So I received this machine from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works. I have to admit that I thought this was more like a gimmick and would not clean that well but it us a fantastic machine that not only cleans pet stains but all other stains too. It is simple and easy to use with attachments that make the job easier. It maneuvers quickly and easily and the added cleaners that come as a bonus really add to show its great cleaning ability. It is a great machine that certainly is recommended

I have a small dog. Even though she is trained she still has accidents on the carpet. My carpet was feeling rough to the touch I hated even walking on it. I got my Bissell and I used it the first night. When I emptied the full tank I was surprised at how dirty the water was. Just the thought that I have not had my carpet cleaned in three years makes me cringe. My carpet did not have any stains so I can't say how it works on them. However I can say that it will remove a lot of dirt from your carpet. Also the box came with two samples of cleanser. The professional with OXY was the best one. It smells clean and light it is not over powering at all. I read many reviews before buying this. Please follow the directions to the t and you won't have any problems.

I had the predecessor to this machine. After 12 yrs I had to throw it out & get a new 1. I used it so much I wore it out! The new cleaner is lightweight, easy to use & so much easier to clean! I like the cleaning tool that came with it. I use it at least weekly cleaning up after my 3 dogs or my 3 grandsons. I have had back surgeries so its a bit top heavy for me, as the dirty & clean water is all in the handle. But I can always take it easy & go slow with it as to not hurt myself. Its definitely well worth it because it really gets the dirt out of the carpet. I also have a Bissell Crosswave Pet & would recommend that for your hard floors!

Our carpet in the bedroom had that 'doggy smell' because our dog sleeps in the bedroom with us. I used the cleaner on the express mode and it took care of the odor and dried quickly. Our carpet is about an inch thick, so I was concerned about the drying time, but it dried within a couple of hours and the cleaning solution did not leave any lingering perfume smell, which I like. I also used it in the regular mode for a small throw rug that had stains and it cleaned the stains and left it looking like new. Overall I am pleased with the machine. The only thing I don't like is how heavy it is, but other than that, it's a great machine and does the job!

After thoroughly reading the instructions, this product was pretty user friendly. I just got this and used it twice already on my carpet (over a spot where my cat marked) and it took the odor out very nicely. I cleaned before bed so that it had time to dry and it worked great. Definitely make sure you clean out the vacuum every time (it is so gross, but satisfying). I think this will make it last longer as well.

I recently moved into my dream townhouse and despite the lease saying previous tenant must have carpets professionally cleaned, this either did not happen or didn't happen effectively. I literally could not go upstairs without being extremely upset, and the stench also reached the floor below. It was not habitable for me. Two bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs took a very long time, six hours last night and another six this morning but it was very bad and your technique gets better as you go! I am so grateful for making the right decision. Tank could be bigger, I filled it at least twenty times. You should use laundry detergent and oxyclean for awful situations. Keep an eye on the tank or your efforts will be wasted. Used the pet tool for stairs but ultimately brought the heavy unit down each step. Glad the reviews were legit. Can't wait for my furniture to arrive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aluminum handle has a screw taped to it so you figure once you click it into place you will just screw it in. Wrong!! There's another piece in the box a plastic carry handle which, oh look has a card on a string it's a notice on it says IMPORTANT (which is all in BLUE FONT )you have to align the carry handle and then secure it along with the aluminum handle with the screw. Screw hole bottomed out and is now stripped maybe if the assembly instructions had the warning in RED FONT I would have noticed but lesson learned. Hope it still works and my handle doesn't fall off while cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in the summer of 2020. It still works wonders. love how well this cleans my carpets. The carpet is a cheap quality slum lord kinda carpet. But even so this cleans it right up. I clean it about once a month just to keep it looking nice. But unfortunately the carpet should be replaced. Not likely to happen. Anyways. It's easy to use and I don't find it too heavy with my arthritis and bad back. I can do my whole living room in one go, which is approximately 180 square feet. Recently we got a rescue bunny and he leaves messes sometimes. But even if I can get to it right away the carpet cleaner gets it right up with just a once over. I do it more then one time but it's amazing. The only thing is that its loud! So, I wear earplugs while I use it. I'd say drying time, depending on how soiled the carpet is and if I can open the windows and the moister in the air, about 5 hours at the most. My daughter says it takes less then 2 on a dry airy day. But it never takes over a day to dry. I also use warm to hot water. And go over the places until I don't see it pulling up the water. For those who may not think of it avoid any metal to carpet. It will rust! I only get just close enough if it's against my treadmill I do it by hand with some part water and alcohol so it dries fast. I also like the "self cleaning tray". I use the hand help piece to clean my mattress from time to time as well. Today I accidentally didn't tighten the catch canister and water got all over the kitchen floor, tile, so I just turned it on and sucked up the floor. It dried it up completely but scraped the tiles in a couple of places. If I didn't think it would cut up the floor is totally use it because know that part of the floor is very clean lol. It only takes up about a couple of feet of the floor, which is a lot in my little apartment, I also with there's was a better way to store the parts to it. It comes with a bag that holds everything but I don't have a place for it.

Purchasing this Bissell Pet Pro was absolutely the right choice! The Quick Start Guide had me up and running in no time. The power of the machine along with the Bissell pet stain eliminating cleaning formula is a total win, win! My carpets have never looked (and smelled) so good. The dirty water tank is very easy to remove and empty without a mess. Cleaning the machine couldn't be any simpler since the brush roll cover comes off which allows easy access to both the rollers and the crevices on the cover. No regrets!

Dirty water tank leaked, so I paid for a new one. After a short time, that one leaked. Left wheel fell off. No way to put it back on. The plastic water tanks and plastic housing are very thin gauge plastic. Belts flimsy. limsy. With machine in a upright position it is hard to push. For the cost of this unit, cost ratio for Bissel very favorable, reliability for the customer very poor. Needs redesigning.
