Got this product because our dogs have accidents on occasion and this cleaner removes any stain by going over a few times, we even had a dried stain for weeks that we couldn't get out but this did, also works wonders on upholstery with the hose and attachments!

We received the BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from Pinchme in exchange for our honest opinion. First off, I love how this is so easy to use, because it's obviously well-made but not heavy and cumbersome! It cleans both cat and dog messes with ease and gives you a "confident clean." In fact, the prior owner of our home had wall to wall carpeting which had unfortunately absorbed some pet odors. (For some reason the odor was worse on rainy days!) We always meant to have the carpeting replaced, but after using the Pet Pro on it, it doesn't seem necessary anymore. Thank you Bissell!

By far the best shampooing unit I have owned. Cleans well as can be cleaned itself very easily. I'm curious to see if it stands the test of a few years, where some of my other Bissell products stopped functioning correctly. Such as sucking up the dirty water.

Wet was OK but our main use is to get the dog hair off the rug/carpet which it doesn't pick up it just throws it off the rug and you have to use the pipe attachment to pick up which also doesn't do the needful

This is my second ownership of a Bissell carpet cleaner and I'm even more impressed with the functionality of the new unit... I initially purchased this item to clean up after our beloved aging pet who had incontinent issues. Unfortunate for us the accidents often occurred on our expensive designer rugs that were scattered thru-out our home and professional cleaning, every time this happened, became out of the question. Initially, I was extremely nervous to attempt the task myself but the Bissell cleaner proved invaluable. After 5+ years of going strong, and several pets later, the unit eventually lost suctioning power and it was time to replace to a new and improved unit. The biggest plus of the new 1986 unit is the ease of dismantling & clean-up... a breeze. Thank you!!

I had to say after owning numerous Bissell productd over the years, this one is the best. It's lightweight, yet durable and strong. With having a bad back, wrist, and shoulder from a car accident, this makes it much easier to use being lightweight. The colors on the design are neat too. The fact the product vacuums up debris and hair before cleaning, is a major plus! I will be testing the upholstery cleaner on an older couch in my office, when I some time in June. There's another attachment to clean non carpet floors, but it doesn't come with the machine. I may buy the extra attachment ig it's not too expensive. Excited to clean hard to clean items!

Well, what can I say. If you live in a house with kids or pets this is a must have. Any spills stains will come up easily with this vacuum. It will keep your carpets clean and will not soak them. I have used it in my car and in my home and it is saved me a lot of money. I did receive this free from pinch me.com But, would purchase in a heartbeat. Having kids and pets this is a must.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using our Bissell! We also have 2 pups that get excited and like to use the bathroom on our carpet and its perfect for that! But what I am just in awe at is, our machine broke after a few months. Not sure how but I contacted them expecting them to maybe replace the part. They looked for a service provider near us and there weren't any. The lady told me they are going to send us a new one. Which is great! Since we haven't had it that long I kind of expected that. But then she said we just need to keep any extra parts from our old one and then disregard anything we couldn't keep! I thought for sure we would have to send it back. And on top of it all they did not only replace my machine itself but sent my entire previous order with them! The attachments, cleaners, everything!

This broke within the first ten minutes of use. The end of the one of the bristle rolls was vibrating. It got so hot it melted and turned black. I contacted Bissell to let them know about the issue. They immediately sent me a replacement bristle assembly and set of replacement belts to see if that corrected the issue. Received it three days later. Installed it and now it seems to work perfectly. Hopefully I have no further issues. The response to my problem, from Bissell, left me optimistic that is was just a fluke issue and that if I have any further trouble they will set it right.

This carpet cleaner worked great while it ran. I was cleaning my living room carpet after trying it out on a few spots. After a second refill and dump of the tanks. The clean water tank no longer fit. The bottom is warped and will not dispense water. Still recommend the product. Just don't use more than one tank at a time.
