I use my scrubber about every six weeks, and this model surpasses any one that I have owned before. It really pulls the dirt from the carpet and the carpet dries faster with this machine. The way it is designed to take it apart easily for cleaning after use is a huge plus! Of all the Bissels I have owned, including the lift off, this is by far my favorite.

I was amazed by how deep it was able to clean my carpets , any pet owner who knows that frustration when you come home to an accident that leaves a tough stain will be extremely satisfied after using this because stains I thought would never come out did !

I've owned this machine for 7 months, I bought it because I had 3 cats and a new puppy and she was making accidents on the carpet and I needed something on hand at all times because getting a rental machine from the store was just so inconvenient for something that happened quite frequently. My puppy is long potty trained but having this on hand for any spills, vomit or stains from dirty paws from the animals is amazing and I can't imagine my life without this machine now. I owned a previous model Bissell but it wasn't geared towards "pets" and the Bristles got filled with hair entirely and they stopped spinning completely and I didn't know for multiple uses. This machine never clogs for me and the bristles never stop spinning and it lifts hair and dirty with ease, I use it on the entire carpets 2 times a week and have had no issues with lack of performance, I definitely recommend this machine!

I did my research on which carpet cleaner to invest in and this was on the top of everyone's the list. I would say there is definitely a reason why! It was my first time using it today and it was easy to install, easy to fill, easy to clean. It picked up old dog hair we didn't even see on my carpet! (Max mode-Black lab fur) Jaw dropping pick up! The only thing I didn't understand was when the dirty tank became full, the cleaner makes an obvious noise. Well until I put two and two together, I thought I had already broke it. But no worries, did my full living room within an hour! You can see the suctioning power and it's oddly satisfying!

I received this product to review and it works wonderfully. I have a dog who occasionally has accidents in the house from seizure disorder and this cleaned up the spots very well. I also have a attachment that clicks in to use on smallest spots. My carpets look so much better now that I have cleaned the whole upstairs with my new Bissell steam cleaner. I love that the bottom where the roller brush is comes apart to clean out. My hair always gets caught in the rollers and this is easy to clean that out with the pieces that come apart

I have owned several Bissell steam cleaning products over the past ten years or so. One of them was a SpotBot, which has been working well for a few years. The other three were uprights (such as this ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner | 1986), and all three of them had hand tool attachments that stopped spraying water, rendering them useless. It seems like the spray button stops working or the hoses get clogged, even though I only ever use the recommended Bissell brand cleaning fluid for each device. While the previous ones lasted at least a dozen uses before no longer working, this ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner stopped working after the second use. Bissell products are possibly the least-reliable products I have ever purchased. I hope to never have to purchase another one, again.

This is the third Bissell unit that I've owned and by far it's the best. My first unit was the Lift-Off Pet cleaner. It was very heavy and the portable unit never really worked very well. This unit is much lighter and easier to maneuver. Cleans much better than the Rug Doctor rental unit from the local supermarket and costs less than having a carpet cleaning company come to do my home.

This machine is GLORIOUS and has set the standard I'll hold for all other carpet cleaners! I'm kind of a newbie as far as cleaning carpet goes, so I was relieved to find how simple and easy it was to assemble and actually use! Previously, I was limited to only spot-cleaning my bedroom carpet but was somewhat forced to get something a little more effective when I made the mistake of using some weird carpet spray that I found which ended up making the entirety of my room reek of vomit, or something as comparably rancid. After the first go-over with this Bissel, the smell was completely gone and my carpet looked almost as nice as when I first moved in. Another thing to note: I have four dogs altogether, that's including two recently adopted puppies who aren't completely house broken yet who have also decided that the carpet is the best place to go- I thought I was doing fine with just scrubbing the parts that needed it, but this thing picked up some funk I would have never imagined would've been there. I use it for a relatively small area too so the smaller tank wasn't as much of a bother. It's done such a fabulous job, I love it!

I used to have a Hoover and it always left behind clumps of dirt/dust clots when I would use it. The Bissell does not. It cleans very well. I have three children and very old carpets, so I can't say that it got all of the set in stains out, but I can say that I am happy with the results I got. They look 10x better. They are softer and feel so much cleaner to walk on. I didn't expect perfect results because some stains are near impossible to get out...i.e. reds...but it got out so much more than I expected. It is so easy to change out when it's time to empty the tank and refill. It's also very easy to clean. The hose attachment is easy to use as well. I love the spot shot feature. It helps get into those set in stains. To me it was worth the purchase over hiring a carpet cleaner for the same price. Because I most likely would have gotten the same results for the same price. I highly recommend this Bissell even if you don't have pets. It cleans great.

I have always rented machines in the past. A new dog and a particularly dirty carpet lead me to take the plunge and purchase my first shampooer....and boy am I glad that I did! The Bissell is lightweight, easy to use, easy to take apart and clean....and bottom line it gets the carpets clean. With this dog, I'm already saving money. Really glad I spent a little extra and got the ProHeat. Great machine!
