[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Hoover. Last time I wanted to clean my carpet it didn't work so I order this one to give it a try. Wow! My carpet is 14 yrs old. I have cleaned numerous times. It has never looked so good after using the Bissell. I was hesitant about the roller type. I didn't think it would clean well. Along with Bissell solution, it cleaned every spot, even the set in stains that had been cleaned before. I couldn't believe the dirt it removed. Amazing. The only improvement I would suggest is a comfort grip handle. I cleaned a large area and had a blister when done. But even that was worth it. Thank you Bissell!

I received this BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from PINCHme in exchange for my honest review. Let me first just say... WOW! What a great product, and I've tried a lot of shampooers in my time. I am always looking for the next best thing when it comes to cleaning supplies, this is it! I try to shampoo twice yearly and it cut the time it takes to both clean and dry easily in half. It got deep in my carpets and made them look brighter than they have in 10 years. It is fantastic for pet stains and tackled old, set in urine stains as well as "dog smell". It's so lightweight that I was easily able to maneuver and carry it from spot to spot and room to room. Just so SO great. I immediately gave my old shampooer to my parents once I tested this baby out. In love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best carpet cleaner/shampooer that I've ever used. It has pulled up spots and stains that I thought would NEVER come out. My office has the same model and it pulled a stain out in front of our front lobby door that was embedded mud, rock salt (we live in snow country). I knew that my wife and I had an excellent machine once I saw what it did at the office. I would highly recommend--it is well worth the money. It cleaned our carpets at home and they almost look new again. VERY satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked nicely the first two uses, but then stopped extracting cleaning solution and dirt from the carpet. Directions, and post-use machine cleaning, were followed exactly. A very poor product not suited for advertised use.

By far the best shampooing unit I have owned. Cleans well as can be cleaned itself very easily. I'm curious to see if it stands the test of a few years, where some of my other Bissell products stopped functioning correctly. Such as sucking up the dirty water.

We used this machine once. PRO:Loved how powerful it is. It has much better suction than previous Bissell Models and Deep Cleans. CON: when we refilled the tank, we could not get the Bissell shampoo mixture to dispense at all. Even the Express Shot failed to dispense. Great if you want to only use once!

The product worked fine. I wish the suction was more powerful. Found that we had to clear out the brushes often and fill the clean water tank more than I would expect (we went through a lot of cleaner). Rugs took a long time to dry (possibly because we did a deep clean and it was pretty humid). The machine did seem to do a very good job with scrubbing. The machine is pretty easy to use it does take quite a bit of time to try to get as much liquid out of the carpet as possible.

This carpet cleaner removed old stains and new stains. It left my 13 year old carpet looking like new! It was easy to use and easy to clean after using. The products enclosed were excellent and left the carpet clean and smelling fresh. It did a better job than the professional carpet cleaner I had come previously. After one use, it has paid for itself!!

This machine is very light compared to my older Bissell that I had to replace. The brushes really dig into the carpet to get up the dirt and in my case, mud. My dogs track alot of dirt and mud in from outside and one of them does not like having his paws touched so he always races past us before we can get to him and tracks mud all over. especially since it has been raining for almost a week straight where we are. Not to mention they are always digging for insects in the dirt ( weirdos). The tank capacity could be bigger but, I dont have too many carpeted area to clean so its not that big of a deal for me. I especially loved all of the tools it came with and the handy bag they came in. Not hard to put them back after using. This thing is very easy to take apart and put back together. and I am in love with it. You would be silly to not get this if you have pets. Even the hand tool has a brush, the rubber bristles on it i find are a bit better than the standard brush bristles on the main machine. Overall. Best decision you could make.

This machine has been used to clean the carpets and tile in my home. The machine does a great job at removing everything that doesn't belong in and on the floors. I love how nice my home smells after cleaning the floors with the Bissell formulas. Purchasing the hard floor attachment was a great idea because now I can clean my carpet and tile with one machine!
