It's beyond perfect, Especially with our 4 grand cats staying with us, and shedding is always an issue. So light weight, love that it bends to get under furniture. Don't change a thing,

I have a collie that sheds constantly and this vacuum so far is the best I have owned. Portable and powerful and the automatic empty is great. So far I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great product and quick delivery.

I had originally purchased a Dyson v11 and I was very disappointed when it wouldn't even vacuum up my cats food. I kept seeing advertisements for the shark cordless powder detect and couldn't stop thinking about it. I ended up sending back the the Dyson and ordering this and I am so happy. I've only had it a few days now. But completely satisfied.

Do not buy this product!!!! We have owned it for less than a month and the front roller has already fallen out and broken from normal vacuum use! When you call the warranty department they will notcover it under. Shark knowingly has a part that fails and refuses to cover after you spend 500 on a vacuum. There are multiple parts that aren’t covered, buyers beware!!

I bought this three months ago for our new home. It picks up all the a Great Features !!changer. It lasts for approximately 45 days before you have to empty it and with the push of a button you empty it into the trash and not having to worry about having vacuum bags on hand, Best design & features Shark could have made.

Bought this product and was disappointed in the battery life also service support they were horrible Too many robot and when I got to a live person they don’t know what to do or help with the battery issues. They keep trying to go through unnecessary steps for clogged hose. Asking me to drop a penny down it. What the heck does that have to do with the battery. Only last like 5 to 7 mins. Needs a recharge.

It works well on carpets and upholstered furniture. It does not work very well on hardwood floors. You have to go very slow on the hard surfaces - I end up going around with a broom to get corners which kind of defeats the purpose of having.a nifty cordless cleaner. The latch to the dust-bin collector pops open from time to time - so be careful you aren't just redistributing the dirt. The charge does not last long enough to do my entire small two-story home (I typically do one level at a time so it is manageable.) This really just is not worth the price.

I’m absolutely loving my new shark cordless vacuum and I love how my hair does not get trapped in the roller head. I love the lights on the head and how when you vacuum the edges it sucks higher. I would not change a thing. I love automatic emptying every time I vacuum.

Have had this for over two months now. I have to go over the same area multiple times. There is a trail left behind of particles the vacuum will not suck up. I find it very difficult to go from hardwood floors to a very thin rug to carpeting. The dog hair will stick if you will to the roller. I can vacuum two or three rugs and I have to stop and clean the entire vacuum before starting in a new area. The battery does not last enough to clean an entire level of living area. I have always been a fan of shark products but this is by far the biggest purchase regret I’ve had.

We love all the bells and whistles this has to offer. The dirt detection light, automatic switch for flooring differences, the quiet mode and the way the tube bends for hard to reach places are all wonderful features. I was worried it would be too heavy, but it is much lighter than the Dyson model with similar features. I especially love the addition of the soft roller in the front which the lower versions do not have.
