This machine is incredible. Never in my wildness dreams could I ever imagine my rug to be so brand new looking. Deep cleaning brought cat hair clumps to the surface. Being only one year old, my carpet is just like new. Never ever thought there was so much cat hair accumulated way deep in the carpet fibers, Bless you, Bissell. I lover your product so much that I just received my new Bissell pet hair eraser vaccuum. Giving my Electrolux away.

I have been cleaning my own carpet, rugs and upholstery for years. This carpet cleaner is the best one I've ever owned. It's so lite weight I didn't know what to expect but I have not been disappointed in any way! I have recommended it to numerous people. Bonus! Having owned an older carpet cleaner, I am so impressed with the quality and ease of use of my new Bissell. We hired a professional carpet cleaner the last time we cleaned our carpets and I was so disappointed with the quality of their work, as well as concerns that their equipment was not thoroughly cleaned before bringing it into our home. My new Bissell ProHeat 2X is amazing, cost less than what we paid the so-called professional, and is so much easier to use than my older model. Cleaning it is a breeze. I just love it and will never hire a porfessional carpet cleaner again!

This vacuum came at the perfect time for me. We recently added a rescue puppy to our family so we now have 3 dogs. She is messy and leaves accidents periodically. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is helpful with any mess she makes either wet or dry. It also helps with my very furry german shepherd and his fur throughout the house. It's amazing how well it cleans the couch to make it look like we don't even have any animals! Floors and carpets are kept spotless! This is my favorite appliance and I am so happy I can now keep my house looking clean with it. :)

Love my steam cleaner I use it all over my house for everything that needs to be clean from carpet to upholstery in my vehicle are use it to clean my seats my carpet in my vehicle does an excellent job get the stains out all in all great vacuum cleaner

I bought it a few months ago, and after approx. 7 uses I can say that is Garbage. Leaves a LOT of water on the carpet with the Deep and Max mode (take almost a day to dry) and in express mode directly doesn't clean at all but at least dry faster. I have to fulfill the tank every 5' if I'm using Deep or Max mode, so takes forever to clean a room. Didn't remove any old stain and even inmediately after my dog peed, didn't remove the stain or pee either. Doesn't do the job and doesn't worth the money. DON'T BUY IT.

Got this a year ago for Christmas and absolutely LOVE it!!! Usually I have my vacum tucked away in its spot until I need it..not this! I keep it very accessible! It doesnt take all day to dry and easy to switch from upright and attachments. Cleaner has lots of parts to disassemble and clean making it time consuming but worth it. Maintenance is key! Replacement parts are reasonably priced. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, lots of family and friends in and out tracking. have used it on my carpets, bare floors, steps, furniture and soon my vehicle! Thank you Bissell!!!!

I finally replaced by 10 year old Bissell carpet cleaner with this one. I am so impressed with the cleaning ability, ease of setting up the tank and emptying the dirty water. With THREE large dogs of my own and over 25 Foster dogs each year, my carpets get dirty. But this new carpet cleaner is so easy to use. Taking it out for small clean ups are a snap. Bissell, thank you! You did an amazing job, so I can focus on the dogs not worrying about the clean up. Fast and Easy would describe this amazing cleaner.

We have had several carpet cleaners over the years but this by far has blown us away! We have had the same carpet for 25 years with several pets along the way and after cleaning with the ProHeat2x Revolution PetPro it looks like new! And it dries quickly as advertised! Can"t say enough great things! It is truly amazing and worth every penny! Much easier to clean the machine after use too! I don't normally give reviews but this is amazing!

Wow! I don't normally write reviews but I was soooo impressed with this cleaner I had to share! I've had another Bissels in the past but this is the best cleaner I've ever owned. I had a couple of stains on my carpets from pets and it cleaned them like a champ! It was powerful. great suction and loved the dual bristles!! It also left the carpets fairly dry! Other cleaners I had took so long to dry and seemed sopping wet after. With this, barely wet at all! I would definitely recommend...and already told several friends about it!
