[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely regret buying. Maybe this will save someone else the headache. We use this machine maybe 2 times a month. We have a older dog and she occasionally has an accident. Well we didn't have an issue the first time we used it but then we didn't have to use it for a while (past the 30 day return timeframe) it does suck some up but it leaks everywhere we have to either keep it on the tray or in the bathtub (but it leaks the whole time while trying to get it into the bathroom) It doesn't clean the spot up and you can still smell it the next day so then we have to try to reclean it. And now the belt broke on it after only having it for almost 4 months and only using it for cleaning a few spots up. If your looking for a machine to just clean up random accidents this is not a machine for you! I wish we would have just gotten a spot bot like we had before instead of this.

I've had two of these machines. Accidentally cut the cord on the first one and quickly replaced it with another. Only draw back is how LOUD it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rarely review anything. I bought this machine despite reading some negative reviews. I used this to clean all of the carpets in my house, which are 30 months old. I have two Shetland Sheepdogs, one with gastro issues, if you catch my drift. Pretreat as the directions say, and use the machine as directed. I could not be happier with the outcome. No evidence of any of the spots or stains after cleaning. Carpets look new. Machine was a snap to clean, including the brush rollers. This machine will more than pay for itself in a short period of time.

I had to try it out as soon as I received my ProHeat 2x Pet Cleaner from PinchMe. . I was impressed!!! I have a cat and a 14 year old, so between the two of them I was hoping the cleaner was up to the challenge and it was. The couple marks I had on my carpet were taken up with ease and the machine itself was easy to operate. As always I am impressed with the Bissel line and glad to have this to add the my collection. This is my THIRD Bissell Steam Cleaner for carpets. When I used it for the first time I read the instructions very carefully even though I wasn't new to steam cleaning my carpet. I kept watching the recovery tank & seeing very little water being sucked up. Checked & rechecked multiple time to make certain it was in place properly...it was. I went over the carpet multiple times attempting to retrieve as much water as possible. Long story short....it took all day & half the night with three box fans on high & it was still slightly damp. Now all I have to do is worry about some mold growing underneath. :-(

We have multiple dogs with long haired coats (English Setters) and a few cats to round out our family. With such a great family your going to end up with a unplanned mess or two. Add to that the day to day shedding called for a strong cleaning machine. And the ProHeat gets the job done. Right out of the box with the easy to follow instructions the ProHeat did a outstanding job. I highly recommend this light weight easy to use machine. We use the bissell cleaning product with the Oxy and frabreeze and I could not be happier with the results.

I was excited to finally get to try the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro. I read through the Quick Start/User Guide and to be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed. But once I looked over the machine and then referred back to the guide, I was good. I went to work on 2 small carpeted areas in our long foyer, the main high traffic area in our home. The Revolution Pet Pro was easy to manage. I liked that the water that is misted over the carpet wasn't excessive. At the base of the cleaner you could see the dirt that was being extracted from the carpet. It made me feel like I was truly accomplishing a normally dreaded task. When I was finished, I went to break down the pieces that come off in order to clean those parts of dirt, grime, hair, etc. I did have a bit of an issue trying to take apart the pieces at the base. But, after referring back to the guide, I was able to remove those pieces as well. I used the Bissell Professional Deep Clean Formula along with the Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial Formula in the machine. I was quite happy with the results. What's also nice about the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro is it's not heavy and bulky. I have mobility issues and yet I was able to maneuver this cleaner without any problems. My Spring cleaning is only partly completed. At least I don't have to dread cleaning the other carpets in my home. *I must disclose that I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.

I was so fortunate to have received this carpet cleaner in return for my honest review. I have 2 children , 2 dogs, and 5 cats. I am constantly cleaning due to spills, dirty shoes, an occasional accident, fur balls, and more. My previous carpet cleaner honestly just didn't do the job and I would be left with cat hair that looked like tumbleweeds. The joy of long haired cats! I loved how easy it was for me to put this together! I also was happy that the cleaner was lightweight, had an extra long cord, and was so easy to clean when I was finished. It has a wonderful attachment which allowed me to clean my living room furniture and dining room chairs. What a difference!! I am so happy with this product. I've used it twice, and the dirt water tank will not hold but a small amount of water before the float shuts off suction. Dirt water must be dumped 2-3 time on one tank of clean water. Bought it brand new so this is not a clogging issue, I can see that the float has risen enough to stop suction it's also below the marked full line. The old Bissell Proheat pet I used to have worked so much better before it quit. I'm very remorseful about purchasing this carpet cleaner and believe it would function just as well, the attachment not being onboard is also a huge negative factor about this machine.

I just found out that my 10 year old cat is diabetic. Being diabetic if her glucose is high she gets UTI's and pees all over the place. This cleaner is a blessing. Not only does it clean up her pre but it makes the carpet smell good. Not only do I have to worry about pee I have to worry about her puke sometimes and this cleans the carpet so nice you don't even notice where she went. I love how easy it is to use and fast. The best part about this cleaner is how easy it is to clean the machine so it will stay clean an last long. Good job Bissell in making this product! I would recommend this to anyone.
