[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner does the job and then some! We didn't even use the max cleaning setting, and it still got all the stains up! Only downside is the size of tank. It does empty fast, but I'll take the time to fill it up when it cleans this well!

We have a dog and two cats, and when they are sick or have an accident (not often, but you need to deal with it right away when it happens!) this has been so reliably effective. It also is so easy to dump the used water and to clean the head of the carpet cleaner, that it makes this undesirable cleanup job WAY less awful, and fast. Also, I periodically (1x every 8-12 months) like to shampoo my couches and this does the job wonderfully.

I rave about this machine to everyone I know that has a pet. I am continuously impressed by the amount of dirt and stains this carpet cleaner lifts. I have only owned it for about 3 weeks now, but I use it every chance I get. New favorite cleaning product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, I live in Georgia and anyone who has been to Georgia, notices that the dirt is more like a red clay. So instead of tracking in black dirt, light colored carpets turn a burnt orange or dark red. Well I don't have human children but I definitely have a fur baby who thinks he's a human! Yes my 100+ pound Cane Corso tracks in dirt and sheds. My spouse and I agreed that I would maintain the floors, carpet and rugs. This includes cleaning the carpet and rugs about once a week. My old carpet cleaner just didn't have the technology to keep up with my Cane Corso. So I bought this guy along with all of its attachments and Bissell Recommended Cleaner. After one cleaning, I was simply amazed! I literally watched the dirt be sucked into this machine! And it smells amazing! Use hot water. Use the recommended cleaning solution. Buy it! So I finally purchased this carpet cleaner on a trial run ... The Bissell proheat 2x revolution was a great buy. Im a rug doctor user so I wasn't sure if I would like it.... This machine is awesome and with a 5yr warranty and all the extra items including free shipping and carpet cleaner ... I was done. This machine actually cleaned my oriental rug better than anything I have EVER tried. It was so light weight and powerful that I was just blown away. It wasn't bulky like some of the other machines so it was very easy to carry up 15 steps... You will NOT regret buying this machine. my carpet smells awesome and it looks amazing. Thanx for this product .

Not just for keeping the carpets clean in our rental with pets, but my son got really sick and got the carpet. Even a week later when we got this, it did such a great job getting the smell and stain out of the light colored carpet. We clean so much more often now that we have this in our house. I highly recommend and very happy we purchased this.

Heats water great, leaves the carpet looking like new, after the carpet dries looks the same and stains are still there! Pulls way too many fibers out of the carpet, at least it is easy to clean! Powerful suction to pull the water up from the carpet! Overall mostly hype in their advertising, really wish it was a better product.

I loved this vacuum! I have two rugs in my house that I had used it on about a dozen times and it was so effective in getting up all the crud that I couldn't even see! It was especially helpful after pet accidents but even routine cleaning, I loved it! However after about 6 uses, it stopped working and it won't suction. Tried all the problem solving steps and it still won't work. Not with the money for the minimal uses.

I purchased this pro heat pet model the other day and today, half way into cleaning my carpet it started to smoke from the bottom! Scared the heck out of me! And back to the store it went. So disappointed because while it did work it was awesome.

I bought this Bissell cleaner as a gift for my daughter. She is meticulous when it comes to cleaning her home, but she has four dogs and one of them is old and has "accidents" on her carpets fairly regularly. No worries!! She simply pulls out her Bissell and cleans them up...completely. SHE LOVES IT and would be lost without it to help her keep her house clean and smelling good. The next Bissell I BUY IS FOR ME!!
