Amazing Television Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing Television Experience, the watching in such a different depth of details, the colours are outstanding. Watching the oceans and space feels very alive and it feels like you can just touch it with a finger.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous 13 year old Panasonic TV was really good and thought long and hard about whether I really needed a new TV when it worked and was reliable. But within minutes of getting this LG TV set up I was sold and could not believe how much better it is. Really pleased with this purchase.

Outstanding picture and sound quality.

Outstanding picture and sound quality. Lots of features which we have still to learn about. Currently having problems recording (our memory stick does not work and we don't understand why). Also GoogleCast does not work well, which may be due to the quality of our WiFi (even though it is WiFi 6). These are probably teething problems which should not put off the potential buyer.

Not a brilliant TV

The website to buy the TV was difficult to use and slow. The manual is too brief. Remote difficult to use. We cannot link my husbands hearing aids to the TV and use a BOSE soundbar at same time. Picture is excellent. I find the sound just through TV to be not as good as the Panasonic Vesta it has replaced

Simply The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bagged a good price by dealing direct with LG. The delivery was very fast & we were notified in advance the day of delivery. In addition the courier contacted me directly 30 minutes prior to arrival. The TV arrived & I set it up very quickly to test that all was in working condition. I then mounted the tv on the wall, before making all of the final settings. The picture quality on my 54” OLED is superb. The software & operation is slick & fast. Such a great product. Prior to this I had been a Panasonic convert for many years, but my last purchase 10 months ago was very disappointing everything operational was so slow. Nothing positive was forthcoming with Panasonic so I started my search. The icing on the cake was a trade in offer when dealing direct with LG. This swung the deal for me & although early days, so far I have no regrets & nothing but praise for LG. Not often these days you can spend money & enjoy it. LG have been the exception. Thank you.

Don't believe the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is underwhelming in comparison to all of its 5 star reviews, yes the colours are bright and punchy but seem unnatural to my eyes. HD content isn't as sharp as on my previous Samsung LED. The magic wand remote is a pain to use. Overall, disappointing.

Best TV I bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research, I decided to buy the C5 OLED Tv, and it didn't disappoint me at all. Best quality picture I ever seen at home, quick OS WebOS, compatible with my Fire TV Cube, as well with my home cinema using Echo Studios (Amazon Speakers), everything is using the Tv remote, I can't believe I will recommend to anyone who asked me

Excellent upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely happy with the LG OLED55C55LA — it's a huge upgrade from my previous TV. The picture quality is outstanding, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast that really makes everything look more realistic. Motion is smooth, and overall image clarity is on another level compared to what I had before. The menu and WebOS feel responsive and easy to use, and everything just works smoothly. Whether watching movies, series, or regular TV, the viewing experience is impressive every time. After upgrading from the 55QNED80A6A, the difference is very noticeable. I'm very glad I made the switch and would highly recommend this OLED

Disappointed by non existent HDMI compatibility

Frustrating. We upgraded from a smaller LG OLED after only 7 years. The old TV was fully integrated via HDMI with all our Home Cinema devices and remotes. New TV offers no such integration unless devices are "LG compatible". I now have to use three remote controls: one for Satellite, one for Home Theatre and one for the TV.

Excellent tv - hate the AI rubbish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv itself is wonderful, the picture quality is perfect. Relatively easy to set up although the instructions don't mention that you have to lift it up and hold it at an angle in order to attach the baseplate. You really do need two people for it. Absolutely detest all of the AI garbage on it, the AI "improvements" screw up all of the visuals so I've turned them all off and denied any permissions so that they automatically disable a lot of the AI features. I just use it with my Chromecast.
