I cleaned my carpets with my new Revolution Pet Pro today and I am shocked at how great they turned out!! I was leery about buying a Bissell as I had bad luck with one years ago, but I decided to try this one mainly because of the 5 year warranty. I absolutely love how great this machine works and would recommend it to anyone!!

I had my Pet Pro for almost a year and was afraid to use it. I was very foolish because it couldn't have been easier. We have a dog and likes to lay on the carpet (of course). He left some oily spots on the carpet and thought I would never get them out. Well today I decided to bite the bullet and try my carpet cleaner. My carpet looks like a pro did it and looks great. I would urge anyone considering this carpet cleaner to not hesitate.

Had a Hoover that just basically got too dirty after 10 years of service and changed it up to Bissell. Big mistake! Main belt broke after 2 uses and customer service is a nightmare. Want to send us replacement parts instead of replacing. I'd rather just get a refund and go back to Hoover. Avoid this unit and Bissell at all costs. Hoover has much stronger and solid construction.

This machine the Pro heat 2× Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 Saved My nose and my Pockets, I was able to maneuver from each room seamlessly and having to only refill after done it felt like. The machine automatically dries my carpet after cleaning it. The aroma in my house afterwards reminded me of new house...lol, only draw back for me is if you dont properly clean and prep your carpet beforehand you will get alot of pick up dirt from the cleaning. I was given a free sample from pinch me for my review.

I have 2 cats and thought some area's would never come clean and I have tried a few different cleaner in the past. But bought this one cause of heat factor and when I used it for the first time my carpet looked new again and after a couple of weeks it continues to look like new and have never been happier.

Used a full tank but only half was sucked up. Really confused on why there isn't a clean rinse cycle on the machine. My last one (Hoover) has a separate Compartment for the soap and one for the water. So you would squeeze the trigger and soapy water would come out. Then you would go back over the same path with just plain water. With this machine, being targeted for pet owners, I think there is a lot of soap left in the carpet. I could go back over the carpet with a plain take of water but by the time I do that, the carpet pad is now soaked. They need to separate theThe plain water from the soap and make the machine more powerful so it can suck up more water. My carpets are soaked

It worked just fine. I did spend a little more time sucking up the water so it could dry even faster than normal but I burned up more calories doing it which was good. I did spend time getting use to the machine before I used it and read the instruction manual real well before i started.

What can I say. I love this carpet cleaner. I recently bought a home and in the moving process the new carpets got dirty and the dog had an accident. Broke this out and it worked like a dream! I am very happy with this and I really like the Bissell brand. My old cleaner was Bissell as well and it lasted me 7 years.

we use this carpet shampooer to shampoo our home monthly. it seems to clean pretty well. but there also always seems to be something leaking. if its not the clean water tank, its the dirty. but we don't leave the tank dirty so I can only assume the brown puddle found later is from water that was throughout the machine since we empty the dirty tank prior to putting it away.

Thank you Bissell for making such an amazing product. With 33 pets in my house, 26 of which are birds which are very messy, keeping my carpet clean is a challenge. This cleaner is by far the best I have ever used and so easy to clean after. I was shocked how much "yuck" it picked up.
