Great TV, but remote lacks a mute button
I purchased this TV and the LG S90TR soundbar. This was a significant upgrade for me and playing the YouTube LG Demo videos look and sound as good as they do in the store. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the magic remote does not have a mute button. To mute the sound, you have to hold the volume down for several steps and then it mutes. If you have the volume set where you want it, and want to mute without changing the volume to answer a phone call, you can't. This also makes it impossible to go from a high volume to a low volume quickly without unintentionally muting the TV several times while lowering the volume. This is a major annoyance to me. Future remotes need to have a mute button on the remote. This could be solved by allowing an existing button to be reassigned as a mute button with a firmware update. Otherwise this a great TV.

The TV supports a 144Hz refresh rate, and it really shows when gaming. Gameplay feels incredibly smooth with no noticeable stuttering or screen tearing, even during fast-paced scenes. It performs excellently for both console and PC gaming. The built-in speakers deliver surprisingly solid sound quality. While an external sound system would enhance the experience further, the internal audio is more than sufficient for everyday viewing, with clear dialogue and balanced sound. In terms of design, this TV is very impressive. The ultra-thin panel and extremely slim bezel make the screen feel almost borderless, allowing for greater immersion. The overall look is modern and premium, fitting well into any contemporary living space. Despite being a large 77-inch TV, it is lighter than expected, light enough for one adult male to handle during installation with care. TV did not last a year..
Bought two TVs of this model. First one did not turn on and was return within a few days. Second TV worked fine for a few months, then no image. Had to return it as well. The screen resolution is outstanding... when it works.

Buffering
Very pleased with this tv overall, but very irritated by the excessive buffering after a few hours of streaming. I have to unplug the tv for 1-2 hours to let it reset.

5 stars for screen performance. 4 stars for software and interface. Screen is fantastic especially the contrast and virtually perfect blacks. Software and interface are a little clunky.
