This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. First off, right out of the box the assembly is so quick and easy. Took me about 5 minutes to put the necessary parts together. Next was the setup for cleaning. Again the instructions were very simple. I filled the tank with hot water to the fill line then added the cleaning solution to the deep clean line. I was already on my way to cleaning. Plugged the machine in, turned it on, and was instantly cleaning my carpet. It was so quick and easy I couldn't believe that I did my whole room in about 10 minutes. I was shocked at how easy and efficient it was. Next was the cleaning process. I took out the dirty water tank (boy was it dirty!) and emptied it out. Rinsed water through it and the other tank. Next was cleaning out the brushes and other plastic parts by the roller. Couldn't have been easier to pop out of the machine and right into the sink. Done in five minutes. The whole process was so quick and easy it blew my mind. The carpet took about 5 hours to completely dry and it came out fantastic. I had stains from my dog bringing in mud and soda spill stains. All completely gone and the carpet is like new. I couldn't be any happier with this product. I also love the attachment for on the spot treatments and the spray mode to get those tough spots. These will really come in handy to maintain the carpet. I highly recommend this machine and I will continue to use this on all my carpets in my home.

I received the Proheat 2x as a free trial from Pinch me and absolutely love it. It's easy to use, removes set in dirt and stains and leaves the carpet smelling fresh. Super easy to clean and is even nice looking. Host attachment is also easy to use and my steps look amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush assembly gets clogged and cannot be flushed or cleaned without disassembly of the head. If left uncleaned, debris dries on and inhibits suction. The assembly is multiple screws, two belts, and all brittle plastic. Clearly untested in a pet environment. Yes, I dry vacuum and remove large debris before use.

I have two rescue dogs a 5 year old Newfoundland and a year and a half (and still growing and chewing) Great Pyr.'s I adopted the Pyr. in mid-May and found out that he has Irritable bowel syndrome, which has been a real mess on my family room carpet. Now on meds and special dog food most of the messes have are gone but the damage to the carpet and underlay still smelled. I purchased the Pet Pro and it has address both the odor from the carpet and underlay. The machine is light weight, easy to use, and does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works very well. I love the fact that it's much lighter than the older ProHeat 2X and easier to use. The product does clean carpets very well. It doesn't seem to pull as much water from carpets that's distributed as expected... not even three quarters. My biggest complaint is the handle. Whoever designed it has no knowledge of ergonomic design. The handle really hurts your hand after a using the cleaner for a period of time. Bissell should redesign the handle section and send all registered buyers a replacement at no charge.

I received this wonderful carpet cleaner from Pinch Me to review and test. Well I must say I was super excited to try this product. I love that it's light weight and very easy to use and maneuver around my house. It did an amazing job at cleaning my carpets even the high traffic areas were no match for this machine. It got so deep down into the carpet fibers that it removed pet hair I didn't know was there. The it thing I wish was that the tanks were a little larger. But, that's a small.price to pay for such an amazing cleaning job this machine does. Thank you Pinch Me and Bissell for an amazing cleaner!!! #Forevergratful

Price: Great price Assembly and set up: Very easy and fast, a six-year-old kid can do it if they can read. Just stick the handle into its socket of the main unit and lock in with one screw. Construction: Appears to be solid, well built. Storage tank installation and removal are very easy. They just fall and snap into place so easily with one hand. The fill and dump ports are nicely positioned for easy fill and emptying. Weight: It's not that bad for it bulk and well-built construction. It's fine moving but can be a struggle carrying up and down stairs for the elderly or those very weak in strength for whatever reasons. Even worse with fluid tanks are full. Cord length: Nice and long, plenty of wiggle room before having to find a closer receptacle as you move around large rooms. Bad: Dirty recovery tank: It's just too small, period. Be nice for it to be redesigned to hold twice as much. It's okay for a one-time pet or other spill cleanup job, but if doing completely carpeted rooms it can get very frustrating quickly having to empty the tank every few minutes. Cleaning fluid tank and dirty recovery tanks appear to be of similar volume. The dirty recover tank will only take on about 1/4th of its volume before it wants you to empty it. Basically, you hear the pitch of the motor change which is and indicate it's time to empty it. For me it seemed like I would empty the dirty recovery tank about three times before I emptied the liquid cleaning product tank. Overall performance in cleaning my carpets: I felt this machine did a great job. It exceeded my expectation. My carpets were horrible, and they came clean, and I am so happy with my purchase. This cleaner gets 5 stars, it's a great cleaner, I feel I made the right choice picking this out of all the other competitive manufacturers.

Ergonomically good except the fill lines on the solution tank are hard to see. Cleaned dirty carpet on deep clean setting. Used 6 tanks full of solution before dirty water tank was full. Where did all that shampoo go? The fill lines should be made more prominent.

I was surprised when I received my trial Bissell ProHeat Pet Pro carpet cleaner from PINCHme. It was easy to put together out of the box. Not too heavy to lift up and down the stairs. I have two dogs who bring odors onto my furniture and carpets. The worst mess to clean is when they throw up. I pretreated the spot with my Bissell and was extremely surprised how it pulled the stain and smell out of right out of my carpet. Can't wait to do the rest of my furniture and carpets.
