[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great metal feeder for bird watching that's slightly more premium than the regular feeder one drawback I see is the solar panel being on one side but other than that it's a great feeder

This is a beautiful feeder. Love the look and how durable it is. So easy to set up and get installed. I have had other Birdfy feeders and I am not as impressed with the camera view on this. It is a wider view and I seem to not get a great view of the birds. Overall a great purchase and Birdfy customer service is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved my espresso metal feeder a week ago and am very impressed with it. It was easy to set up and It's very sturdy. I love the extendable perch and built-in solar panel. We recently had a tornado in NE Ohio shortly after I hung it and it survived without a scratch. It's such a pleasure to see my favorite birds in such detail. I love being notified when new ones arrive. I especially love seeing my beautiful bluebirds, adults and juveniles. I also have the birdfy duo nest box and currently have the female roosting on 4 eggs, making it 14 new bluebird so far this season. Birdfy support has always been amazing. As I get new products I pass on my older ones and everyone seems to love them. As with any technology, there are always glitches but birdfy gives great support. I won't hesitate to continue to have them as part of my birding adventures.

I was so excited for this feeder but it has done nothing but disappoint me. The wooden post doesn't stay put. The solar panel doesn't charge. The battery drains after a day and stops recording. It does have a decent imagine and it's nice to look at but definitely was not worth the purchase for me

As an unexpected fan of my wife's other Birdfy feeders, I thought I would try another one of their products for another location in our yard. What has started a niche product has turned into a relaxing hobby for my wife and I. The bird feeder comes in a nice, sturdy box. The feeder requires no assembly, as it is all metal, aside from the adjustable bird perch. Right off the bat you can tell how sturdy and well constructed this product is. Unlike plastic feeders, this one will not fall victim to squirrels eating through it to get to the bird seed. It is a bit on the heavy side, so error on the side of caution with any stand you purchase to support it. The camera comes in a nice compact housing that will need to be charged completely before first use. However, ours shipped 80% charged so it took no time at all to charge. It isn't the easiest to grip to get in and out of the feeder, but the instructions right on the feeder help. The solar charger for the camera is integrated into the roof of the bird feeder. This is welcoming as it wasn't an afterthought, but intentional. The bird perch is made of wood with two metal rails that easily slide in and out to adjust it's depth. To be honest, I don't know why anyone would want to constantly adjust them, and I wished there was a way to lock it in place. However, there is enough resistance that it hasn't move freely. Filling the feeder is actually very easy, and it's design doesn't put any undo stress on any part of the unitl You simply slide the top back and forth, and then it folds forward. A simple little “hook” keeps it in place when in the closed position. Being a newer product, the camera's quality is where this product shines. Images/ videos taken by the bird feeder are clear and capture great detail. It's much improved over the standard bird feeder, and on par with the Bird Feeder 2 Pro. In the first day alone, the camera picked up 157 visits to the feeder. Birds from various species and sizes did not struggle getting food. My family is happy with this purchase, as it is an excellent addition to our yard.

I purchased the Birdfy Metal Feeder and it was delivered the next day. It was very easy to set up and add to the Birdfy App. It included Lifetime AI, a solar panel built into the roof, and a completely metal feeder base which is not only easy to clean, it is protected against squirrels and other seed loving critters. I have other Birdfy devices and was happy to add this one to the collection. They all work seamlessly in the app and customer service has always been quick to respond and answer any questions or assist with any problems I have (which have been very few). I love seeing and trying new Birdfy products, they are always offering something new to the market to entice me to buy more, lol.

I had a cheap plastic feeder that I had no problems with connection. I replaced it with the Birdfy Metal Feeder and it will not stay connected to wifi. It is 12 ft from my extender. I am very disappointed because I loved the look of this feeder. I will be returning it.

I just received my metal espresso bird feeder and absolutely love it so durable and great to be able to watch my birds

Quality product. Well packaged with a sturdy yet simple design. Multiple mounting options, easy access for refills and cleanings. This is our 3rd Birdfy product for a reason. Go get one!
