[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a nonprofit rescue that operates out of my home. We typically have anywhere from 15 to 25 dogs at any one time that live as a pack in our home and surrounding property. Not all of them are housebroke, and given that they are indoor outdoor dogs, there's dirt. We only have 1 room that has any carpet in it carpet in it and it definitely gets dirty dirty when they are watching TV with us. I couldn't live without this machine.

I'm really happy with my purchase, that the Revolution 2X is so easy to use, is not loud, and does a great job cleaning carpets without the physical pain that another leading carpet cleaner leaves me after use. I'm impressed with all the dirt that this pulls out and found that doing a few extra passes in vacuum mode will pull out more water to aid in faster dry time. The carpet is left clean, soft and refreshed for sure. The dirty water tank needs to be emptied before the clean water tank is used up, but its not an inconvenience. The attachments are well thought and are adaptable to a variety of surfaces and types of stain. Having this cleaner now is so much easier than renting a heavy cleaning unit from a store, lifting it, hauling it back and forth and having hand, arm and shoulder pain for two days after! I'm very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using it each time. People and pets rejoice!

Brought this carpet cleaner after I brought a Big Green Machine from Bissell. This one cleans circles around the Big Green Machine. Also picks up almost 99% of the water compared to the Big Green Machine. Should have brought this one first, wasted my money on the other machine. Carpets have never been cleaner.

I really like how well my Bissell cleans my carpets. It leaves them feeling clean and fresh! I have 2 kids and a dog and this machine is amazing. It is lightweight, easy to use, and removes stains! It also works well on stairs, which is a problem in our home. The water stays warm and you see the dirt being lifted up. It's easy to take apart to clean the machine and all around is such a great cleaner. The bristles a reach across a wide area, which makes cleaning your carpets a breeze!

We four dogs, 3 of which are house broken. Our oldest dog (17yrs) was coming close to passing away. Among the obvious problems, he began losing his bowels. This was happening while the puppy was still being house broken. It became quite a mess. We decided it was time to get a new steam cleaner. We got this green miracle and have loved it ever since. It is strong, great suction, excellent cleaning, and very quite for a steam cleaner. It was the best purchase we made, cleans great both the top of the carpet and whats underneath. I recommend this to anyone looking.

I dont have pets ,an consider my self a very clean person. But When I say WOW, I mean wow. I never dreamed my carpet was that dirty. Love how you can keep vacuuming to get all the extra water. Did a Max Clean setting an only took about 4 hrs to dry...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our new place. We have not moved in but have started cleaning. The 3 bedrooms have carpet. It's a brand new place not lived in before, but so much dirt came up with this vacuum. Carpets seemed clean, so glad for purchase especially since I have 2 little ones, my girl is crawling so wanted to make sure she has a clean space. Now I feel comfortable her being on floor.

I received this machine for Christmas thinking it would be great for me because I have 6 dogs. Filling up water tank was a challenge because it does not lay flat to measure water and cleaner. I had to purchase the bare floor part individually. The machine is very heavy and hard to maneuver on hard flooring. It's very loud. I had to do at least 10 run overs on a stain before it cleaned. The water doesn't distribute evenly when you push on the trigger. It leaks water when it's turned off. I am not impressed at all. I have used it once so far. If I can send it back for a refund, I will. If not, you will never get my business again.

Purchased so my wife would have a lightweight unit to take up stairs. Didn't expect it to be so poorly constructed. Rollers have gears on the ends. They strip out almost immediately. This causes the belts to bind and eventually break. Would not recommend this to anyone.

My dogs had used the bathroom in one of my bedrooms. I tried several carpet products and a carpet cleaner but the smell was still there. I was looking for a carpet cleaning machine and read the reviews on several. The best one was the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro (ProHeat2x) so I purchased it. This machine is great. When the carpet dried the carpet looked new and it smelled great. It's also very easy to clean the machine up when your finished. I love this machine.
