Had a much older carpet shampooer that worked okay but was very noisy and not easy to clean or use. This Bissell Pro Heat is an amazing improvement! I used it in "deep clean" mode on carpeting that had numerous older stains (some pet, some not) and it got everything out the first go-round. The carpet looks brand-new. And I love that someone who actually thought about cleaning designed this...you can actually get to the brushes, etc. to remove debris after cleaning. Four paws up!

I love that there was real thought in the design of this cleaner. All the parts that come in contact with the dirt can be taken off and cleaned. I owned the original Bissell Pro-heat and loved it until it finally died 12+ years in use. I was worried about getting another cleaner because that one worked so well. This new cleaner is powerful and completely exceeded my expectations. Thanks Bissell!

I use this product for my living room. I have a cream colored carpet and a 4 year old. I saw several videos where this vacuum got red stains out of carpets and thought hey it will help but sadly it has not I still have that red drink stain on my carpets. But it still is a good vacuum and gets up so much pet hair. I could make a blanket out of how much hair I have gotten out of my carpet ( I also have a husky) I use this product twice a week and it leaves my carpet nice and comfy to walk on. I can tell a huge difference. I would buy this vacuum if you are needing a carpet cleaner. However I think if you already have one I would wait for something better. I have a Hoover and the concept is the same.

The carpet was flattened and dirty but now they are clean beyond my expectation. Since I have a cat the machine pulled up lots of fur that my vacuum doesn't get. I recommend this machine because it worked fantastic for me. Follow directions and it does the job right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this carpet cleaner for about a year now. I feel like I fight with this machine every time I use it. I can go through a whole tank of water and only a fourth of it is sucked up. I clean it every time I use it making sure the smell doesn't stay on it from my pet accident. I make sure hair is not clogging the filter or the suction part of the machine yet I can't seem to get the machine to pick up the water that it lays down. Leaving my carpets, dirty and smelling bad, the exact opposite of what the carpet cleaner should do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine (last generation model) about 4 years ago. I rescue Dobermans and over the last 30 years I have owned 4 Bissell Carpet cleaners. I need to clean my carpets at least once a month. I used to buy the Cadillac, thats what I called them. Top of the line with all the bells and whistles. It was big and not easy to pull out in a moments notice, soI would wait until the whole carpet needed cleaning. The Revolution is lite weight and easy to pull out for any situation. A year ago it broke and was really dirty inside and out I went to buy a new one and the store didn't have it. I picked up a Powerforce 2910. It was not made for for a large area. The tanks were way to small. I have to refill the tank 7 or 8 times to clean one room. So that is why I am spending the money again and getting the new Revolution. I can not live without a steam cleaner and hopefully Bissell has not changed the things I love about this machine.

I have been needing to clean my carpets for quite some time but was skeptical about some of the carpet cleaning companies. I was offered a free Pet Pro 2x Revolution Carpet Cleaner for my honest review. This product is awesome! It removed stains from my cat, red wine and mud that I thought would never come out. It's a little on the heavy side when filled with water but the quick clean mode is very convenient and does a great job. I was surprised how much dust and dirt came out from my carpets as I vacuum regularly. If you're looking for a thorough Carpet Cleaner look no further!

I have 2 new Puppies, and during puppy potty training time we have lots of accidents. Especially with 2 puppies!!! So this was well needed and 100% approved. Now we have still have some, but not as many I would still give it 100% with 2 thumbs or 2 puppies paws up!!!
