I work as a custodian, 1 day I decided to borrow this from a friend to clean the carpet at the office I work at. It work really good cleaning the carpet no question about that I've been using it almost daily for 3 hours or so for about 2 months then 1 day 1 of the wheels just came off. I was so disappointed cuz I wasn't able to finish what I have started. So mean time I am here to get a replacement for my friends carpet cleaner and trying to see what my options are and how to fix the wheels cuz actually I like it until the wheel fell off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deep clean mode SATURATES carpets, leaving the carpet dirty and stained regardless of the shampoo and boosters. Passing over a section 2-3 times is hardly cleaning, no less is it extracting with the amount of water this spills out. My rugs take 24 full hours to dry. It does not clean on Express mode, either.

I would love to use this new carpet cleaner if it ever gets out of the repair shop. I rated this 3 stars because I do like its potential and the customer service and repair shop folks have been nice to deal with. However, not sure how long it will take to get a working one back to me. It has been at the repair facility for over a week.

I have had this item not even a year, I have already contacted Bissell about the leaking solution tank, What I mean is that, once I place the solution tank back on, it completely empties out on the carpet. It should not do that but it is. Bissell has already replaced the tank once, about two or three months ago and I am back with the same problem. I am truly upset since I spent all of this money and it just sits in my closet; its not even a year old.

I Purchased this product because I recently moved into a new home that has almost all carpeting, before I was in a home with hardwood floors so I didn't really have a use for carpet cleaner. I also have used it to clean my mothers small Apartments carpeting. This is a great product to clean either small area or a very large area, and clean it effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to clean ONE loveseat and got half way through cleaning a mattress with the upholstery attachment. The belt broke and when I replaced it I noticed the axle seems to have rust on it. Did you send me a used product? I replaced the smooth drive belt, and I am now trying to clean a carpet BUT the belt for the 2 beater bars is broken and needs to be replaced. DO NOT buy this product. Obviously, this product was sitting around with brittle belts. I bought this directly from Bissell not some questionable retailer online. I wish I could return this product.

As of now have only used it once. But will be using it to keep up the cleaning and maintenance of my carpet. It is lightweight and more powerful than my old Bissell carpet shampooer. One thing I do really like is the EZ Clean. Since, on the 1964 you can remove the Brush shield it is so much easier to completely clean the whole machine. (A time saver).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this cleaner as I has used a competitors' for years and decided to make a change when it aged out after 12 years. I liked all of the features on this model and didn't see any downside. I purchased this cleaner 01.03.22, and have attempted to use it on four occasions. Each time even more disappointing than the previous. It takes me months to get the patience to try again. It does not suck the water into the dirty water tank in spite of feeling the suction coming from the red filter the tank rests on. Yes, the float stack moves freely. I have tried every trick mentioned by Bissell and Youtubers that I can find and this unit still does not suck dirty water into the tank. The dirty water just goes back into my carpet. This was a costly endeavor and I could not be more dissatisfied. I am sorry to have to give this model a bad review but this unit does not function as described.

I rescue Dobermans and over the last 30 years I have owned 4 Bissell Carpet cleaners. I need to clean my carpets at least once a month. I used to buy the Cadillac, thats what I called them. Top of the line with all the bells and whistles. It was big and not easy to pull out in a moments notice, soI would wait until the whole carpet needed cleaning. The Revolution is lite weight and easy to pull out for any situation. A year ago it broke and was really dirty inside and out I went to buy a new one and the store didn't have it. I picked up a Powerforce 2910. It was not made for for a large area. The tanks were way to small. I have to refill the tank 7 or 8 times to clean one room. So that is why I am spending the money again and getting the new Revolution. I can not live without a steam cleaner and hopefully Bissell has not changed the things I love about this machine.
