The printer is very slow to print and you have to keep the page that you're printing pulled up until the print is done otherwise it cancels the print. Also, it will run a blank page through and then cancel the print job. Didn't expect such issues with an HP.

Always has trouble getting signal from computer to print (connection is definitely set up properly and wifi is perfect). Always prints a blank page when I print. Have to click print a second time every time to actually print. Wastes too much of my time.

This printer is much smaller and lighter than the previous HP model that I had. The output paper tray is much smaller than a standard sheet of paper. The ink cartridges are also flimsy, and are more difficult and less secure to install. On draft print setting much of the text is very light, barely readable. Overall gets the job done, but less quality overall compared to previous HP printer.

It's good to know that I don't have to worry about running out of ink and having to drive several miles to purchase more and have to do without in the middle of a project until ink is replenished. I use it to print a church bulletin every week to provide a copy to the small congregation.

i LIKED MY PREVIOUS MACHINE. wHY DO YOU HAVE TO KEEP FIDDLING WITH EVERY LITTLE THING AND MAKE IT MORE COMPLICATED (WORSE). GET THE LITTLE BOYS SOMETHING USEFUL TO DO AND LEAVE THE PRODUCT ALONE. EVEN THE NEW CARTRIDGES ARE MORE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. THE TECHY I HIRED SAID: NEXT TIME GET A CANNON.

My printer is always having some kind of issue. I'm always having to troubleshoot something. Now, it doesn't want to.connect to the wifi.

Works great for printing and remote but I'm having an issue now with scanning. It states That i'm missing some software!!!

I wish the printer would be usable without having to install 2 HP apps onto each device especially mobile phones and tablets.

Depending on the size of the paper, the printer prints landscape and sometimes its prints portrait. Sometimes it prints from the top down and sometimes from the bottom up.

This printer was very easy to set up and seems to work quite well so far. I did not go with the Instant Ink as, for me, I feel I would spend more on the monthly subscription than I would buying it from the store when I need it.
