This product is great! I love the way it cleans my rugs. I love how you can target one area if there's a stain and it's easy to use. It makes my rugs soft and it doesn't feel like other cleaners make your rug. I would definitely recommend this product

AMAZING!!!! Bought this product for home use carpet cleaning in an emergency. Long story short: Sick child, accident on the carpet and couldn't make to the bathroom. I purchased this without reading any reviews because a relative had a similar Bissell model. Let me just say, I am shocked by the amount dirt, pet hair, and the child mess that it managed to pull out of the carpet (that were previously professionally cleaned and vacuumed yesterday). Unbelievable cleaner!!!

The pet pro is amazing when you use it the first few times, it cleans the carpets well and has worked great. But this is the issue, and I'm unsure what to do. This will be our second pet pro carpet cleaner, which we have to have something because we have two dogs, however, both have not lasted long. After using each one for a bit, and heavy use, the motor seems to get louder and louder over time. After each use we have been cleaning the fill tank and the dirty tank, along with removing the two parts with the roller cover and the deck with the brushes to remove dirt and debris. (Following the recommended cleaning instructions). At this point, it's really loud when it's on, it's getting to be unbearable. I don't know if it's because it's being used 2-3 times a week, in deep clean, for 15-20 min durations, or why this is happening. I just need a carpet cleaner, that will last a long time and get pet stains and hair off carpet. I thought about getting the bare floor attachment, but there's no point in getting that if it's un-useable. Because I would like to be able to use it to clean our kitchen floor as well. I've even considered just ditching this one and getting the crosswave, but then I don't think it would be able to handle what I need it for.

I bought it a few months ago, and after approx. 7 uses I can say that is Garbage. Leaves a LOT of water on the carpet with the Deep and Max mode (take almost a day to dry) and in express mode directly doesn't clean at all but at least dry faster. I have to fulfill the tank every 5' if I'm using Deep or Max mode, so takes forever to clean a room. Didn't remove any old stain and even inmediately after my dog peed, didn't remove the stain or pee either. Doesn't do the job and doesn't worth the money. DON'T BUY IT.

Big love hate with this product. As far as cleaning carpets and stains it's amazing. I've used it for dog pee poop and puke. However it leaves the carpet wet and does not handle pet hair well. One thing to note is that the sprayer holes that wet the brushes get clogged. You can use a sewing needle to unclog them but it took me forever to figure out that that's why it wasn't working. After cleaning the brush cover and unclogging those sprayer holes it worked great again, just doesn't suck all the water back up like my old carpet cleaner.

First time seem okay but when you're pets get sick and you need the hose attachment it doesn't work. As far as carpet I cleaned and week later still had stains. Did an again no difference. Rented rug doctor and used same solution and 100% better. too expensive for a a one trick pony show

I used it today on an area rug. I first cleaned it on express mode because I didn't think I would have enough time for it to dry before it would be being walked on. I realized I still had A LOT of cleaning solution left, as it was only an 8x6 rug, and I only had filled it up to the express fill line. So the old saying "waste not, want not" came into play, and I deep cleaned the rug. It cleaned it SO well, and there was still some solution left. It was dry in about 2 hours, if that.... I was very pleased! Taking it apart to empty, rinse, and clean was a breeze! Especially since everything snaps off, and back on. I just LOVE this product! As usual it's another great product, from a great company!

Outstanding Carpet cleaner overall! I own a 1.5 million dollar custom log home with high-end carpets in the family rooms and bedroom rooms. I wanted the best on the market that is lightweight, easy to use, and does the job right the first time. This carpet cleaning machine exceeded my expectations in all areas. The design and engineering that went into this product is top quality.

We purchased this new unit right after we brought home our new puppy. Our old cleaner had died and we decided to get a new, modern unit. The unit is easy to use and simple to put together. The things we like the most was the convenient clean water refill and dirty water tanks and the ease of use. It was really easy to refill and drain. The cons were that we had to refill and drain a lot when following the directions for a thorough cleaning. Many trips back and forth for "normal" size (12x12) rooms. The unit seemed to clean well and left the floor looking and smelling fresh. It worked for what we needed it and we have been using it for accidents as well. Good unit for a moderate size home.

I've had two of these machines. Accidentally cut the cord on the first one and quickly replaced it with another. Only draw back is how LOUD it is.
