Unresponsive most of the time, prints are always messed up. It’s a miracle when it prints correctly. Just bought it and it says the ink is low

This was a great find and buy…easy setup to house wifi, compact so not to take up much space. The HP quality you can count on. Highly recommended.

Uses a lot of ink, the ink program is nonsense, the product is not what I expected from an HP but maybe try a different brand next time

this is just a simple computer for our small business. The only thing I did not like is the 2 ink cartridge

The printer works quickly. The paper feeder is a I a bit unhandy: paper doesn’t lie flat, but it works well.

No hard wire, uses your phone for scanned storage and control they want you to use electricity 24/7 so they can monitor you very invasive machine.

Intuitive setup, quality printing in a small footprint HP printer. Used mainly to print receipts and tax preparation.

Screen is hard to see, very difficult to set up,especially connecting to the internet, and Bluetooth, very poor directions.

This printer is so easy to use and I love the idea that I don’t have to go to the store to replace my ink cartridge!!!

It was a piece of elephant dung. It never worked. You had no remedy. And the ink subscription will keep me from ever buying another HP product.
