I purchased this product for personal use. I also purchased the product as a gift. The product does not effectively repel mosquito's. It may have some benefit - but I can sit the device next to me on a table and mosquito's still find me and bite me. Disappointed in the product.

Really appreciate the repellant functionality, upgraded from the small personal unit that uses the blue wafers, but after one use for a single hour, I shut the unit off and came back the next day to find 2/3 of the fluid had leaked out of the tank in a puddle underneath. Do I need to replace the cap on the wick after each use? Thinking about retuning for refund, can't afford to lose the expensive fluid at this rate

This product does work, put it outside and it went to work. Yes a few mosquitos got me but what product out there is 100% foolproof without having to larger yourself in chemicals every few minutes. The battery life could use some work but other than that it worked wonders.

I got and have been using the Mosquito Repeller for a little over 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It's so nice to sit outside, during the day or evening and not be slathered in mosquito repellent or taking chances without and getting eaten alive. During the warmer seasons in the South, without some sort of bug spray on, I would have no less than 20 mosquito bites on my arms, legs and even my face and forehead. While using the Thermacell Rechargeable Mosquito Repeller over the last 2 weeks, I haven't been bitten by any mosquitoes. I even plan to pack it when we go camping next month. This product/device needs to definitely be used by anyone living in the South where mosquitoes are horrendous as the weather starts to get warmer. This is a must-have for any household.

As an active gold prospector, I get into some thick brush in the backwoods of Montana. I recently took the E55 with me to a creek side claim that is a favorite hangout for half of the world's mosquito population. Now one would think the free range cattle in the area are enough to keep the bloodsuckers full and happy, but nope, humans are apparently a special kind of treat. After about 20 minutes of the unit running I noticed there was a distinct 'safe zone' free of mosquitos. I believe the only bite I got was when I first arrived to the gold claim. The E55 unit exceeded all expectations. 2 thumbs up, and a high 5 to whomever designed it, it is now a permanent addition to my mining kit.

I have used the product and it works well. However the refill does not last 12 hours as advertised. It was empty in less than 6 hours of use. I have purchased a 40 hour refill and I hope it week last 40 hours as advertised. The refills are very expensive. This is a low cost product but it works.

I received this last weekend and used it for a picnic that I was planning with my boyfriend and it was amazing. I don't like to be outside during the spring or summer because of the mosquitoes. I'm usually the only one that gets ate up. I forgot I was even outside. I did not get bit at all and had a great time.

I received this fancy new gadget over a month ago and I'm only just getting around to using it. I redid my porch colors and needed to spray paint some flowers and such. Usually, I couldn't do this without spraying myself with insect repellent. However, with this gadget, I was able to redo my porch without any insect bites and without using any repellent. I will be ordering more units for my household and outdoor needs. Thank you, Thermacell, for creating such a great and useful product!

I bought this a few weeks ago, immediately charged it and then didn't get a chance to use it. I grabbed it earlier this week and was disappointed to find the battery dead even though it hadn't been turned on since charging it. I charged it again for 2 days. Took it outside tonight while enjoying a fire on my patio and with the thermacell sitting on the arm of my chair, I was swarmed by mosquitoes and got multiple bites. We have used Thermacell products since the company started and own multiple units. This rechargeable liquid solution is the worse item I have ever used. I would have been better to just light a citronella candle.

I am extremely disappointed! Just received this as a gift not only did the repellent that came with it came only half full (so I will not be getting the 12 hours promised on the box) the extra one purchase that is supposed to last 40 hours came almost completely empty!! These refills aren't cheap to start with and now I can only get a fraction of the promise protection time because they are sending nearly empty ones!! Not worth the money!!
