II had difficulty setting it up, connecting to network

This printer worked as expected. Only one issue: the power button was not responding when I pressed to shut it down, but unplugging it from power did the job. The print quality was very good.

Still trying to get it to pair with my phone when I make copys it does well but it wants to pick up more than one paper. Switched to hp paper still the same

I am highly satisfied with the printer's performance and its versatile functionalities. My only suggestion for improvement would be the implementation of remote printing capabilities, allowing documents to be printed while I am away from my residence.

It took me a lot of time to finally get both computers set up to print from this printer. The driver wouldn't install. I restarted my computer mulitple times, tried on different days. I don't know what I finally did but it finally worked. Then afte it started working a pop up saying that a different printer driver wasn't working and needed fixed. If I closed it, it would just come back after a few minutes. This caused me to sign up for something I thought was Norton, it's not. I am working to get it fixed before I am charged, but super frustrating that this happened all becuase I installed your product.

The whole printer is cheaply assembled using inferior pieces. The touch screen is difficult to use because you have to press your options numerous times before you get a response. The wifi signal keeps dropping offline, so when you want to print, you constantly have to restart the printer. The instant ink is a ripoff....you have to sign up for it and now you're locked into something you don't need. I would not recommend purchasing this printer, possibly any printer, from HP. They've really gone downhill on quality products.

We had a prior model (OfficeJet Pro 8125) that worked at first then became a nightmare. Not sure where and when the problems surfaced, but it was so bad that we almost changed brands. Our long history with HP and knowledge that they produced quality products, influenced us to stay with HP. We are glad we did. The new model OfficeJet Pro 8125 has been working without any problems, straight out of the box.

It's good to know that I don't have to worry about running out of ink and having to drive several miles to purchase more and have to do without in the middle of a project until ink is replenished. I use it to print a church bulletin every week to provide a copy to the small congregation.

There is only one paper tray. My old hp printer had two. And it doesn't extend automatically when printing. The paper tray feels very flimsy. Sometimes the first time I try to print the icon just spins and requires a second request before it works. The attached touch screen is not user friendly. Very difficult to tap it properly to get a response. When changing a new router password, the characters are too small and am constantly to correct. Also very slow to respond

I was unable to successfully connect my printer or scanner to my PC. I enlisted the help of my part time employer's outsourced IT dept, and required two sessions, the second with a higher level tech. That was finally successful after a 45 minute, excruciating telephone call. SET UP NEEDS TO BE MUCH EASIER. I am fairly certain this is the last HP product I will ever buy.
