. Together with the urine shampoo it was to good to be true. The stains were Gone! You add hot water but it has heatee built in that gets the water really hot to get down unside the carpet and release the Dirt Grime and Bacteria. I couldnt bealive the stuff comming from my carpet.. I vacuum everyday. Im a clean person. But WOW! I was shocked! The Bissell proheat2xRevolutionpetprocarpetcleaner tanks are easy on and off. Not extremly heavy when filling or dumping .Requires the tinest amount of solution. Great suction for vacumming and sucking that nasty bacteria from carpets and upholstery. .Great attachment to clean upholstery ..It worked great in my truck. My carpet and seats looked brand new! My carpets dried pretty quick and was not soaking wet when done.Also the cover to.the bristles comes right off. I was thrilled to learn this. This is great so your not lugging bacteria from one room to another..It was easy to push and go under tables .It moved so good around corners.. I want to say this. My husband works in construction. His pants and jackets get so filthy.I was so impressed with the results i was having i just could not resist! YES!! I did. I steam cleaned his jeans! OMG! I could not bealive what i was seeing. I did not record or do before n after photos...But i will update this review with pictures of how well it cleaned his jeans. .This machine is exactly what it claims to be plus more. It brought my faith in honesty back by these big companies. This is a must have for l mommy n daddys of pets.. Excellent on furniture.cleaning your car. Owned a Hoover Extract Max for several years and it finally quit. Purchased the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro with some reservation. However was pleased to find it far surpassed the Hoover. First the Hoover has only one main roller and 4 small rotational brushes compared to the Bissell's two main rollers which seemed to better brush the carpet. Second, area covered before a need to refill or dump the dirty water was about the same. The Hoover mixed the solution from a separate tank but was not a problem with the Bissell just adding the cleaning solution when I filled the clean water tank. Extraction of water was excellent on the Bissell in both Deep Cleaning and Express Clean. The carpets after cleaning looked great with a nice brushed knap. Most impressed by the ease of cleaning and accessing the dirty areas of the Bissell. Parts came off and gave easy access to the rollers, all could be easily cleaned and made ready for the next cleaning. The Hoover had several areas that were not accessible to clean. Looking forward to many serviceable years with the Bissell.

I bought an expensive Rug Doctor machine in August of last year and used it once. The water was hard to remove from the carpets and the machine was so heavy and difficult to move around, I was exhausted. The advice was to go over the carpet minimally and repeat the process if needed after the carpet dried. How time consuming and wasteful is that? I decided to clean my carpet upstairs a few weeks ago. Same issue. Carpets very wet and ended up taking hours to clean a 12 x 12 area. I almost could not make it up the stairs with the machine. I had to borrow another machine to try to get more water out of the carpet. I decided if I really wanted to clean my carpets I was going to need another machine. I went to the store and examined my options. Bissell seemed to have everything I need. I got home, took a short time to assemble the machine and immediately got to cleaning my carpets and rugs. I am so happy with my decision to get this machine. I have cleaned 2 carpets and 4 rugs in a couple weeks. The machine is light, easy to manuever and operate and does a great job. I am amazed. The effort needed is similar to that of vaccuming. I really appreciate how easy it is to access the roller bars to remove accumulated hair and I love how easy the covers are to rinse and clean. There is nothing I do not like about this machine. I have had Bissell carpet machines in the past and I was very happy, but this machine makes me overjoyed! I feel very good about being able to clean my carpets whenever needed and not having to strain my back in the process. The results are excellent, thanks Bissell! P.S. The stair tool is unique and one of my favorite attachments.

I used this product on my heavy trafficked carpet . My two boys are messy and this helped with the spills and dirt that they track in. It also helps with the accidents that my yorkie makes. Great product that I was able to get and test compliments of pinch me.

I have had a few Bissels carpet cleaners over the years but this new ProHeat 2X Revolution is by far the best one they have ever made. Easy to use, cleaning is great and works on whole room carpets or area rugs and tile floors. I would definitely buy another one. I knew our carpets were getting dirty, but WOW does this thing pull out the dirt. We have 7 boxers and the whole house smells clean and fresh again. Thank you Bissell!!!

I tried the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner because I needed a Better option for cleaning my carpet. I love that the head comes apart in several spots for easy cleaning, hair and debris removal and access to the rollers. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn off the spot sprayer, but the directions were very clear how to do so, i just hadn't read them completely. I have not found a purpose for the spot sprayer, so i do not use it. I use the trigger to get the whole area. The vacuum function is helpful and effective, though i wish we could attach a larger canister or bag for a full vacuum job. The shampoo function on the floor and with the attachments worked great, dried fast and minimized leftover stains. Overall, i was very happy with this Machine and would buy it again.

Got this a year ago for Christmas and absolutely LOVE it!!! Usually I have my vacum tucked away in its spot until I need it..not this! I keep it very accessible! It doesnt take all day to dry and easy to switch from upright and attachments. Cleaner has lots of parts to disassemble and clean making it time consuming but worth it. Maintenance is key! Replacement parts are reasonably priced. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, lots of family and friends in and out tracking. have used it on my carpets, bare floors, steps, furniture and soon my vehicle! I absolutely love this carpet cleaner. We live on a farm and the grandkids bring in a lot of dirt. There are milk stains from the babies and the dogs are often making a mess. This cleaner really does the job and it is fast and easy to use. I've had many carpet cleaners and this one is truly the best. I've been using a spot bot for a few years because of the ease in handling it but now I just go and reach for this. A better clean in a larger area. I really love it!

I was very disappointed that the beater bar will continue to run when using the hose part. I have never seen this on any other steam cleaner, even other Bissell products. Also the hose attachment was very cheaply made. At the price of this product, I sure expected a lot more.

Not just for keeping the carpets clean in our rental with pets, but my son got really sick and got the carpet. Even a week later when we got this, it did such a great job getting the smell and stain out of the light colored carpet. We clean so much more often now that we have this in our house. I highly recommend and very happy we purchased this.
