The greatest thing is how easy this machine is to use and then clean it. My daughters had the bladder type but they were hard to use and even harder to clean up. Love the pan to set it in, no drips. Pop of the top 2 plastic pieces over the brushes and rinse and clean, wipe out hair and fuzz, or better yet I have a hose on my back porch and hose the brushes etc down. Looks like new, no dirty yucky look. I wouldn't have bought had I not seen combination package, then had to call to find, but so happy with it. I waited 2 years to give this review because I wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the package. I think this is the best they have ever made.

I've used this a total of two times the first time when the section didn't work I thought it is probably something I'm doing wrong so I had carpet cleaners come in the second time which was today I watched every video made sure the carpet was vacuumed in raked still no suction I wasn't holding sugar down. I checked all the rubber gaskets seriously I've had this about four years and I've only tried to use it twice. It looks brand new but it's never worked. If you have any ideas let me know..!!!!!

We've had this a few months and I've used it a half dozen times. I use it to get up stains and also for general cleaning to address pet hair at my home and pet odors at a relatives home. It is not hard to transport back and forth. I've been pleased with the job it does! Its not hard to use and get its up so much pet hair! Its great.

I bought this because we have carpet in our basement. And i thought the floor was ruined thanks to a leaky basement. But i bought this and the carpet was saved. I have bought alot of carpet cleaners in the past. But none of them were this powerful or cleaned as good as this did.

The third time I used this it won't stop shooting water everywhere. Now my carpet is soaked and I cannot clean or dry it. I read some VERY lengthy and difficult ways to trouble shoot this which I guess I'll try since it was so expensive but I shouldn't have this much trouble with a product I've only used twice!! And yes I only used the bissell pet pro cleaner with it.

Purchased this on 3/1/18, received about 7 days later. Did my first cleaning the next day. It cleans well and easy to use. The problem I have is that the belt broke less than 3 weeks of owning this machine. The belt can not be found any where locally and can only be ordered online. I know have to wait until I receive the replacement belts (bought more than one) arrive to finish the room I was doing today. This makes me really really really frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had multiple Bissels over the years and the end of them is usually leaking after a few years. So this is the new one. And it leaked on the first use. After we used it, we let the carpet dry so we could do another round after seeing how much still needed some work. Well, cam back and the "clean water" tank was empty, it had been 3/4 full. It was all emptied out via the place it was to release during use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item almost 2 years ago now and have had to replace almost every part, the replacement tanks dont fit properly. And now it doesn't push out water and because of the replacement parts it doesn't suck the water back in either.

Worked very well on the area rugs. No good for furniture because rollers do not turn off. Followed directions for cleaning furniture - didn't leave in one place too long, etc. Rollers still overheated, lost their bristles, needed new belts. Cost me $57 to repair a brand new machine.

My pet sheds - and loves to make a mess. I have a small spot cleaner, but this is SO MUCH BETTER! The tank holds enough to clean a full room and empties easily. Extra pet hair usually caught in the rollers came out with the snap off cover. The directions were easy to follow, and I wasn't on my hands and knees like I was with the smaller machine.
