We have an older cat who sadly isn't able to make it to her litter sometimes in time. We had a previous carpet cleaner that did ok but didn't really remove everything. This carpet cleaner is amazing! You can definitely tell it gets a deeper clean and removes the stain more then our previous one.

The carpet cleaner feature works just OK. Part of the issue is the stain remover no products. They don't really work. And forget trying to clean upholstery. Spray some vinegar on the spot, and use your garage shop vac after using a soft brush to loosen soil. Another tip. Save your money, and don't buy this for stair or upholstery cleaning.

I have recently purchased two items from Bissell in the past two years and the QUALITY IS !NOT! THERE!!! Bissell you should be ashamed of the quality of products you sell to consumers that either break and/or do not work. I purchased a steam mop and 4 months after use, it started leaking water and just quit working. Cool, fine. Decided (regretfully) to give this carpet cleaner a try. This Bissell ProHeat2x Revolution is garbage. I filled the solution tank with 1 gallon of water and it literally returned 1/10 of that into the dirty water tank. It actually amazes me that people (including myself) are still purchasing this. I mean, the design & functionality are great because you can dissemble with ease the components for easy cleaning such as the brush roll & water suction component etc., HOWEVER if everything is working great EXCEPT for the dirty water NOT being suctioned back into the tank, that in turn is leaving DIRTY WATER IN YOUR CARPETS. So everything else just goes out the window. Don't buy this. **Oh, and, to top off everything... when I opened the box after first receiving this carpet cleaner, both water tanks had condensation inside & the brush roll had long human hair and pet hair and fibers in the brush roll. This led me to believe that it was possible Bissell sent me a used unit. Totally unacceptable considering I was led to believe upon purchasing, at FULL PRICE I might add, a brand new unit. Hmm.. not good business in my opinion. If you're going to redistribute a return/used item SAY SO BISSELL. And don't charge me full retail price for a used machine. Thanks :)

I have used this product, from HSN, on area rugs. It uses so much soap and clean water that I would have to get at least half a gallon of shampoo to do a full size room. The dirty water tank goes to full when it's only 1/4 way full. It only does a so-so job of cleaning. The only thing is the 30 minute dry time is pretty spot on.

I Purchased this product because I recently moved into a new home that has almost all carpeting, before I was in a home with hardwood floors so I didn't really have a use for carpet cleaner. I also have used it to clean my mothers small Apartments carpeting. This is a great product to clean either small area or a very large area, and clean it effectively

Dirty water tank leaked, so I paid for a new one. After a short time, that one leaked. Left wheel fell off. No way to put it back on. The plastic water tanks and plastic housing are very thin gauge plastic. Belts flimsy. limsy. With machine in a upright position it is hard to push. For the cost of this unit, cost ratio for Bissel very favorable, reliability for the customer very poor. Needs redesigning.

There is nothing that I don't like about the Carpet Cleaner. Absolutely did an Amazing Job. The tank only holds about 1 gallon of water plus cleaning solution, refilling several times is common. Cleaned 2 sections of the living room so far, very impressed with how well the whole process went from putting it together, cleaning carpet, and the final cleanup. It was hard to stop cleaning because of it being satisfying to watch all the dirty water get sucked into the return tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this for the first time and it did not disappoint . Had numerous pet stains from a sick pup. Tackled the stains and they are gone. Easy to use. It also picked up the little short black hairs from my smooth haired dachshund . I would buy this again!!

I have 2 new Puppies, and during puppy potty training time we have lots of accidents. Especially with 2 puppies!!! So this was well needed and 100% approved. Now we have still have some, but not as many I would still give it 100% with 2 thumbs or 2 puppies paws up!!!

I'm so happy that I replaced my old Bissell with this new Bissell Revolution cleansing machine. It is a very good cleaner and cleans very deep into your carpet. I notice things that it picked up out of my carpet that my other Bissell cleaner did not pick up. After cleaning it is very easy to take the pieces apart and rinse those pieces to keep the unit clean and working properly. I am a loyal Bissell owner of 3 ranging from one week to 15 years old and it still works just as well and efficiently as when I initially purchased them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a deep down professional like cleaning. I use the solutions which also have a very big part in how clean your carpet looks. The cleaners worked very well with the units as well, they were very compatible . After my car had dried I could really see how well it was cleaned. Stains that I had for years disappeared. My carpet look brand-new. Thanks a lot Bissell and keep this good stuff coming
