[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mediocre for the price. Pictures OK, Sounds OK. Does not support FreelyTV - but that is partly the fault of the way Freely is implemented. Live channel information and program guide is very flaky and unreliable. At least 50% of the time, the TV can not tell you what programme is currently playing or what/when the next program will be. This is frustrating, but the real kicker is that you can not change channel when the information is not available - the TV can not 'remember' what the channel map is, so if you try to go to a channel and there is no 'current' information, then the TV refuses to change channel. This is infuriating. You have to resort to scrolling through a hundred channels to reach the one you are interested in - and then if you don't want to watch it - you have to scroll all the way back again. I guess TVs are aiming themselves at streaming services and don't care about live broadcast channels any more. If you shut this TV off while watching a live channel, then turn it back on, it reverts to the digital streaming home page, rather than opening the channel you were previously watching. Overall - the TV is fine - but it has been a very underwhelming experience, and I wish I had saved some money.

Picture quality great. Sound is awful, it's either too tinny or adjust the settings and it sounds like a box has been stuck over the TV. The hub constantly goes offline and the LG assistant is useless. Had to factory reset the TV a few times to get apos to show/ work properly. Having to buy extra kit as it constantly buffers whilst streaming on my 910mb fibre connection. I've had LG TVs for 20+ years and this has been the most expensive and most disappointing TV I've had in that time.

Great picture; the sound takes a bit of experimenting to fund the sweet spot. Really glad I found several videos online to help me change the default settIngs to give me a better user experience. I still find the menus cumbersome to navigate but I suppose I'll get used to them in time. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

The TV itself is great with a fabulous picture and lots of different features - more even than I think I will ever use. Set up was easy with clear instructions that I followed to have the whole thing ready in less than 30 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG. C5, 77 inch OLED. Absolutely perfect in every way possible. Wall mounted with Bose 900 soundbar. Picture is breathtaking, automatically uses native sound from source. Os, is fast and responsive. Voice control works, handles bright rooms without glare. And the gaming is unbelievable. Worth every single penny. Deep rich colours, high level brightness. And no I don't work at LG. The TV is just so impressive. Would 100% recommend buying one.

We have owned LG products for many years & recently sold our 65" OLED because we downsized. We of course had to purchase another wonderful LG OLED 55" & absolutely love it. The images are so sharp & the colours outstanding. We are so happy we stayed with LG

We find it hard to sort out all the settings. First we have to set the HDMI input each time we turn the TV on, we are still looking through the 166 page user manual to work it out. Our Sony soundbar doesn't always connect even though it is connected to the TV using the optical port and it is set as the Sound Out but when we switch HDMI inputs it looses the connection. We have to keep it set to Optical + TV Speaker and they can get out of sync where one mutes and the other does not

I paired this TV with a Soundbar and the visuals and audio are incredible. 10/10 also LG have been very informative throughout the purchase, I will be using again soon!

Great picture and sound. The tv found my freesat box and bluray player on setup, but I struggled at first to find those devices. I eventually found the hub, and had no further issues. Overall a great tv.
