Our old Bissel broke a wheel and we were in need of this. I did a little snooping online and found good reviews for this. My wife loves it! Very easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. Quick tank fills and emptying the dirty tank is so much easier. We love it. This machine also cleans about 10X better than our old Pro heat Bissel

I was so lucky to receive the carpet cleaner from pinchme! I love the product so much! It's making my life easier from the multi function of the cleaner. The pee smell from my dog isn't too strong, but it still eliminated it so my home smells clean. The brush does pick up most of the hair and dirt from the carpet and the sofa. To other people it may be light, for me it's a bit heavy. Still, I would recommend this to anyone who has pets!

I have 6+ year old carpet and an older cat who has started having more accidents thru no fault of her own....its what happens when you're a 15 yr old cat - she is a medium to long hair cat so her hair takes up residence as soon as I finish vacuuming, along with the prerequisite dust of an apartment. I've taken it to areas she has done her #1 business outside of the box as well as her various throw up spots, along with some other non-cat caused stains and it has done what an old Hoover Agility never could take care of and then some. I was previously using a Bissell spot cleaner which got to be an issue when the hose finally started showing its age with leaking. I'm quite impressed with this cleaner and am ready to attack another area of my apartment with both traffic build up and addition cat problem spots, so I can finally have some decent looking carpet again. If you are looking for a decent carpet cleaner, you cannot go wrong with this one. It may take a few attempts to clean up areas but it'll be taken care of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this cleaner as I has used a competitors' for years and decided to make a change when it aged out after 12 years. I liked all of the features on this model and didn't see any downside. I purchased this cleaner 01.03.22, and have attempted to use it on four occasions. Each time even more disappointing than the previous. It takes me months to get the patience to try again. It does not suck the water into the dirty water tank in spite of feeling the suction coming from the red filter the tank rests on. Yes, the float stack moves freely. I have tried every trick mentioned by Bissell and Youtubers that I can find and this unit still does not suck dirty water into the tank. The dirty water just goes back into my carpet. This was a costly endeavor and I could not be more dissatisfied. I am sorry to have to give this model a bad review but this unit does not function as described.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this machine and set up are so user friendly. The machine is very large so you don't have to keep stopping to refill it. It comes with this little tool that makes clean up 100 times better. The accessories come in an adorable little mesh bag.

I have 2 dogs, no matter how much I vacuum, when I clean my carpet the nozzle gets clogged with pet hair. I don't understand why it is not removable for cleaning? Only thing I don't like. Design flaw I would have the design department look at and change, would make cleaning eaiser

So far I think this product seems worth the money. It's not professional grade, but does a decent job for the price. I used it yesterday for the first time since buying it for my wife back in December. I gave it four stars because I think the suction is weak as compared to other shampooers I've used. If Bissell could give it some more suction, I'd give it five stars. Don't misunderstand me, it cleans well. But takes longer to dry than a machine with more suction to get more of the dirty water back.

I have used this 2 times. The second time was last week. It will not suck up the water. I cannot see anything blocking it. I cannot take it apart!!! I bought it two years ago. I cannot find my receipt. I want to smash it on the driveway. SO annoyed. My Hoover worked for many many years.

I absolutely love this carpet cleaner. We live on a farm and the grandkids bring in a lot of dirt. There are milk stains from the babies and the dogs are often making a mess. This cleaner really does the job and it is fast and easy to use. I've had many carpet cleaners and this one is truly the best. I've been using a spot bot for a few years because of the ease in handling it but now I just go and reach for this. A better clean in a larger area. I really love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say at first I was so worried that the carpet was to wet. I was not getting back but half the water the machine was using, but I got up the next morning and it was dry. It cleans and makes the carpet feel new again. The brushes bring the carpet back up. I like the smell of the products that was sent with the machine. I would remind this to anyone that has, pets, grandkids, grown kids, and husbands. You can tell on your carpet where you have cleaned by the line it leaves. It truly cleans pet spots, coffee spots and high traffic areas and my carpet looks new. Never got this with a professional cleaning company.
