[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deep clean mode SATURATES carpets, leaving the carpet dirty and stained regardless of the shampoo and boosters. Passing over a section 2-3 times is hardly cleaning, no less is it extracting with the amount of water this spills out. My rugs take 24 full hours to dry. It does not clean on Express mode, either.

I used this product on my heavy trafficked carpet . My two boys are messy and this helped with the spills and dirt that they track in. It also helps with the accidents that my yorkie makes. Great product that I was able to get and test compliments of pinch me.

When my husband saw this online, we were both interested In buying it and even Introduced it to my parents.. we kinda looked at it as an investment bec we know its gonna be used for a long time. First time we tried, we all loved it as our carpet from looking greyish (due to dust, dirt and pet hairs and pet accidental stains) to now in its original color. Really recommend it to anyone with pets.

I had used this carpet cleaner every week since I got it and it is amazing. My puppy still has occasional accidents and it cleans his messes up with no problems. It really does get deep down in your carpets. I have rented those machines from the grocery stores and they don't compare to the Bissel carpet cleaner. I received this product as a sample to test from Pinchme and to leave my opinion.

This is my second ownership of a Bissell carpet cleaner and I'm even more impressed with the functionality of the new unit... I initially purchased this item to clean up after our beloved aging pet who had incontinent issues. Unfortunate for us the accidents often occurred on our expensive designer rugs that were scattered thru-out our home and professional cleaning, every time this happened, became out of the question. Initially, I was extremely nervous to attempt the task myself but the Bissell cleaner proved invaluable. After 5+ years of going strong, and several pets later, the unit eventually lost suctioning power and it was time to replace to a new and improved unit. The biggest plus of the new 1986 unit is the ease of dismantling & clean-up... a breeze. Thank you!!

I love my dogs more then anything, but they are definitely rough on my carpets! Having two large golden retrievers , I have more paw prints then I do carpet on rainy days . This product is so simple to use and very effective. It pulls up all the pet stains and leaves my carpets looking new. It also isn't clogging up because of my dogs hair that the vacuum leaves behind. It's big and holds enough water and cleaner to do my whole living room without having to refill. I am beyond impressed with this cleaner. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something to clean up behind your pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi I just want to say I just cleaned my carpet with my Bissell two-time pet pro Max today I want to say that I've had this machine for over 10 years and It still works like the day I bought it I love it I wouldn't buy any other brand It works the best of any machine I've ever tried absolutely would suggest this to everyone I bought it when they first came out it might even be over 10 years old. In fact my mother had some spots on her carpet at her house and had it professionally done and they were not able to get the stains out and I went over there with my Bissell and got the stains out and she was so impressed

I have laminate floors in living room with a large area rug that really needed to be cleaned. I have 3 cats that leave a lot of hair and cough up hairballs. This machine is amazing, so easy to use AND clean. Even after a good vacuum using my Dyson Animal, this machine extracted a LOT of imbedded hair and the strong suction left the fibers just damp, can't believe how dry it was. That was on the 'deep clean' mode, there's also an 'express clean' mode that allows you to clean in the room on your hardwood or laminate floors and won't soak through at all. So glad I know longer have to pay near $100.00 to have a company come out and often times leave the rugs and furniture soaking wet. It has a nice attachment that puts that dirty water in a small 1 cup size container instead of in the large container, much easier to clean out for small jobs. I no longer have carpeted stairs, but it has a nice attachment for them.

My carpet has been cleaned regular and the double brushes really deeps clean. The dirty water was a testament to we needed a new upright. Wish I bought it a year ago. We got a new puppy and I feel my house will be clean now. The carpet look new again. I even bought the rechargable hand held pet one. Cant wait to see how well that works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within a few minutes of operating, the engine pitched increased radically and it stopped sucking up water. Then there was a huge water leak out of the back of the machine when the handle was put in the upright position. Finally, the seal on the dirty water tank failed and it allowed dirty water to drain out the bottom when I went to empty it into the sink. The carry handle screw was also missing. Terrible manufacturing quality control for the top of the line product.
