[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old ProHeat Pet stopped spraying water. I called Bissell after I did all the troubleshooting I could. They couldn't fix what I had, so they gave me 20% off a new purchase. I was annoyed I had to buy a new one since I only used the other one maybe 20 times over it's lifetime. However, this upgraded model was definitely worth it!! The upgrades are amazing: 1. The water containers are so much better than the bladder on the old one that held both clean and dirty water. Also the new water containers are much more convenient to remove and reattach. I also like that I can keep the clean water in the tank if I don't use it all. This wasn't able to happen in the old model because the clean water would dump out when you dumped the dirty water. 2. It's much lighter/easier to push and maneuver. 3. It has features that make cleaning it so much easier. I used to have to take my old one apart to remove pet hair. Pieces detach from this model with a push of a button. Allows for easy removal of pet hair. 3. There's a flat plastic piece you can sit the machine on when it's being stored. The old model leaked water onto my floor after it was turned off. The plastic piece will catch any drips that happen with this model. The only thing I'm a tiny bit concerned about is that I do wish it would suck up more water as other reviewers have said.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, I live in Georgia and anyone who has been to Georgia, notices that the dirt is more like a red clay. So instead of tracking in black dirt, light colored carpets turn a burnt orange or dark red. Well I don't have human children but I definitely have a fur baby who thinks he's a human! Yes my 100+ pound Cane Corso tracks in dirt and sheds. My spouse and I agreed that I would maintain the floors, carpet and rugs. This includes cleaning the carpet and rugs about once a week. My old carpet cleaner just didn't have the technology to keep up with my Cane Corso. So I bought this guy along with all of its attachments and Bissell Recommended Cleaner. After one cleaning, I was simply amazed! I literally watched the dirt be sucked into this machine! And it smells amazing! Use hot water. Use the recommended cleaning solution. Buy it! This thing really works. P.S. These pictures are NOT edited! This is using natural light. This rug is in my living room. P.S.S. I'm NOT a tester for Bissell but would love to be! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box, very straight forward. Look at your parts and pay attention to directions. Our oldest off to college and in an apartment. The dogs had left a few presents under his bed and had heavy traffic areas. Although the clean (1 gal)/dirty water tanks seem a little small...they are no smaller nor bigger than the old one I just disposed of. Initially, I'm impressed...and that's a difficult thing to do. The suction combined with the agitating brushes really cleaned the carpet up nicely. Even head on at the baseboards. After a couple of hours, I went back in and vacuumed; it looks great.

I received this product as a free sample from PINCHme. I love everything about this carpet cleaner. It does an awesome job removing per urine from the carpet and other cleaners couldn't. One of my favorite things about this cleaner is that the attachments are ina bag sonorhi g gets lost. I would definitely recommend to pet owners.

I've always had my carpets professionally cleaned. I decided to buy the Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner after cleaning up after my dog one time too many. I am so impressed with how well this machine cleans my carpets. It's paid for itself just in the past month since I purchased it. Couldn't be more pleased.

I got a puppy a few months ago and wish I had bought this carpet cleaner sooner. We only have 1 room in our house with carpet, which is our bedroom, but it can get dirty pretty quickly, even being careful with not wearing shoes in the house. I rented one of those big industrial cleaners once before from a local home improvement store, which worked great, but it's so big and bulky and not ideal for a home. I finally gave in and bought this cleaner and wish I had done so months ago. I used it right away and it works great! I had the liquid Bissell carpet cleaner too, which really does work. I like that this is lightweight and is almost like vacuuming. The big one I rented didn't tilt down like a vacuum, which made it uncomfortable to use and not as convenient as this one. If I didn't buy this, I wouldn't be renting that other one as often, but now that we own this, it will be used all the time! I used it on a 5' x 7' area rug too, and it definitely got it a lot cleaner. I have nothing negative to say about this at all. It seems a little pricey, which is why I was hesitant about purchasing it, but I will be getting a lot of use out of it that's for share. I did a lot of research before buying this. There were others that were cheaper, but the reviews weren't as good, so I would rather spend a little more money and have something that will last for years. I'm curious to see if it works just as well on the carpets in my car. I'm going to try that soon and hope I am just as satisfied. This is a must though!

The ProHeat2x Carpet Cleaner was easy to assemble. It works good on both carpet and floors, I really like the sprayer that you use for spot clean up it really work good for tuff spots. With 4 kids and a dog I regularly carpet clean. This is my first Bissell carpet cleaner and have owned 3 prior name brands. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. For the price, I expected it to last longer than 6 months. Our carpet is thick Shaw carpet with the pet defense liner so cleaning is a chore. The carpet cleaner with the 2 rollers really gets into the carpet but the water extraction is lack luster. The dirty water in the tank continues to get sucked back up into the clean carpet, the top clean water tank leaks all over while you clean. Doesn't matter how many times I clean all the pieces and reinstall them it's a constant chore. After 1.5 year of owning this hunk of plastic I am already shopping for a new unit.

WOW-WOW-WOW! We purchased the ProHeat to clean our carpets after reading all the specs and reviews. Honestly, though, I had my doubts as to just how thoroughly it could get out some seriously set-in pet stains (urine!!) We went to work after watching your video and were completely blown away at the efficacy of the machine. We were on the verge of just tearing up the carpet and replacing it. After the cleaning (super easy and actually rather fun -- LOL!) -- it literally looks like a brand new carpet (I'm talking a pale beige colour too -- so the stains were hideous and I had pretty much just given up on getting them out). Anyway -- it's been astonishing to us how beautiful the carpets were under all that grunge and we are keeping them (and saving money to boot!!) Thank you, Bissell, for an outstanding product. I'm literally telling my friends about it -- no kidding. Love you guys and REALLY love that you are contributing to saving animals -- that means a great deal to me and my husband and our 8 rescue cats -- each with their own story to tell -- sometimes heartbreaking -- but now they are in their forever home with us and being spoiled rotten. Pet-safe formulas are extremely important to us and after researching y'all, we were quite pleased to discover that your formulas are indeed pet-safe. Anyway -- I could go on but just end by saying you have 2 (make that 10) very happy customers -- me, my husband, and our 8 kitties. Thank you, Bissell!

I highly recommend this carpet cleaner! I was a professional cleaner for a couple years and I've never used a cleaning system that works better than this. I let my neighbors barrow it and they are hooked as well, and purchased one! Very happy with my purchase and use it weekly!
