Used to clean a trashed carpet I thought I would have to replace. Outstanding results, carpet looks almost new.. Machine is easy to use and just sucks the dirt right up. I think the brushes on this machine really help loosen the dirt. I made sure to vacuum twice before cleaning. Also make sure you give the soap time to loosen the dirt. No issues yet and 5 year warranty which I love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, better than the last Bissell I bought. However, there are two specific design improvements needed. First, the solution tank needs to be more secure. It is a brand new machine and I had to buy a bungee cord to force the tank harder toward the handle to maintain the suction necessary to allow the solution to be dispensed. Second, the waste water should not be allowed to escape if the the unit falls over.... all over my carpet I just cleaned.

Since we are the proud human parents of Daisy, our Jack Russell Terrier, and FYI Jack Russells are profesional Peepi-ers they can pee EVERY MINUTE, if they are excited, angry, anxious, happy, they pee! It was an stressfull way of living but thanks God we discover the Proheat 2X Revolution Pet pro carpet cleaner and now our mental and physical health is coming back to normality. Our bedrooms were full of pet stains and was a nightmare to pay the huge bills for the profesional biweekly carpet cleaning, now all that stress is gone. Since the day 1 our carpets are fresh and clean, the stain has gone and we can continue enjoying our Daisy but without all the stress. We cleaned one bedroom in Less than half an hour and was horrible to see the dirty water tank OMG!it looked like cocoa. Horrible. The formula is AMAZING, the scent is fresh. This is a powerful, resistant and efficient tool to become free of bacteria and dirt. We are in love, seriously, this was a life saver. THANK YOU BISSELL!!

This thing is the best shampooer yet, I always want to shampoo my carpets until the water runs clean through the shampooer and it's never happened until I got this. Two swipes and you can see clean water coming out of the carpet where you previously saw dirt coming out. Would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner!

This carpet cleaner works great! I used it on a light colored carpet that had numerous stains that had been there for YEARS. I've previously cleaned this carpet with my Hoover carpet cleaner, and the Hoover just couldn't remove the stains. I just got the Bissell as a Christmas present and I couldn't wait to try it out on that carpet. What a difference! The Bissell removed EVERY MARK and that carpet is 38 years old! It actually looks new! So happy with my Bissell cleaner!

We bought this to clean the carpet after we had multiple visitors for a couple of weeks. It was priced right and all I can say about the way it cleaned our carpet is WOW! It did a great job and the carpets looked like they did when we bought the house two years ago.

I would love to use this new carpet cleaner if it ever gets out of the repair shop. I rated this 3 stars because I do like its potential and the customer service and repair shop folks have been nice to deal with. However, not sure how long it will take to get a working one back to me. It has been at the repair facility for over a week.

Replaces another carpet clearner that lasted about 15 years. The cleaning power with the dual brushes is amazing. This is totally worth it right there. The not so good is the tanks. My old unit has separate tank for the solution and water. This one you have to mix every time which is a bit annoying. Also the tank is smaller. Perhaps to keep it 'lightweight.' The waste tank is also smaller...and the part that turns the suction off when it gets "full" does this at about halfway. So consider that the tank can only hold about half the amount it looks like because you have to empty it. Again... annoying! However, the cleaning power of this far outweighs the shortfalls in regards to the tanks. I highly recommend this!

I researched available products, wanting to replace an old, lightweight Bissell that I've used for years!! I watched video presentations of this Bissell, along with the videos of similar products from other manufacturers. I had my heart set on this---(was truly sold on this Bissell & all that it could do)! I received $ for Christmas & this Bissell is what I purchased for myself. It truly lives up to all that was said, (& shown in video presentation), about it. I did 2, older couches, 1st. I was amazed at how much brighter they were, & how, (though I'm quite a meticulous housekeeper), much this Bissell lifted from the fabrics of the couches. Money very well spent! Easy to use---though I did have to refer to the manual to get it set up correctly. It's worth every penny! One of the best purchases I've made for myself---& my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner does NOT heat the water. If you are expect a machine with hot water or steam this is NOT the machine for you. The water is as hot as the water you put in and you better clean quickly if you want it to stay hot! I even called Bissel to ask if it heats the water and was told it did!
