great machine. It cleans very well. Just wish the on board tools had rotating brushes.

I have cleaned two 5x7 oriental rugs, one 11x14 oriental rug and two 5x3 rugs, This product cleans well. BUT after just that much use, the belt to the rotor brushes broke. I am NOT happy about that,

Love this product, but I can’t give it 5 stars because it has constantly leaked after use since I took it out of the box. Aside from that, it’s awesome!

What a total failure and piece of garbage. Used once, spray failed completely. It's now just a (weak) vacuum ....

Cleans as good as rental units or better. Only had a few problems and those were my own fault. One was not ensuring the one side was locked in after I took the brush out to clean, which left me wondering why it wasn't working right and then I noticed after turning it off. Other issue was using the attachment with the clear cut before reading the manual. I ended up taking it off and then using the other attachment. Will have to read the manual, what guy needs a manual?, ;-)

So easy to use and worked great on my carpets removing deep set in stains and odors. After to many problems on my previous cleaner I found the 5 year warranty very attractive. I am disabled with MS and found this machine rather easy to use and refill. I would strongly recommend this product.

I've used it twice, and the dirt water tank will not hold but a small amount of water before the float shuts off suction. Dirt water must be dumped 2-3 time on one tank of clean water. Bought it brand new so this is not a clogging issue, I can see that the float has risen enough to stop suction it's also below the marked full line. The old Bissell Proheat pet I used to have worked so much better before it quit. I'm very remorseful about purchasing this carpet cleaner and believe it would function just as well, the attachment not being onboard is also a huge negative factor about this machine.

So i previously used a Hoover for a while and the motor just burned out. Being handy i took it apart to try to fix it. Long story short, it was just a pain. It was a pain to clean, the design was very very flawed and i had alot of problems with it overall from the beginning. I was very hesitant to even buy another carpet cleaner from anywhere, especially a pricey one, but i did alot of research on different brands and models and i noticed the Pet Pro had some fearures that i liked. The design and the ease of cleaning it is by far better than anything i previously had. Its simple to clean and fast so i give that huge thumbs up for that. I have 4 cats so i have my work cut out for me. While i did take my time on my stairs today, it really did a great job overall. Took me 3 hours but i did it very slow and controlled for a real deep clean. Normal people would have spent much less time but i did a second wash (deep rinse). Moving forward ill clean them in probably 30 mins or less. But after all that time, they came out great and i was wondering how much time i would spend cleaning the machine up...took me 5 mins or less..great product...built smarter and actually glad i bought one despite being in the situation i was in. Ill stick with Bissell moving forward because of the good design and ease of cleaning. Big thumbs up.
