[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box, very straight forward. Look at your parts and pay attention to directions. Our oldest off to college and in an apartment. The dogs had left a few presents under his bed and had heavy traffic areas. Although the clean (1 gal)/dirty water tanks seem a little small...they are no smaller nor bigger than the old one I just disposed of. Initially, I'm impressed...and that's a difficult thing to do. The suction combined with the agitating brushes really cleaned the carpet up nicely. Even head on at the baseboards. After a couple of hours, I went back in and vacuumed; it looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not cleaning as expected! If you need deep cleaning just don't buy it. It cleans very lightly and do not absorb water well. I purchased recently and not very happy. Cause it is not cleaning properly. I used for my small kitchen and bedroom carpets. But stains still are there.

Having multiple cats and a dog along with 2 kids makes for a mess sometimes. I received this carpet cleaner just in time. The master bedroom carpet was stained due to an older pet having an accident and the cleaner came that morning. So after unboxing it we put it to use and it was a pleasure to use. Honestly the thing that took the most time was taking everything out of the box! Within minutes our carpet looked better than it had in years. So much so that we opted to do the whole room instead of just the spot with the accident. Emptying the unit out is easy and clean up a breeze. So happy I have this unit in our home. I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Dogs will always be a part of my life. And with that being said, it can be difficult to manage two giant Bernese Mountain dogs and a house with floors that is covered almost entirely with carpet. And trust me, that carpet had seen better days. I bought this product as a last resort to help salvage what was left clean of my carpets. I'll admit that it took a couple tries with using the product to figure it out. It cleaned up old stains and new messes with ease. Pro: Lightweight, you can also remove pieces rinse and clean after using (strongly recommended to help keep the product working at its best). Con: Small canister for dirty water but with that being said, I can do with the multiple trips to empty to help keep the carpets clean! It took me 6+ months of researching into different carpet cleaners and also trying out industrial carpet cleaners. For anyone skeptical about the product, please research to see what works for you! It is worth the investment!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to upgrade from a 10+ year old carpet cleaner. There are some great features but also a couple downfalls. For reference I have 2 children under 3 years old, a dog, a senior cat, and a slob kabob husband - so you can imagine the disaster that is our carpets. Pros: 1. easy to put together 2. easy to clean 3. easy to maneuver 4. the clean water tank is easy to fill and even if you miss the hole there is no spillage because it's set up for the water to filter into it 5. The fill lines make things super simple (note that there are two sides) 6. The dirty water tank has a handle for convenience when dumping the dirty water out 7. The upholstery tool works well just pay attention to if you're on the wet or the dry setting Cons: the only con I have is that the clean and dirty water tank are VERY small! This means you are constantly needing to fill and empty. When using on the max clean setting (have not used the other two settings yet) the dirty water tank fill line does not line up with the clean water tank meaning you're stopping even more frequently because you have to empty / fill at different times. For reference - I did two couches and the two rooms in the photo and had to stop at least 10 times / room to empty and or fill the tanks. Is this frustrating? Yes, but is it enough to make me want to return it or not recommend it? No! But knowing that may impact others decisions if they plan to use it for large areas.

Since we are the proud human parents of Daisy, our Jack Russell Terrier, and FYI Jack Russells are profesional Peepi-ers they can pee EVERY MINUTE, if they are excited, angry, anxious, happy, they pee! It was an stressfull way of living but thanks God we discover the Proheat 2X Revolution Pet pro carpet cleaner and now our mental and physical health is coming back to normality. Our bedrooms were full of pet stains and was a nightmare to pay the huge bills for the profesional biweekly carpet cleaning, now all that stress is gone. We have a 14 year old lab who has cancer and has been having issues with accidents and vomiting. My carpet was looking horrible in spite of spending hours on my hands and knees scrubbing. The ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner has been a Godsend. It does an excellent job and is very easy to use and clean. I always dry vac over the spot first to pull the liquid out (it does an amazing job), then I shampoo over the spot. It sometimes takes a few times to remove the whole stain. I find that it pulls the liquid out better if you pass over it very slowly after using the solution. I go over it slowly several times to pull as much liquid out as I can. More liquid seems to pull out when I am vacuuming forward than when I am pulling backwards. I'm always amazed at the amount of dirt and hair it pulls out (even after I have just vacuumed). I wish I had purchased this much earlier in the game. I have absolutely no regrets and don't know what I ever did without it!

Ergonomically good except the fill lines on the solution tank are hard to see. Cleaned dirty carpet on deep clean setting. Used 6 tanks full of solution before dirty water tank was full. Where did all that shampoo go? The fill lines should be made more prominent.

I love the scrubbing action! Excellently designed. The housing of the Foot is very high quality! I'm very impressed.! It self cleans wonderfully. I set mine in the bathtub and I save myself the $$ and get a deeper, more effective cleanup of the machine when I'm finished the job. Machine sprays carpet with a perfectly even steam of hot solution water. I'm impressed with the weight of machine when full., as it is easily manoeuvrable. As empty it's as llight as a feather. You give good user instructions. Only downfall? I had to use my old Hoover to suck up the last of the water after heavy duty cycle. reclaiming 1 cup fluid per 1 square meteraw

I previously owned a Hoover which I liked and it served me well but then died. I purchased the Bissell and am I glad I did. I absolutely love it. I didn't think I could be excited about a carpet cleaner but everything about this one is a dream. Easy to use, cleans well and extremely easy to clean.
